So Im going to give a few details. My mom has a fractured vertebrae in her back that causes some extreme pain when she overdoes it. We had decided to go to the bath and body works in Apex. We both thought that she would be able to walk the store but turns out, she couldnt. She ended up sitting on a step stool then the sink counter. The sweetest worker there, Mia,actually brought her a chair for her to sit on. Then she proceeded to bring my mom products that she mightve been interested in. I can not stop thinking about how amazing a person she was. Mia, if youre reading this, thank you so much!

Family -owned salon with fantastic service...the best Ive ever had. Going there feels like visiting friends. Their work is meticulous and high-quality at very reasonable prices.

I hate bath and body works. Always go there when there is a sale and end up spending too much. Its a conspiracy...Jokes apart, love their stuff.

Great experience..havent been in a physical store in years. Because of my migraines..got some new smell good for myself and hubby. Wish I know they guy..he was on point as soon as we came in the door. Ask was we looking for anything in particular. He asked again later while the same 2 employees stood there talking. He helped some other ladies that came in. He was helpful. Cashier was helpful.

Great selection unfortunately the power went out and we were unable to purchase anything. They should have directed clients to the website and pay that way to pick up in store

I’m new to this area! I love this location. The stock is better than others. I’ve called twice during COVID and they have accommodated me with my shopping. Each employee is personable and have excellent customer service skills. I’m not rushed and their able to answer any questions or make reasonable suggestions.

Love this location. Kevin is always helpful. They discontinued a C.O. Bigalow fragrance that I love. Kevin helped me find one that was comparable.

The store is infuriating since Covid the markings on the floor are not followed by customers since frankly theres no direction from the employees when you first walk in the store. Annoying.

In general, I always have a great experience at Bath & Body works. But this time, our two favorite soaps had been discontinued. 😧 In fact, there was a tremendous turnover in products; nearly everything was changed. While I understand that it’s nice to keep things fresh, some of the tried-and-true items are great to keep around as well. Staff was helpful though. 👍🏼

Ill never return to this location again, as a frequent Bath and Body work customer I am deeply disappointing in the service I received. The staff seemed very discontent and did not care to help me with my requests. One cashier in specific disregarded my questions and when I presented her a coupon on my phone, decided it was appropriate to snoop through my apps. When exiting the store she made snide remarks. The one thing I can say about this cashier is she actually overpowered the scent of the candles in the store with her skunkish odor that her hair excreted.

This store was awesome! Friendly staff, beautiful displays, and fast check out.That along with great sales and coupons, I was one happy shopper!

Great smelling candles, lotions, and soaps. I always get my candles from here because they are the strongest and have the most unique scents.

Love the extras

They have the best smelling candles anywhere. The scent is nice and light and lasts the whole life of the candle. And a couple of times a year they have a great sale on the 3 wick candles.

Well stocked and organized store. Checkout was fast and friendly. They always have great specials and coupons!

The ladies (employees) in this store were sooooooo helpful!! Inwas walking around with a Deer In Headlights look on my face because it had been awhile that I had shopped in store. They were very gracious, offered help and just overall made it a pleasant experience:)

Special thanks and recognition to Sheera (sp) who is exceptionally kind to my kids. Played with them showed them around so patiently. Bought my niece n myself some great smelling shower gel. I also found out that there are these wonderful smelling fragrances called pillow spray/scents n.they are supposed to help u sleep better when spayed on ur pillow n sheets 😀
