Normally my go-to CVS for purchases. Today was the second time I was checked out by the manager. I may be in my 60’s but I don’t need “help” using the card reader, entering my PIN or pushing any buttons. I’m not slow at it.It’s very condescending of him.

This is by far the slowest and stupidest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s taken an hour to receive my flu shot.

Me and my husband came here for covid vaccine. Staff are friendly they accommodated my husband who has an appointment after one hour of mine. Ms.Kathryn who gave us vaccine is very nice and friendly. She gave us painless vaccine. It happend in a blink doesn’t even feel like pinch at all. Thank you Ms.Kathryn!! Highly recommend this place.

The front store lady is very rude, I bought a gift card and she scanned and threw it to me! This happened today at 6 pm this is disrespectful and that lady needs to learn more about customer service!

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and polite - no issues there. Prescription pricing is extremely inconsistent - the same script one month will be $10 and then $85 the next month. Automatic refills are hit and miss. Phone alerts and “reminders” are overkill and annoying - calling and texting multiple times a day. Prescription drug price with insurance is double (sometimes more) what the cost is at other pharmacies that are less than a mile away. Store is grungy, dark and dirty inside. The only benefit of using this place is the drive through - which can also take up to 45 minutes.

The staff greeted me when I walked in. The pharmacists gave me a flu shot in a timely manner, and they were able to thoughtfully answer my questions about the vaccine. The store clerk was also helpful regarding how to make the most of my coupons. The store was very tidy as well. Very happy with my visit.

Charles and Cayman have worked hard to keep all my prescriptions coming. All needed to be transferred from out of state and are from differentdoctors so this is not easyThe staff is great on finding non prescription items I need.

I go in pretty often because my prescriptions keep ending up wrong, love the staff and a few of them know me by name. They are super helpful and really try to help me understand what aspects of my prescriptions are incorrect, and super quick at getting it right if the mistake was on their end (Almost never is though)

Simple store brand saline nose spray $$4.29. Harris teeter $2.19. Walmart $1.97. On principle alone I’ll get my prescription at cvs but refuse to pay their opportunist prices in stuff like this. Customer sat = 0.

Brought in prescription. Have to order it. Next day, Not sure if we can get it... 3 days after placing order, were still trying to get it. 4th day, We cant get it. Our store is only for those who need drugs right away. What? So youll have to go to Walgreens. Instead, I call HT right across the street. In stock, at 20% less cost. If you valve a corp card, you must use CVS. Otherwise, Ive learned my lesson.

Still on hold after 13:22 minutes without anyone asking if I can still hold. Everyone is busy these days.. but professionalism is letting someone ask you if you can still hold, or can they call you back. Come on people! A few details that mean lot to your customers and overall, your reputation. No hard feelings....just sayin.....

Been going to the Sunset Lake CVS for several years now. The staff has always been very nice. The pharmacists are wonderful. Theyve always been able to answer all my questions and provide recommendations. Highly recommend.

This place is a little hit or miss. The store manager there is very very nice and is quick to take care of things. Sometimes the pharmacy staff is very very slow, but they are almost always very friendly. This store is conveniently located for me so I do visit frequently even though Ive been to better drug stores.

Pharmacy supposedly open until 9pm on Monday, yet 8pm you drive by to pick up an Rx called in 3hrs ago and its all locked up.... No notice of it closing early when informing the RX to be picked up soon as it can be ready, nor any note on the window that its closed early.

Always very helpful with me. Staff is courteous and kind, especially the store staff. Pharmacy has messed up only a couple of times, out of the hundreds of times that Ive been there, and they have worked hard to fix it and make sure that I was pleased.

Normally this store is helpful but not today. The younger gen is not familiar w some items... didnt know what. Your website showed that Rosewater was available .. but not this store. The team this morning was clueless

I called CVS store #5886 today after getting called by them three times regarding a prescription for Amada Kelsey who I am not. I spoke with manager Bonnie regarding this. I told her I had called the pharmacy twice before and asked to have the number erased from the system. They had said they would but then I still got another call. She informed me that the store could not do anything to erase the number, but instead I would have to call an 800 number. I told her this meant that on two occasions her pharmacists lied to me saying they could and would erase it. I got the number from her and asked if it was a direct line or automated, and if automated how to get to a person who could help me. She replied, in a rather terse way, that she didnt know as she has never had to call it. I said fine, Ill just go online and let everyone know how helpful she was and put the Amandas name out there so maybe someone can tell her and she can switch the number. At this point Bonnie, in the most professional and customer friendly move ever, hung up on me.

Called three times to cancel my daughters automatic Rx refill that she doesn’t need, but minutes later got another automated msg stating it’s “time to refill!” Called back again (and spoke to a human) to cancel my daughters Rx refill, but minutes later get ANOTHER automated msg stating “it’s time to refill!” Madness! Called the toomanyth time again and their solution was to have me call some 800# to opt out. Do I believe the madness? Had to block the #. Definitely gonna go elsewhere...

The pharmacy is always fast and very helpful especially compared to other stores in the area

Magan is a very nice cashier, however Magdalene is not. I made a makeup purchase that would give me some ecbs, and I realized that I did not get them so I talked to her about making an exchange or refund and she declined saying I couldn’t. She said that the coupons don’t include the tax, even though the last time I was there, it did (she herself said) and I said this to her to which she nodded no that it doesn’t, so she’s a liar. Then I asked her if I could make another purchase to get the ecbs back, she said no. By which I was very fed up with her and went instead to the CVS of Kildare Farm where the young man was very helpful, even apologized for Magdalene’s behavior and gave me my coupons back AND the right ecbs. Not coming to this Sunset Lake store again even if I see Magdalene at the corner of my eye!

DO NOT GO THERE! The head pharmacist Mr. Charles is a condescending prick to deal with. Very unprofessional & downright rude. Cant imagine why he is still there, unless CVS Corporate is desperate for pharmacists. Walgreens is right down the road.....
