Been here multiple times, and every time is great! My car is quite low, and it couldnt make it on the bay. However, these guys helped me out and made it work instead of turning me away! I am extremely grateful

Car returned with grease everywhere on interiorIll keep it simple as I dont want to waste more time on this business. I brought my car in for rear brakes and oil change. My car was returned with grease all over the inside. I could have taken more pics but these give the idea and I found more grease in the days after. The car was immaculate when I dropped it off in the morning - no marks anywhere. I talked to manager, asked for a refund of oil change or pay to have it cleaned but they were only wanted to have the car back so they could clean it themselves. I dont trust them at all, especially not to clean anything, and dont want to waste more time there. I gave 2 stars because the work appears to be done correctly and the staff that made the mess did attempt to clean it once shown.

I’ve been coming to this place for over two years and I love it! Super convenient and great staff! You don’t have to get out of the car at all to get an oil change! 🙌🏼 and the staff are always so friendly!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE. These people dont know what they are doing and will cause you to lose your vehicle. After getting a oil change they didnt put the cap back on and oil spilled every causing 2,000 dollars worth of damage. Then I went back to tell the manager and he acted like it wasnt a big deal. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

Made an appt and was helped as soon as I pulled up, they were quick and did a great job. absolutely awesome staff, very professional. I typically change my own oil, but their price was comparable to buying the oil and filter myself and obviously they are way faster :) will definitely be back!!

They’re really friendly, and also pretty fast. I passed inspection, but they also told me about some stuff that might be problematic later on; although they also discussed if it was worth taking care of or not with the age of my car. One of the guys kinda looks like if jesus worked on cars- I love it.

Great service! Had my car in for scheduled maintenance and after I brought the car home I saw they fixed the front panels of my car that had popped out of place when I hit a big curb awhile back. I have used Express Oil Change for 6-7 years, more so Matt the mechanic who was awesome. Just called for him to do my annual switch from heat to cool,(cheaper than fixing cos old car). Matt is gone, they don’t know Matt’s last name!! They suggested he was doing bad things, cash under table. Suggested that perhaps I paid cash under table (never), didn’t have any records of what he did, only wanted to fix it…$600+. They hire someone with way more integrity….someone who bad mouths a prior employee, hmmm. II guess that’s a good way to lose customers. One gone atleast, I would go where Matt went but they didn’t want to tell me that! Awful.

The guys who helped me were incredibly nice and patient as I had never been there before. The prices are completely reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

AWESOME! This is my first time here. I bought in my 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman for oil change and inspection on Saturday 12/12. It was quick. The team was nice and they even have a ladies day. Lol. Women get $5 off on Tuesday. If the owner doesn’t have daughters, he runs his business like he does and that’s awesome. I’m not a car person so it can be intimidating. I feel comfortable coming here.

Great service and they were very respective of my extreme social distancing measures. Service was so great, I went home and picked up my second car and immediately went back for them to change the oil on that one too. I chose to not roll down my windows while inside, however, I got out of the car (with my mask on) before pulling in to make arrangements.

Hands down the best place in the area for oil changes. Always get in and out quick, never feel pressured that they are going to try and sell you on services you don’t need. Been coming here for over 7 years and even though it’s not as close to where I live now, I still go out of my way to come here. Just today even though my car said I was due for an oil change and the car has been sitting longer due to less driving, the manager explained to me after checking my oil that I still have over 2,000 miles left and he said that while they would change it for me, it’s not needed and that I should come back later in the year. What oil change place would do that?! You’ve got my business for as long as I live around here. Keep up the great work!

Conflicted because i have loved this place before today. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Driving from Durham and now Raleigh because of the efficient service. Today is my last time - 2/3 workers here are not wearing masks and they came up extremely close to my window. Theyre allowing customers INSIDE THEIR WAITING AREA WITHOUT MASKS. If you want to stay healthy and prevent more unnecessary deaths from covid - do not patron this business.

I had my oil changed today, Crew was professional and very timely. Shop was clean, neat, orderly. Very efficient, and knowledgeable. Crew was checking all fluid levels, and safety items. Service was competitively priced and did not try to upsell. I would recommend highly.

Last night, I struck a curb while driving on Highway 55 in Apex while it was rainy and dark. I immediately could tell things were not right with my car. Luckily, I was about a tenth of a mile away from Express Oil Change & Service Center. I was in a panic because I just purchased the car last week and was so upset. As soon as I pulled into the bay at Express, the manager, Luis, and his co-workers were amazing, even though I showed up right before closing time. They helped me right away and they were quick and straight up with me about what was needed. My husband came to pick me up about 25 minutes later and even though the shop was officially closed for the night, Luis took the time to speak with my husband about everything that was going on as well. I was able to leave my car at Express overnight since they had to order new tires but my husband has been working with them today as the car is repaired and they have continued to be wonderful. I feel so fortunate that Express, Luis, and his co-workers have helped us and feel that Apex is truly luck to have them. Although I hope to have no more accidents, I will definitely make this shop my number one choice for oil changes and maintenance.

