Shirley the manager need a raise!! In a world where no one wants to work, and customer service is nothing short of terrible, she was extremely helpful/pleasant/wonderful to talk to. What a wonderful experience I had at this store yesterday. So I had purchased a therapedic mattress topper last week online. I was looking to send the link to someone yesterday and noticed there was over $100 price drop. I called corporate and was told I had to return the product and repurchase. So I repurchased it at the Apopa store and told them what happened. The manager came out and did the price adjustment for me. I wish I got the names of the people behind the counter as they were just as helpful and friendly. Please support this local store. Top notch customer service!

Love this place but theyve stopped stocking an important companion piece to an article which they still sell. Why bother? Also, not enough floor staff.

Love this clean and well staffed store.I had an issue with a product and when I returned it for a different one (some parts were missing) they didn’t have one in stock.The store clerk helped me by ordering another and having it sent to my home.The one I ordered was a different price butthey gave me the same sale price I paidfor the original one for my trouble!I will shop there whenever I need an item they sell!

Did believe the Altamonte Springs store was much more convenient and clean. Service at this store was better though.

Great store for everything you need for your home.

I was assisted finding my items rather quickly. An assocoate helped me to carry a huge item to my car with no issues. I experienced prompt service and my cashier reminded me to use my coupon, which I usually forget to do! The King Sheet Sets were low on inventory and availability.

Bed bath and beyond is a a great place to get a variety of items. It has anywhere from soda stream bottles to a new bedding set or china. The prices aren’t the best but they always have coupons and I think they price match. I order a lot online but sometimes I just like to be able to go to a store and pick out what I like. Service has always been friendly and helpful.

I like bed bath & beyond. They have a lot of good stuff in there. Now granted they aint no WAL-MART!!!! The prices are reasonable on most stuff. BUT there are a thing or two in there thats a little over priced. But I can live with that. Over all its a nice place to shop.

Great selection in most departments. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I like that each department is sectioned so you are not walking all over to find things. Coupons are a nice bonus.

Placed an order October 31 with a guaranteed shipping date of November 12, needless to say I never received the item so I requested a refund over three weeks ago, nothing. I’ve spoken to 12 representatives and have three emails with confirmation of my refund but no refund has been made. It’s the week before Xmas and they still haven’t refunded my $300, worst company I’ve ever dealt with lies after lies .

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond. Today I walk in to only get two items. I must have had a look on my face, because a BB&B associate looked my way and said, yes? I told him what I wanted and he walked me to it, not pointed, not described where it was, but walked me to it! I just love that! Ill be baking a cake for this store!

First thing me in this store and wow. Not sure how this slipped by me. I went in for one thing but saw so much more items that I could buy or needed to buy. I definitely will be returning. Also the customer service here is great. Was greeted on entry, and as I walked around was asked if I needed any help, which I did, the guy knew exactly where the item was and saved me about 10 minutes of wondering around. Definitely will be making future purchases here.

Its a typical BB&B but had to rate from the service and attention we received while there. Were always greeted at the door with a nice welcome. Prices are a bit higher than competition,but has price match,and dont forget your coupon!! Shout out to Mikayla ( think shes new) best service,ever! So kind,sweet and helpful!!

I walked in and heard argument. There right on the sales floor two employees were in an argument. I thought that was disrespectful and should have been taken off the sales floor. It lasted for a while. I could not wait to get out of there.

This Bed Bath & Beyond in particular had a clean store for a warehouse store. The employees are friendly and in fact helpful. The place had a chill vibe and someone of the items in the store are at a reasonable price, notice I said some. Overall, I liked it.

My fiance and I went in to set up our wedding registry together. We had no idea where to start, but Nikki and Tori were so friendly and helpful! They really made us feel special and made the whole experience memorable! We cant wait to go back and finish setting up our registry with Nikki!

I only gave 4 stars because its a much smaller store than Im accustomed to. However, everyone was friendly and helpful. Christian went above and beyond to help us out too. Id definitely recommend the custimer service at this location.

The staff was so nice. I wanted an item that wasnt on the floor and one of the members went into the back and found it for me in a very timely manner. Other stores should take note of how to handle certain issues.

2 stars for Fast, convenient friendly curbside service. However...i Bought a Wahl hair cutting kit May 9th 2020 and it was used and filthy with hand print smudges and hair on the blades. (I used a magnifying glass to be sure i wasnt just seeing lint or dirt). Absolutely 100% unacceptable

A bunch of Niknacks. Make sure to use your 20%off coupon because somethings are a little over priced. The store overall is clean and organised.

Anything you can think of for any part of your house you will find here and even stuff you didnt even knew existed. I went in to get some ideas to furnish the first home that i bought. I will be back after the closing on the house is done to buy a lot of the stuff that i saw.

The store should put more attention on marking the prices of their products. Sometimes they put items in the clearance section without any price misleading the customers. Some of their staff are very helpful and cordial while others are unpleasant and rude when customer complaint about it.

The staff person helped me pick out a bed set and find sheets that didnt come with it. The bed set is amazing. Never had a bad experience here yet.

The female staff lady was very helpful in helping us choose a bed set and pillow covers to match our set we choose, and was very informative and educated us on our bedding of choice. I was really thrown off (in a good way) at how helpful she was. Even the ideas and recommendations was refreshing. I havent had a bad experience here yet.I even learned about Calphalon brand here last year when I stopped by during Christmas time. Great staff!

Staffs always really helpful, but mostly just to find the thing youre looking for on their website so they can order it for you. we rarely, if ever, can find what were looking for and i can online shop myself.

Everything housewares and bedding and decorating, thats why Bed Bath and Beyond is so great! Today I got the exact organizing totes I needed. I got Zpak coffees on sale and new cookie sheet complete with a baking liner (cheaper than purchasing the Silpat alone)!

Huge in store and online selection. Spent many hundreds of dollars here over the years. Great Christmas shopping. Only drawback is aisles are a little crammed.

Went to purchase a comforter set, shower curtains, dinnerware set, and other kitchen accessories. Selection at the Apopka store seemed dated for my taste (think Jimmy Buffet, floral prints). VERY expensive. Prices were double and sometimes tripled to what you would pay at other stores (same brand and model). Disappointed and surprised.
