I could not be happier, this is my third original mattress factory product. I have had one very basic serviceable full-size guest bed, one orthopedic extra firm queen size mattress with moderate padding that has served me well for 16 years, and just spent my first night on a king orthopedic extra firm with the best padding they make, essentially the top of their line, and just want to spand all my time in this bed. The guys that delivered the king are totally amazed that people spend so much more money on other name brands and don’t get anywhere near the life or quality out of them and then all the people spending stupid money on adjustable mattresses and memory foam have no idea what they’re missing in a traditionally well-made extremely supportive and comfortably padded conventional mattress and box spring is made by the best company you can find..

While it is easy to go to their store and pick out your mattress, it is not cheap. You will be able to do much better with the on-line purveyors who are willing to price more aggressively and give you some extras for free.As a returning client, they did not discount anything and they charge a big fee for delivery and a separate fee to pick up your old mattress. I called them on this and the OMF maintains that they offer this great low price and will not do discounting, but it is not low.Again, if they were more flexible with pricing and rewarding a multiple purchase repeat customer, they would get a higher rating. The attitude when I talked to their HQ was take it or leave it, and I will choose to leave it. They just lost a long time customer due to greed and attitude.

I am glad i came into the store. It was a breeze dealing with the sales person, he wasnt pushy. but he was very informative. we came in there just for a mattress, and not expecting anything else, but actually saw a bed frame, solid wood, that was just the style we were looking for, for another room. ended up with both. Scheduling the delivery was a breeze and definitely worth the $50 delivery charge.

We visited the store front and were helped quickly and efficiently. The woman did not rush us whatsoever, and took time to answer all of our questions, price all potential purchases, and made excellent recommendations. The delivery team was equally wonderful. We received a call the day prior to delivery with a time frame, and a call within our time frame letting us know when they were 30 minutes away (and they delivered to our house in the boonies about an hour away for a very low price). The bed is extremely comfortable, and we have the contact numbers of multiple sources in the company if we have any questions about our purchase. A great buy and a great experience.

We needed a custom sized, very comfortable mattress for a family bed built in 1860. The Original Mattress Factory show room staff in Apex was excellent in helping us get a mattress that fit, is extremely comfortable, and made in the USA here in Raleigh. The delivery and installation staff were excellent too. Highly recommend the Original Mattress Factory for super service and products.

We went to the Apex store and loved our experience. They were NO pressure. It took 3 trips for us to make our final decision. The staff was patient and understanding. The delivery team was also awesome. We love our bed!

We got our new queen set here and weve had it about 2 months and we love it. We previously had an Original Mattress Factory mattress that we used for 14 years. After the purchase and return of mattresses from two other companies, months of back pain, and many sleepless nights I decided to check out Original Mattress Factory. Betsy was great. She went over every mattress in detail multiple times during my three visits to the store (I obviously wanted to make sure I got it right this time). I decided to go with the Orthopedic Ultra Plush mattress and also purchased OMFs topper to add extra softness to the supportive mattress. Im a side sleeper.Ive had the mattress for a few weeks now and am glad to report that all my back pain is gone. Its such a relief to be sleeping well again. Thank you!

Recently purchased two sets of King mattresses at Apex, N.C. store. Store sales lady was very professional and friendly. She also did a nice job in differentiating her product vs competition. Her follow up was perfect and the delivery was on time. The mattresses are superb.

Bought a new queen orthopedic mattress. If your pillow top feels like theres a hole in the middle its because the springs suck. O M F uses steel throughout and its very evident the first night you lay on it. Super comfortable. This is our 3rd O M F mattress. Service is awesome and if your old mattress is good at all they will donate it to the needy.
