We bought a new 2020 F150 last year from this dealership. Sales process was fine, but god forbid you have to take the Ford in for service. We have been having transmission problems all this year (2021 starting around 15,000 miles). The transmission jumps/slams daily and is getting worse as time goes on. We have taken it into the service department multiple times and the dealership has failed to fix the issue. Now they aren’t even returning our calls to schedule a service appointment. I’m not sure if they are truly that busy due to COVID or if they are just refusing to fix the transmission and hope we go away. We are not satisfied customers and will never buy a Ford again based on this experience. We will be submitting a claim to the BBB - we just want the transmission fixed. I don’t think that is too much to ask since it’s under warranty :/

My wife and I are senior citizens and naturally we have bought a few cars over our life times, both used and new. I have to say our experience at CROSS ROADS FORD IN APEX NORTH CAROLINA was absolutely the BEST BUYING experience EVER. The sales REP was the MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE and efficient ADULT we have ever experienced. CHRIS SHAW knew his product in deep detail, was quick and pleasant to work with. Anyone that knows me knows that I get STRESSED when I buy a new car! This was not the case this time around. Will at Crossroad Ford of Apex was a delight to work with. He showed us the car that we were looking for, explained how everything worked, and why this would be a good car for what we were looking for. NEVER, I mean NEVER, has he pushed us to make a decision right away. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. I am just saying that this was probably the very first time that I didnt come out from dealership crying or stressed or overwhelmed. It was an easy peasy transaction. And I appreciate that greatly!

Had a quick and easy truck purchasing experience. Daniel is a wonderful salesman to do business with. Extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Mark, one of the sales manager is honest and upfront and works hard to get the best deal accomplished. Mesha the lady that handled our finance documents was perfect as well. Could’ve of asked for a better staff from start to finish. I look forward to continued business. By far the best car buying experience we’ve had. They can make a deal happen that other dealerships can’t plain and simple. The 2021 F150 is the best truck in America and Crossroads is a fantastic place purchase one.

We recently needed a warranty repair on our 2020 F250 7.3 for a leaky windshield. I love this truck after being a GM guy for many years, but that’s a different story.On to the dealer service experience: Our F250 had a leak in the drivers footwell which ultimately turned out to be the windshield. Our SA was Henry, who offered to communicate via text messages, which I accepted.I should point out that I do not like anyone touching my vehicles and a dealership is no exception. I’ve had shoddy workmanship and denial of responsibility from several in the area (all non Ford). As a result, I’m extra picky and can be “direct” at times.Henry regularly communicated status and it seemed like he took a personal interest in making everything right. We had a few bumps which all got resolved professionally and as quickly as possible and I really felt that he bent over backward to get things completed to my satisfaction.He responded promptly via text and we did speak personally a time or two as well. I’m happy with the results and think the 5 star review is justified. Not everything goes as planned and when they didn’t, Henry was calm, cool and professional. Ultimately, he and the dealership took care of everything they had control over fully to my satisfaction.

He not only took the time & was patient to answer all of our questions but also took the time to connect our Fordpass app & made sure our phones were connected properly to our vehicle. My recent experience at Crossroads Ford of Apex was good for the most part. My car was fine and there was no further problems with the initial recall (thank goodness). It’s been a good car for me and I love it and it was an awesome high school graduation present. The reason why my review is a four star instead of a five star was that I thought checking to see if a recall was performing up to task and a multi-point inspection wouldn’t take until 5 pm to be done for an appointment that was at 8 AM in the morning, so I hope that for future appointments cars like mine that only need a multi point inspection and to have a recall looked at are serviced first and then get to the more serious cases. Maybe the last part of this review I’m just being a complainer and the usual method is to have all service appointments for a particular day serviced at once and if so that’s completely understandable why my car wasn’t ready until roughly 5 PM on the day of my appointment earlier this month. Just thought I’d share my thoughts.

Our Sales Person, Chris, is a very warm, easy to deal with and honest. Chris understood the F150 line and listened to what we wanted versus just trying to sell us what they had. Horrible Customer Service. If i could give 0 stars I would. We went in for and oil change and to address and issue with our remote start on our 2019 Expedition. We spoke to Tony when we got there and he asked if we could bring out key later. I told him yes we could bring it later. We waited for 2 hours and finally I asked the status on our vehicle. They said they were waiting on us to bring them the second key!!! How the heck were we going to do to that they had our vehicle!!! They did not even change the oil. So we waited there to two hours for nothing!!! Waste of time I will drive father to go to another dealership from now on. An as this is our 11th ford purchased, I will work with another dealer for future purchases.

