If I could give this place a zero I would. They dont rate the one star default. I tried buying some phones but all were not in stock. Grabbed some prepaid models and was told they could activate them not under the prepaid plan. So of course now Im being billed a prepaid plan on top of my regular plan. Trying to figure this out with at&t billing has been a nightmare. Thanks for nothing to this crew of flunkies....

Alejandro was awesome, while still training his colleague Tyler. Both gentlemen were very hospitable, informative, and trying there best to get me the best deal. I did not feel rushed at all! I went in to get help with some billing concerns that I had and had the worst experience with the manager ever. As her reps attempted to help me with my concerns, she was extremely antagonizing and aggressive and it made my experience TERRIBLE. I am very appreciative for how understanding and patient the Rep was while assisting me, but the manager made it almost impossible to enjoy it. I will not be returning to this store.

The store manager and his sales associate went far out of their way to explain and resolve billing issues Ive been having........ I went in the store with full intentions of completely discontinuing all of my AT&T services. I left the store pleased and confident they did everything possible to deliver the best customer service possible.....THEY are the reason I still have all of my services through AT&T!!!Thanks guys!!!

Was told that I’d see someone in 20-25 mins… then waited almost an hour before finally leaving. Especially when I see the guy that told me going around and helping other associates? Not sure if everyone needs hand holding, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an apology or even get checked in with. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Jeremy is the manager and Aljandro / with a trainee helped me.This very specific store, is THE best in the Triangle. I live in the Fuquay area and i drive 30 minutes just to go to this store. Over many years and many phones, they have never sold me something I dont need...and have even sometimes not sold me anything, even when I was ready to buy...because it wasnt right for me long term. Thats why I come back time after time and buy more.Today I had a dead phone they revived...and although they could have pushed a new and huge upgrade on me...they didnt because I really wasnt in a position to make a financial decision today.Great service. VERY knowledgeable on products, and the nuances between them and current promotions. They asked me questions first when I arrived to establish what I NEEDED and went right to 2 phones that were good for me.I will come back. I will buy my next phone from this specific store.

0 Stars - Worst customer service and the most arrogant / Rude manager i have ever seen - Ciery (Not sure about that ladys name). I was on call with the customer service and they asked me to walk into the store and when i explained the issue to the person at store, she had no clue and called her bossy manager. She came in and just told, No, we dont handle these, you have to speak with customer service. I told am already on call with them and put the call on speaker. But this lady din even listen to them and simply said its your mistake. She said its her lunch hour and need to leave, when i said i need an answer, she simply asked me to leave by opening the door !! I then raised a complaint against her to AT&T in the same call i was with the customer service, but i never got any response.Dont waste your time by walking into this store with people of no knowledge, common sense and rude behavior.

We had a confirmed appointment but when we got to the store, we were told there is no appointment. The rep who had called us in the morning to confirm the appointment was there and was busy with another client . For them to accept that we were not making up stories, we had to call back on the same number from which the confirmation call came . They told us someone will be with us soon but no one attended us until an hour ! If this happens with an appointment what is a walk in ??Once we walked out, we realized that one of our lines got blocked after the appointment so we headed back to the store in less than 10 mins . We were told we have to get back in line and wait ! The whole process took us close to 3 hours!Things shouldnt be so complicated, customers should not have to wait so long . It was simply extremely BAD MANAGEMENT in the store . No customer care and extremely insensitive and rude reps . Thats why even tough my job was done, it was not worth the effort I had to put in . Not returning to this store!

First, the wait was unbelievably long, likely because they were way under staffed. We did have an appointment at 6:00 and were not helped until at least 50 minutes later. Second, the staff member who did eventually help us was rather rude and ignorant. When we explained WE would backup the previous phone (at home) and exchange data with the new phone, he cuts us off and rudely says I know I know. However, he clearly didn’t seeing as the previous phone was out of service until we exchanged data with the new one. The service was distasteful and just overall...terrible!

They were very patient and took their quality time with the issue I had and resolved it to the best of their ability. I was honored to have been in their quality of care. We visited the AT&T store in Apex this afternoon. We were in the store approximately 4 unexpected hours with half of it spent waiting. The store was extremely busy and definitely came in all at once. Passing the time my brother and I thoroughly discussed the numerous systems we would recommend implementing to streamline and expedite the process. Regardless, when our name was called the customer service we received was impecable and in agreement that he is decidedly good at his job. While I was not able to leave with the free upgrade/trade in I hoped for, he managed find me a solution, a better phone than I expected, and make a sale. My brother decided to upgrade his phone as well, and he helped my mother improve her service plan, selling her on a slightly higher bill—somehow. That’s sort of a big deal...We all left spending money we didn’t intend to, without the instant gratification of leaving with a new phone, accessories we didn’t need quite yet and truly happy we did so. He’s good at what he does. Good salesmanship is not selling people things they don’t really want or need, but helping people find solutions by showing them what they do not know they want or need. That is what Semaji did today.Goodnight and thanks for coming to my Ted Talk...

