Made our polo shirts we have been ordering from them for the past 4 years the wrong color, offered a discount on our next order. Took them up on their offer for Christmas presents for our guys. Order placed and paid 11/20/2020, promised by 12/08/2020. No text, no email or phone call from them by 12/15/2020. Store closed every time we try to stop by and phone goes straight to voicemail. Voicemail greeting claims due to covid 19 store is closed but will taking limited orders Start calling and emailing every week and asked that our order be cancelled if not ready by 01/08/2021. We keep calling and emailing and 01/ 25/2021 someone finally picks up the phone. We ask for a refund and after looking into it, Charles claims the order is now ready and just needs to be picked up. A refund can only be offered after he checks with his accountant. To this date, we have no refund and no other communication from EmbroidMe.
I have a wonderful experience EVERY time I go here. Ive used this organization for embroidery a few times now. The people I gave gifts to are so happy with the work. I must say they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. For example, I thought I had the right color picked out for some stitching and they found an even better one that perfectly matched my wifes sorority color! This place is highly recommended.

Dropped off item with 8 day lead time. Went to pick it up and told it would not be ready for another 4 days due to a family emergency. Understand these things occur, but do not accept not receiving a call to alert me of the situation so I could make other arrangements. Was told they would try to get someone in to do the job and would call me to let me know by 2:00. No call. I went to pick up the item to take it somewhere else at 3:30 and it had been completed and looked good. Appreciate receiving the completed item to meet my deadline but would not use them again. I have no confidence in their management.
EmbroidMe has stitched at least 300 different things for my daughters competitive gymnastics teams. Each item has been of the highest quality and attention to detail. Charles has always met our crazy deadlines and his pricing is very reasonable.

It is really a shame that I have to write this review. We tried several times over the past several months hoping that Charles at EmbroidMe Apex would make things right. Unfortunately, the last time we contacted him in March he said he was not going to do anything else to try and correct their mistake. Here’s what happened to us:In November 2015 we dropped off two black long sleeve t-shirts to have our business name and logo printed on them. We also dropped off a finished shirt for them to use as an example and to be able to copy from.It took several weeks to get the shirts back after repeatedly calling to find out if they were finished. When we did get them back they were done incorrectly. We didn’t understand this since we had provided a shirt for them to copy. Charles said they would make new shirts to make up for the mistake.When the new shirts were done they were also done incorrectly. We wanted white print on the black shirts. They made the logo in color instead. Charles said to keep one of these shirts and he would use the other to show the printer what was wrong. Charles refunded all but $20 of what we had paid.After several more weeks and no shirts we just wanted our sample shirt back, but they still cannot find it.So we paid $20 for them to misprint on two shirts that we had provided, and they lost the shirt we let them use as an example. In return we have 3 shirts that are not printed correctly. Charles said he is done, that he spent too much trying to correct this issue and wasn’t going to do anything else.Tina WilsonGastons Garage

They are great to work with! They have the highest quality and are always timely, in fact typically they complete the work sooner than the agreed upon date. They take pride in their work and it shows! Not to mention they offer great suggestions and are so friendly.
Did all of my company T-shirts. Absolutely love them, even customers want to buy them! Very pleased with their work and WILL be using them for all my apparel needs. Highly recommended.

Very slow, it is taking close to a month to embroider school uniforms and still waiting...