I came in after several attempts to get my tires and brakes changed, but couldnt find the wheel lock key. I was extremely distraught and the first person that I came across was Jeremy (unfortunately I dont know his last name). In seeing how upset I was, he turned his attention to me and helped me in finding the key for the wheel lock. Fortunately (and after 4 other people had looked and he went through 100+ keys) he decided to look again and found it in the center console. I know that this doesnt sound significant, but under the circumstances this was a HUGE help to me. I just want to thank him in is efforts, time and energy for helping me in the state that I was in. He could have done what the rest of the others did and ignore my desperate cries for help, but he stepped up and was an excellent person to work with. I seriously commend him for his professionalism, respect and help that I needed. I hope this comment makes it back to him and he remembers who I am because he REALLY deserves KUDOS on his courtesy.

Jacob is a nice salesman and great to speak with. Sales Manager Anthony was extremely rude. Walked over and told my wife she might as well close the credit application. We could have easily come up to the price, but with that attitude we will choose not to do business with this company. Anthony needs to work on his customer service skills or stay behind that glass box. Unfortunately for Jacob they lost out on a sale. Threw Anthony’s card in the trash!!!

Disappointed in the lack of customer service with regards to a problem I experienced last week. On Thursday the moonroof on my F150 stuck open.There was rain forecast for Friday. I stopped in the service bay about 2:30. There were no other cars in the service bay.I asked if someone could take a quick look at it just to get it closed. It is under warranty. I have 4 other recalls that need to be performed on the truck as well as an engine reprogram that I planned on scheduling with Crossroads to be done with the roof.Disappointed that the service advisor simply told me no. Had no concern for my predicament. Did not even leave his seat to take a cursory look. Told me to call the main number and make an appointment.Not a warm fuzzy that Crossroads was going to be there if I needed them.Cannot access anything without removing the headliner. I was told multiple times No, no one can look at it, cant get to the rails.I resorted to going home to try to figure out how to protect the interior of my Lariat. 4 hours later, I had the glass out (without removing the headliner), which I did not expect Crossroads to do that day. Just point me in the right direction. I was not able to get the rail runners lined up to reattach the glass for the night and it did rain overnight.After numerous calls, emails and mailings about the recall needed on my truck, it appears that Crossroads just wanted the recall service money.Its too bad, I thought having a local Ford dealer would be a good thing. Same Crossroads as they were in Cary, was hoping for a change.

I called crossroads ford of Apex yesterday to get some info on four F-450 trucks that were listed on their site. The salesman said he would get the details for me and give me a call today. I called crossroads ford of Apex at noon today. I had to ask him if this was crossroads ford because he used his name and immediately the conversation went south. He told me he was the boss and if one of his salesmen didn’t get back to me, he would get to the bottom of it. I told him I wanted to buy one of the F450s they had and he told me the only one available would be the white Lariat and I said ok. He immediately told me they were not discounting the truck at all, and I could have it at 86k. I asked him if they would honor the advertised price on their site and he said NO. He explained that it was a glitch and not their problem. He then blamed the photographer and their website guy. He did tell me this truck was ordered for another customer that ended up buying a different truck (which is why it’s available). I took some screen shots and listed them below to show the advertised price. I will travel to another state to buy a truck before I buy from a dealer that won’t honor their advertised price. He did thank me for my service (I am Military) right after not honoring the price though...

We purchased our truck at a time when there was little inventory. We initially reached out via email with some questions about trade-in value. We were contacted quickly by Daniel Wuliger by phone and a rapid email conversation about trade-in, new truck availability and price ensued. Every question was answered in minutes over the course of a couple hours (yes, I had a lot of questions!) and we converged on a trade-in value and price and selection of new truck quickly and efficiently. We bought the truck that night with Daniel staying overtime to get things completed.From the start, Daniel was responsive but not pushy. If he didnt know an answer, he got it quickly. And he moved quickly to hold a truck for us as other customers became interested as well.I dont like car shopping but Daniel made it easy and the business people were friendly and fast in completing paperwork.An A+ all around. Definitely recommend.

What an incredible mechanic, Cam! I had a warning light and check engine light on for several days. When I took the car in for service, the check engine had turned off. Cam Komas was an incredible mechanic and found the problem and fixed it while I waited after my working hours at the shop on Monday. Great Job and professional service working later so that I can return to work myself today!!!

