The lady there was very friendly and very pleasant..she seemed to care very much about the product she was putting out..meaning she cared about doing the best job for her customers..Im awaiting the finished product and will see what kind of a job she did...

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would provide -0 stars. I have NEVER been disrespected by a business owner until I came to this place. I came in on a Tuesday or Wednesday with 3 items, I asked if she could have them altered by that Saturday because I was going out of town that next week she said she would try if not then by the next Tuesday. She held my clothes for 2 weeks and never called, texted, anything. I was finally able to go in today and get my clothes and she said that they were finished that same week on a Friday, her response to when I asked why she never called was I dont have time to call all of my customers, I am very busy. That was very unprofessional of her to say and do. I am a business owner and I make time for all of my customers as you are supposed too. She was very rude and I am very disgusted by her behavior and her approach to me. And on top of that she tried to over charge me, she originally took $5 off when I first went in and tried to make me pay more the second time I went in. I asked to see the receipt and she literally did not want me to see it, and she literally was acting as if If I dont have my receipt that I can not pick up my items which again were with held. To end this off, she is very rude and unprofessional and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO HER PLACE and you should not either. One of my items was not altered properly

The owner, and I apologize for forgetting her name, was marvelous in redoing formal wear that was bought online and was completely wrong in the sizing from the chart provided on the website.They had it fit properly and it looked fantastic on my wife who proudly wore it to our sons wedding.We wont go anywhere else to get our clothes fixed and fitted and you shouldnt either!

I am so happy to have found Nahid and this tailoring studio! I brought Nahid several pairs of denim that needed to be taken in quite a lot. She did a fantastic job! She did one pair of jeans for me specifically that I am so happy with because other tailors told me they couldn’t alter them due to their design. Nahid not only made them fit me like they were initially made for me, but she kept the original design intact! She’s amazing, I will never use another tailor as long as I live here :) thank you thank you thank you

Good fast work

My son is getting ready for the Marine Corps Ball which is coming up in November. I had no idea where to turn to go when we found out his dress blues needed some alterations taken care of. We went online and found Nahid’s fabulous shop. Absolutely amazing customer service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t recommend another shop in 100 miles over this spot!

I hear people talk bad about a movie and I still go watch it.cause Im an individual and my experience might be different. Saw the negative reviews.I STILL WENT. I have been taking my clothes to Alterations & Tailoring for years. The owner has tremendous talent, is very classy and friendly, and has very reasonable pricing. She can do anything with clothing.

Everytime we need something altered, we bring it to her! Always does great work and makes sure youre happy.

If I could give her 0 stars I would! This woman is so unprofessional! I went in with my 10 year old and 5year old to have my 10 year olds pants hemmed. We were not greeted when we walked in and she sat on the phone talking and sewing for 5 minutes before she even looked up. Then she took a costumer that arrived after we did. After pinning my sons pants she wrote me a ticket for $38 to hem 3 pairs of pants. I dont do to many alterations so I told he let me check with my husband to see if the price was reasonable After all we paid about $30 for all 3 pairs. She then proceeded to tell me that once she writes a ticket thats it. I couldnt reach my husband so I told her that I would rather wait to talk to him. She then got an attitude and yelled that I was wasting her time all of this in front of my 10 year old child. Next she demanded a tip of at least $2 for me wasting 5 minutes of her time to pin one leg of my sons pants. I told her that I would never bring business or do business with her again and that she is very unprofessional. It took me an additional 5 minutes for her to hand me my pants back. And she kept yelling at me for a tip. This is the most trashy person that I have ever encountered and I dont recommend that anyone spend their money here. She needs a lesson in anger management and professionalism. And all of this if front of kids! She should be ashamed of herself!

Went to tailor my suit for my friends wedding. Very nice lady that does quality quick work.

She brags about her years of experience but she is a very unprofessional, rude, snobbish woman. I was so disgusted by her behavior.