Been coming here for years for service, oil changes and inspections. Today I called them for advice on my brakes and they were so helpful. In the past, I feel like mechanics have deceived me on services that I needed, but I have never doubted the trustworthiness of Express Oil Change. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for an oil change, tire balance, and tire rotation. Making an appointment online was super easy. When I arrived, my car was serviced immediately. The guys there were super nice and honest. They pointed out that my turn signal wasnt working, my air filter was dirty, and two of my rims were bent. They asked is I wanted them fixed and gave me a quote beforehand. They even suggested that I try out the rims to feel for vibrations instead of trying to talk me into buying new ones. Best of all, oil change, tire balance and rotation, turn signal and air filter replacement all cost only $120.

I was very impressed with my service today. I was in the shop quickly for an oil change. They took me in fast and they were very thorough. I kind of smirked at how efficient they were. It was almost like listening to NASA go through the all clears.Ready bay 1, all clear bay 1.. and so on. Even at the end I heard a thank you bay 1 for the man down in the pit. Obviously the safety of their customers and employees is a priority.. I will be seeing them in 3000 miles for sure. Great job gentlemen!!

The most efficient place to get your oil changed in the area. I never have an issue here and I dont ever feel pressured to purchase extras that I dont need like at other service stations (like air filters or wiper blades). Very friendly service.

I usually change my oil, but didnt feel like doing it this time around. I bought the oil and filter Ive been using and took it to the shop with no appointment and my vehicle was immediately serviced. In total it took about 10 minutes. The mechanics were friendly and didnt push sales. For the price, it was well worth it and I didnt have to get dirty or lug my old oil around. I save five star ratings for exceptional instances and this is one of them. Ill be going back for sure.

The manager and technician were very friendly. We arrived about 11 am on Thursday and found a huge crowd. 7 cars in front of us. But the staff was quite efficient and we were in and out in about 40 minutes. Havoline oil.

Arrived 5 minutes before close and they were happy to help. Fast and kind service. Thorough and explained stuff without pushing products. Will be returning!

That is not always the case with car services and especially for us women customers. I am relieved to have found this place and take both cars there with excellent results. Literally the best experience Ive had with auto care. I arrived at 7:50am because I had to be at work at 8:30am. Stephen came to the window to greet me and directed me to where I needed to go for my oil change. He explained to me the services I may need with the amount of mileage on my car. They (Stephen and Colin) were both VERY thorough and VERY polite. While there, I found out that they do everything from top to bottom as far as auto mechanics are concerned. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you guys for being awesome and making my morning and day SO much easier!BTW: Im writing this review at 8:30am from my desk. I made it to work by 8:22 :)

Fantastic establishment. My wife uses them regularly to get oil changes.She recently had her tires rotated at a local Firestone location and they told her that her brakes were gone.Out of convenience we dropped off the car to have the brakes replaced at Express Oil, and after looking at them told us that there was nothing wrong with our brakes.Highly recommend them!

This is a great place to go. Failed inspection because my brake lights werent working. They suggested some fixes that helped and when I came back after fixing they had me back out in less than 5 minutes. Great service and respectful of your time!

We have several cars in our family and go to Express Oil for all our oil changes and inspections! I was just there again this morning at 8:30am for the Ladies Day Discount to have the oil changed and everything topped off before a road trip. As usual, they were prompt, friendly and thorough! Love the convenient location and being able to count on these guys! No reason to go anywhere else!!

Excellent service

Overall oil change was fine but i had asked Stephen York to make sure all of our fluids were topped off and he assured it is mandatory they do for all vehicles.On the paper that was given to me it is stated my fluids as safe level but coolant and washer fluid are almost empty... meaning they never were filled.

Best mechanic and and oil service men there is. I have been in many states and delt with many oil change men and mechanics. Hands down these are the best in the business.

I went in with an older vehicle that takes 10w40. The man said he had the oil but if I brought my own it could save me a lot of money. I came back with oil and a filter. A decent deal for a clean job.

Ive gotten my oil changed here twice now and gotten my state inspection done here, also. Before coming here, I would always go to Jiffy Lube. The employees here are much more professional and respectful. Not to mention, they dont try and upsell you on numerous things like Jiffy Lube does. Definitely becoming my regular go-to business for oil changes!

I have a friend that needs repair in the apex area, and I searched for this particular shop to pass the information to them. I would like to take the time to appropriately address the 5 year old, one star review, regarding the a/c problem. I used to work at this garage. I send friends here because I personally know the character of the employees. Namely Matt the frickin all star mechanic they have out back. He is amazing at diagnosing vehicles. And after diagnosis he will recommend a sure fix. That means new parts. He doesnt cut corners, unless specifically asked to do so. He recommends what will fix the problem, and also what will give you a warranty to protect any unexpected parts failures. He does not by any means over repair vehicles. I would actually be curious to know if that $600 a/c fix actually held up for them for more than a full summer of use. Thats how much I stand by the knowledge and character of Matts work. So yes, shop around people.. But raise your eyebrow if you get two or three high quotes and then you find one at half the price.

It was my first time here today. I came for an oil change and I was seriously mind blown! This place is awesome! I pulled in, was greeted at my car, pulled forward and Eric started working on my Jeep right away, topped fluids and cleaned my windshield. I stayed in my car the entire time and I was there like 10 minutes, honestly didn’t even care because the experience was awesome. Thanks soo much Eric, I will definitely be back!