First; the truck is great except that we made the deal before the truck was cleaned. Then after cleaning and getting it home, we discovered multiple scratches in the bed along with smears of what appears to be white paint. And there was a lot of gum like material in the fender wells and in the bed. We knew this was a curtesy unit so we didnt expect perfect but now we feel that the sales manager set the price too high and then low balled my trade.That being said, the sales rep, Steve, did the best job ever in explaining how everything worked. He was personable and easy to work with.The show room was wonderful (the music was a wee loud) with nice seating and allowed for distancing from others.The truck rides nice, gets great gas mileage and is sharp looking. It was what I wanted.I would consider buying from the Crossroads dealerships again.

My Ford F-150 needed some recall repairs, and the check engine light had come on. Scheduling was easy, and I received great communication by email and phone to confirm the service appointment. I also requested a courtesy vehicle for the day, which was provided without hesitation or cost. The Team was friendly throughout the drop off and pickup process, respecting my time during the workday. At drop-off I asked it they could also complete an oil change and coolant flush. They happily agreed, even thought I hadn’t scheduled those additional services on the front end. I was contacted by phone during the day to confirm repair and service costs, all of which were very fair, and they even provided a military discount. My truck is running great, and I won’t think twice to bring my business back to this team of professionals. Service like this conveys genuine appreciation for customers, and reinforces my loyalty to the Ford brand. Thank you!

Great experience selling our vehicle. Online chat was great setting up an appointment for an appraisal and not pushy when I didnt want give my phone number. I was sent an email confirmation which was great. I arrived early and was assisted right away. Everyone was friendly and communicative. I appreciate that they gave me an aggressive offer on our car and we accepted. Very easy process! Courteous and got the work done in time as expected but don’t know why I have to pay $150 to get a diagnostics code. I need to remember just to go buy a code reader at an auto parts store which will be half the price and can be used in the future. Quoted to replace a temperature sensor for $500. That is ridiculous the part costs less than $50. Usually I Avoid dealer service departments but I had two recalls that needed to be dealt with. Won’t go back unless absolutely feel that they are the only ones that can do that work.

One of our work trucks has been in their service shop for 2 months now for transmission issues that they have not been able to get parts to fix. No ETA of completion in sight. Walked through the showroom to look at mustangs and Broncos just now. The Shelby GT500 has a $31000 over sticker price dealer markup on it. Almost a third of the sticker price in dealer markup! Should be illegal, hopefully they get stuck with it after the 2022 models start coming in.

Had issues with my newly purchased Explorer ST, the Instrument cluster kept going completely black. I had to bring it in for service and eventually have parts ordered. The service advisor, Henry, was polite but never followed up with me, leaving me without the ability to drive my car for 2 weeks (no offer of a loaner or rental, but I understand this). My issue is when I tried to reach out I never heard back. I had to call the service department where they weren’t the most welcoming, and it was a struggle to get them to help me. Basically telling me that if I hadn’t received a call then my parts weren’t here, like she couldn’t be bothered. I ended up wishing I could take my car somewhere else. I finally was able to find out that my part had come in but that they didn’t have any appointments for 2 more weeks. All while not being able to drive my car. I used to work in a service department for Ford so I’m familiar with how busy things can get and empathize with certain circumstances. All around just a really frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend going here unless it’s for some simple maintenance that doesn’t require any follow up from their team.

Service department is much less friendly and professional than expected. Shuttle service is available only till 3:30pm if you want to pickup your vehicle after that you need to arrange your own transportation. Tire pressure check is not performed. Complimentary vehicle wash is not available, rather car wash is not on site.

The buying experience was great from the first time we walked in. We were met at the door by Aditya (AD) the salesperson. He was very personable. He did not get straight to business. He spent some time to get to know us a bit. He listened to what we wanted and did not rush us into making a purchase. We left impressed the first time. We called him later to get a bit more details about the buying experience. He took the time to explain everything. Our visit was great. I would recommend a friend. I have had some work done there but couldnt afford to get all work done so I got some done and called back later to ask about pricing to complete the work. They would not answer my call or return them. I called multiple times and no call back. I placed a deposit on the new lightning and you know where Im not going to buy it from. If you dont want to service my old truck then I wont be buying my new one from you. Parts department says are open till 5 but closed at 4.