Cant make an appointment if the scheduling system has issues. While I understand that was not the intention of the staff, thats the message that was conveyed.

I had a Samsung watch that I had received a week ago from an insurance replacement. The watch was not synced to my phone properly. I had been calling Tech Support for a week and everyone was claiming it was fixed. Then it was my SIM card. It was one thing after another. I was very frustrated!! I went into the AT&T Apex store to get my watch working. George was GREAT!! Within 15 minutes he knew what was wrong. He called Tech Support to get them to fix their mistakes. He had my watch and phone working properly before I left the building. Love the Apex location! This is the only location I go to because of the customer service!! Thank you George... keep up the good work!

Came in today to ask a few questions and to see if someone can help me transfer my information from my previous phone to my new one. LUIS the store manager was EXCELLENT. I’m 76 years old and I have a hard time understanding the new devices but Luis went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. Not only did he transfer my information but he also make sure my Apple ID and everything was setup properly and made it as simple as possible for me to use. Emmanuel was SO patient, kind, and helpful. Switching over from Spectrum Mobile was no easy task, but he did not give up, even though it took nearly 3 hours fighting with Spectrum to get the coffee i needed to port my phone over. I got some great discounts and they provided excellent customer service. Peter even walked over to Spectrum with me to get the help i needed to make the switch! I cant say enough good things about these guys--highly recommend!

I set up my appointment over 8 days ago and have been getting texts constantly from AT&T asking that I confirm I will be available during our appointment. I replied to all texts confirming I would. I moved work meetings around to satisfy the appointment time. I woke up to alerts that the tech is running over 3 hours behind, so I have to now reset my schedule yet again. I hope the tech and her/his family are safe and not the cause for the delay. However, when I’m told someone will be here and plans adjusted to accommodate, they should be here, or send a delegate in their place. In my line of work I would have been reprimanded pretty aggressively for dishonoring a commitment to a client. I have no trust in AT&T’s personnel and now have to figure out an internet solution for work today. The call center rep took over an hour just to get this first attempted appointment set. I looked on AT&Ts website for a customer-service portal to voice this complaint internally but they do not seem to have such a mechanism.Updated same day. Huge thanks for the tech professional, Kendrick, for calling me directly and work an excellent service experience. Thank you, Kendrick, on behalf of myself and on behalf of AT&T for you saving them a customer.

Semaji Metters, the sales rep should be fired. I specifically told him twice that I did not want my bill raised when buying a new iPhone and trading in my old iPhone. He did not listen to me and signed me up for the gold plan. (Unlimited Elite plan). When I received my first bill for my new phone, there was $45 of additional monthly charges that I had to call and have removed. I had to spend two hours on the phone with AT&T to get my service brought back to my previous plan. Semaji wasted two hours of my time because he did not listen to me and did not give me what I asked for. He is a terrible salesman and should not be in that position. He should find a new line of work because he does not care about the customer.

Highly recommend going to this location!! We switched to AT&T after horrible experiences with Sprint and T-Mobile. We were lucky enough to work with Alejondro Prieto (Al). Al explained every step of the transfer process, (we had 6 iPhones to move!). In the end he saved us money and we now have a much better service. I had a question the next day and he responded immediately by text. He even went above and beyond checking on us the day after just to make sure everything was working perfectly. Definition of going above and beyond. Thank you to Al and the team at AT&T at Beaver Creek for making a typically painful experience truly exceptional.

Just switched out of ATT. The worst service ever on all fronts. Their customer service can’t make a decision, takes them forever, takes multiple calls to resolve your issues, and they never resolve the issues and worst they always create a new problem. Their monthly bill is always changing, never in my life I will purchase any product or services from them. Do not use them internationally and for roaming they are very expensive.One year ago: Stay away, unfriendly. Even if you had service with ATT for 15+ years, they still treat you like a stranger.

I was shopping for a replacement for my much outdated iPhone that was draining the battery very quickly. Semaji was exceptionally informative and patient with me in helping me make my decision. (And Danny too, ? I believe)However, I was somewhat disappointed that it was necessary for me to do my own data transfer as the store no longer provides this service. There’s a few people that need tech support in these matters, myself being one of these people. Fortunately my granddaughter provided this support.

