Good inventory. Customer service quality is highly dependent on whose working that day. Sometimes great, sometimes they barely know what their own product is.

They are so helpful and the inventory is different from any other store that I’ve been to which is such a good thing!

Just bought a pop extra here that was hitting improperly (not crackling, very light smoke) and expressed my discontent with the product to the cashier, but because he could see a small amount of smoke coming from the product when I exhaled, even though I told him it wasn’t hitting properly, he refused to give me another one. Just tried to hit it a few more times in my car and it’s already dead. Save your money and go somewhere where your sales clerk takes you seriously.

Worst customer service. guy sold me a defective vape and and went back within an hour to see if i could exchange it and said it wasn’t their fault, while also being rude and unprofessional. he said it’s the vape company’s fault and nothing can be done.

I shop here occasionally as they have a decent selection but will now spend my money elsewhere. When returning a concentrate vape pen I purchased a week ago I was told they would not exchange the faulty pen. I simply stated that as with any faulty item I buy I will return the item as anyone would do but that made the manager irate as if I was being unreasonable. After he scolded me for thinking I could return the defective item he began to argue stating that he would be stuck with the defective item. I will spend my money elsewhere as eating $20 to keep a customer who regularly spends much more seems to not be their practice. If you are a newbie or kid I’m sure you will be satisfied shopping here but if you are more seasoned in buying glass and vaporizers don’t waste your time here as there are more knowledgeable and honest retailers in this area.

Love this place! I Come here often and its always the same employee, hes so nice and always greets me with a hey how you doing today the moment i walk in. Love what they did with the new designs as well! its so beautiful, clean, and so many new things. they even added a personal both for cigars. I would definitely recommend for anyone to come here. This place is awesome. I went in for the first time today, was very pleased. They had everything i was looking for. Ended up spending 70$ but the prices were well worth it. I will defiantly be back!

Used to shop here regularly but not anymore!! Purchased a vape, it lasted less than a week but they dont warranty anything so Im out of luck. He blamed me and said I dropped it or overcharged it, wasnt friendly about it either, just plain rude. Customer service goes a long way but these guys have zero service skills! Owner and grunt guy both lack any integrity...and arent concerned with keeping customers.

Ok place. Prices are super high relative to other stores. Also be warned they charge you extra fee when you use credit card. Been there three times and confirmed their prices are much higher than other shops where it should be much lower.

Purchased a vape from this store had it for a couple of weeks. It started giving me problems about 4 days ago. Vape started flashing low battery, omh to high and overheating to the point it can burn you! Went in to try and replace it after I talked with manufacturer! They said they could just return it as defective. After 3 days of trying to get this done I was told we cant return it . Tried to give me companys phone # for warranty.Long story short place is SHADY!

The old owners were very welcoming. These new folks that took over are on you like stinkmon flies and i get they watch for thievers but everything is basically in glass cabinets or behind the counter. You cant just look without someone right in your face. They make you feel so uncomfortable and some are just down out rude and with that Im surprised there is even good buisness there. Its one thing to be stern with your company or job but to be so rude and act nerved towards customers well, needless to say I took my biz elsewhere.

They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Can get what you need depending on the person working. Not as good as it once was under previous ownership. They do not do returns, so dont ask. I bought the wrong size coil and it was never opened, came in the next day and they refused to return or exchange.

Arrived during business hours (9:20AM Friday) and nobody working.