I am extremely disappointed in Crossroads Apex. My husband and I have bought 3 cars from them, the most recent in 2020. Our Expedition came with TVs in the headrest, unfortunately the one on the passenger side started having problems. We took it in, was told a connector was lose and if that didn’t fix it let them know, they were proactively “ordering a part” just in case. A few days later, it didn’t work, we contacted them to let them know, we scheduled the appointment, received communication the part was in. Not even 24hrs before our appointment we received a call saying, there was no part and that we needed to drive to Greensboro to get it fixed since it was made by a 3rd party. After much discussion they agreed for us to bring the car in and take the seat apart to try and diagnose it, we were slated to go on vacation so it had to wait. When we returned home and made an appointment to take the car in, same story this isn’t our problem but they were willing to try and look back at the communication to see where the mix up was. We finally spoke to the GM who said, that I brought the car in (false my husband did) and that I rushed them in the initial appointment and the technician didn’t have time to solve the issue (false again, we dropped the car off left it with them, we had no rush to get it back as we had another car). So if the technician was rushed initially why did they say the connector was lose but they were ordering a part just in case? The GM then proceeded to tell us that the Service Advisor had no recollection of any of the conversations that had taken place, convenient. Needless to say my car is still not fixed so I will be taking additional steps with Ford directly to get it rectified. All this being said, make sure you document EVERYTHING for CYA because it’s not about the customer and making sure they are satisfied anymore it’s about putting blame on to them instead.

Needed service for my F150 and called Crossroads Ford. They called when they were supposed to call, did what they were supposed to do to my truck, did it for exactly how much they said it would cost, and they finished sooner than expected. Im not sure how any service experience could beat that. Henry was my service advisor and did a great job taking care of both me and my truck.

I was contacted by mail, then called to schedule an appointment for a simple recall notice to the brake system of my 2017 Ford Edge. I was told during the phone call that the fix could take up to 2-4 hours, so I scheduled plenty of time in my day to accommodate the needed time. When I arrived for my appointment, I elected to wait for the vehicle rather than get a ride home, as I knew from previous experience that Crossroads was very reliable in terms of meeting/exceeding service within the time slot. I strolled around the showroom for a few minutes, then settled into a chair in the waiting area. No sooner had I gotten comfortable, than the service tech came to me with what I figured was a question, or maybe concern about something else they might have found. NOPE,...they were all done, in slightly less than 1 hour. WOW! That was impressive.

I recently visited the Crossroads Ford of Apex because my current lease was ending. To sum it up, my experience was the best Ive ever had at a car dealership. Steve went over all the options available to me, was clear in his communication, and helped me choose the best course of action. I then finished my interaction with Dan (Finance Manager) and he made the process SO easy. Buying a car can be a headache for most and I suggest if you want to eliminate that headache visit this Ford dealership. Three years ago when I leased this car from another Ford dealership I had a terrible experience. I did not want to visit another Ford dealership after that and dreaded it. I recently drove over 1,200 miles round trip to Crossroads Ford just to have a large warranty job done on my 2019 Expedition Limited and Im very happy that I did! After my local dealer in Alabama (where I purchased my Expedition new last year) refused to provide a loaner car while they serviced my Expedition, I inquired on Facebook asking for recommendations for a good Ford dealer. My old friend Scott Salzman, General Manager at Crossroads Ford, saw my post and came to my rescue. He said if I could get my truck to him hed be happy to do the job and provide a loaner for me. Thats all I needed to hear. I trusted Scott to do a good job and I knew he would take excellent care of my vehicle. He did not disappoint me. The job was completed perfectly and on time. They provided a beautiful loaner for my family and I and even detailed my truck before I picked it up! Outstanding experience all around! Only Ford dealer in the area that actually picks up the phone and actually calls people back. Brought car in for new key fob. In and out within an hour as promised. Sterling was very professional and easy to work with. He’s exactly the type of person that makes the customers feel satisfied. Oh! and the price for the key was cheaper then the other 2 fords in the area! They even washed the car and gave it a quick vacuum. I will go here from now on for all my fords needs. Might even come back and buy a new car in a year. It was that good of service.Just keep up the good customer service and we the people will come back every time!

Salesman Steve Schmidt was very knowledgeable and nice and also patient. A lot of the other salesman I have dealt with at other dealers were not as enthusiastic as Steve. He called me as he promised me he would to make sure I still like my new 2021 f250 and that everything is still running ok. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I drove over an hour and a half to go look at this truck and the experience I had with Steve and the other staff I dealt with was with it. I would be willing to make that drive again if I want to get a new vehicle

He is honest and works to help you get what you want. He helped me get my dream car that I adore so much and taught me all the amazing features! He not only helped me but helped my boyfriend customize the new Bronco and reserve it for him. We even came back the following weekend so he could help me learn more about my car and he helped my boyfriend with the reservation process for the new bronco. Expedition was in for warranty work on cam phasers. It took a few weeks for parts to arrive at shop and then another few to get it in for the work. It did take a bit longer to get in for repairs as I needed loaner car, unfortunately they were unable to get me a loaner expedition.I was also told it take about 4 days for the repair itself.Overall, very satisfied with Sterling in the repair department!