Be prepared to wait. We went two days in a row and on both days waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone offered to help. The second day, we were waiting to see the same person from the day before because we had issues with the phone we got, so we had to wait even longer. We got there at about 2pm and didn’t get checked in until about 2:30, didn’t get seen until 4:45 and then found out they couldn’t help us anyway without charging a $45 restocking fee on a phone they knew was defective the first day. After refusing to pay the fee, they told us only Apple could help us and we got out of there at about 5:00. Luckily, at the Apple Store, which was 20 miles away, they were able to fix the problem in about 10 minutes, no questions asked.I understand that every company has their restrictions, but when someone who has 8, yes 8 lines of service with your business runs into a problem, you should do your best to accommodate them. I wasn’t the only one getting tossed around. A lot of people came and ended up walking out because the wait was too long and most of the reps were moving too slow. One guy ended up handling his problem over the phone instead and I only know that because he was in there on speaker phone with the rep who seemed super helpful compared to the in store service.Next time, I’m going straight to the Apple Store no matter what the deals are at AT&T. Or Best Buy. They do a good job too.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - The employees here are predatory and only try upsell/take advantage of you as soon as you walk into the store. They are desperate and will not take no for an answer. The manager, Luis, is the worst of the worst. If you do not buy what he is selling he will literally turn his back on you and pretend you dont exist. If you do not believe me, go in for yourself and you will see exactly what Im talking about. They only see you as a dollar sign as soon as you walk into there. Pathetic.

This store had me in and out in about 30 min after I brought my own phone to activate on their network. The agent did try to charge me a security deposit and then could not really explain why there was a deposit when there was nothing to lose with me as a customer (brought my own phone). I asked him to waive that fee and the fee was waived effortlessly without any fight. A little shady but overall a quick experience that took care of what I needed.

The store needs to re-evaluate how they triage their customers. While the store was very busy, 4 sales reps with customers in store buying new phones, fielding questions about accounts, which i understand can take a few minutes to an hour. The one person triaging and entering them in the queue needs to understand/evaluate if a transaction will take more than 5 minutes, and can address immediately. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a sim card replacement!!!!! The sales rep who eventually took care only took 5 minutes to move the transaction.

I had a reoccuring issue of my phone requiring a puc code. I could not enter anything, open, use the phone, just a key pad. The web site sent me to a web site requiring an imec code if I would simply type in *08*, a locked phone, Not gonna happen, my phone was looking for unlock codes, thats it. Called support and after 2 hours finally got it resolved, until 2 weeks later, it happened again, at the worse time, could not authenicate Google via my phone, could not get mail internet because it was locked. The day went down hill from there. The very phone service I spend over $600 in payments for every month for over 15 years to operate my and my family phones, I had a brick. I went to the store and in minutes Danny figured it out and replaced the Sim card. Danny worked it out and life is good again. How much we depend on the smart phones, and we must be the dumb ones to allow it.

By far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and they messed up my account so much I had to switch carriers altogether. The representative, Lety, basically told us all misinformation which ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. When we went to the manager of the store, they basically said they couldn’t do anything and to call customer care through ATT-When I did call customer care, they said that the manager at the store is who had to help us resolve our problem. So, we got the run around- bottom line, ATT didn’t care if our issues got resolved or if they lost our business because they’ve gotten to the point of not taking care of loyal customers. Not to mention, this location was awful at communicating and were so incorrect in what they told us that it was cheaper for us to go to another company.

I have been an AT&T customer for years. I have been to many AT&T stores over the years for help/service. I have really enjoyed the service and help I have received at the Beaver Creek, Apex NC store. I would refer this store/ location to anyone who likes prompt, friendly customer service care! On my most recent visit I was helped by a sales associate named, Sam Chandler. He was very professional and was able to make changes to my cell plan quick and easily. His knowledge of plans and equipment was excellent. It is very time consuming for any transaction at this place. Probability of getting a knowledgeable support at this store is a coins toss . I had to make 5 visits to get my U-Verse connection. Made three visits for our wireless phone connection and failed to get one. I spent 30 minutes over ATT chat and got my wireless connection with the discounts that I was eligible for.I am not sure if the folks at this store are aware of transactions that are not straight forward (if the transaction is not sales related or straight forward, better avoid this store). They will keep you waiting for long time, I would spend my time on phone with customer service or use AT&T chat.

Worst customer service. No sense of urgency in providing customer service by management. Manager was just organizing stuff instead of helping customers waiting for more than 2 hours. One of the employee told me that manager does not help customers directly.

I received some of the best and upmost professional service from Gavin. I originally went in there frustrated due to an on going problem I was having in regards to a billing issue for months. Gavin took the time to not only help me resolve the problem in store but extended that courtesy to continue to help me knowing I had to be back at work and acvtivley still worked on the issue I was having. Thanks to him for the outstanding service and expertise he brought to the table. I cant thank you enough of after months having a problem you finally resolving it for me. You deserve a raise, promotion and a bonus! I will be back thanks to him! Cheers -Zack