Im sorry to say that I will not be returning here. They were able to diagnose and repair my car in a single day - awesome! The problem is that not only did they try to upsell me on regular maintenance that wasnt due yet but they also signed me up for all kinds of spam email. I even received an email saying that they would give me good money to trade in my car - even though I told the service person that I had just purchased the car a couple months ago. The repair was also quite expensive - but to be expected at a dealership I suppose, I dont really fault them for that.

The dealership is wonderful. helpful and accommodating. The only issue I would have is that they did not replace the gas used in my car while they had it and needed to drive it. I made sure that I filled up the loaner car that I had during the process of the repairs.

They had to order a part that they did not have on hand, and that took longer to arrive (something pretty much out of their control).I was kept apprised of the situation in a timely manner. Ford is backed up due to Covid is what was said. It took me two weeks to get an appt. Now mind you it was during the 105 heat index and my AC was completely out. Not even the fan worked. So finally September 1st arrives and I take it in. I am sent invoices of the cost and finally got them to understand I had purchased an extended warranty for my Expedition. Finally get that cleared up and they never shared that my part to replace my battery cables was not covered and it did not get repaired. All they did was take the cables and clean them. 4 days later my SUV will not start. I take it back and they inform me that battery issues or even the cables to the battery is not covered. I take it to a local mechanic to find out that the battery cables were not tightened and the bolts were missing. So the Service department loosened them to clean them and failed to tighten them back. I was lucky it had even been running for 4 days. My local mechanic fixed it FREE of charge. I am disappointed that would even happen. Is it paying customers that get the best treatment? Was even sent someones estimate along with mine in a text with all their personal information. Just not a good thing.On another note.. my sons Ford Focus has been there 2 months waiting on parts. Some under warranty and others are not but thats a long time and his is not the only Focus there! At least 13 or so more. Hmm makes you wonder about quality doesnt it? Good thing we had a car to loan him because Ford sure did not offer one!Not the Ford Company we use to know!

Very nice, clean and huge facility. A lot of options on vehicles. I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang. I inquired info regarding on the vehicle and the availability on Crossroads Ford of Apex website. They call, text and email me within 15 mins to let me know that the Mustang is available. When I walked in via appointment, Tracy greeted me at the front door and walk me right to the Mustang. She then provide me all the info regarding on the car. I test drove the vehicle, very happy with it so I purchase/finance it. The entire process is very smooth, no stress, no pressure from the Sales Team & Finance Team. The price tag on the vehicle at the facility is what it shown on the website so no surprises. I am very happy with the entire process and experience in Crossroads Ford of Apex.

The company is FORD MOTOR CREDIT: I have sent in a police report and other case identifying information. That this account was obtained without my knowledge or consent. My credit/debit card, social security card, pieces of mail and etc. Had been stolen. Experian refuses to remove this items for fraud. Both of the other credit reporting agency have removed all fraudulent items. Experian keeps updating the fraudulent item with FORD MOTOR CREDIT and putting it back on my report. This items is fraud and should be removed from my report. Run from any and everything Ford makes. I would never buy an Ford. Henry Ford needs all of his Ford product, dealerships, plants and vehicles boycotted.

Continuing to bring the vehicle in for the same issues ... Valve issue on F-150 3.5 Ecoboost and 10 speed transmission not shifting correctly. Crossroads service advisors are friendly and experience is very good, but the results continue to be that the vehicle is not operating at the level it should. While the bad experience is a result of Fords ongoing Technical Service Bulletins not resolving the problems to a proper level, the results are that I have a vehicle that I bought from Crossroads which still is not operating a the level it should. I give Crossroads a 4 to 5 for the service experience at the dealership, and Ford and Crossroads techs a huge ZERO for the lack of resolution to my problems. Updated based on continued challenges -- transmission issue is improved with latest fix, but now on round three of trying to get entertainment system hangs resolved.

Took Mustang in for the works. Tires were all properly inflated before the service at manufactures suggested pressure of 33psi cold, and had the green nitrogen filled cap. After I picked up the car from service, I noticed the tire pressure range from 36 to 39 PSI. I checked them next morning when tires were cold and they ranged from 35 to 37 PSI cold. If they just check the pressure through the car, or using a gauge they would have realized the pressure was good. They should have never filled them with regular air since they had the nitrogen caps. Not sure if I would use them again, since they couldnt do the simple thing correctly.

Service Advisor (Tony) is very professional and courteous. When checking in vehicle he made sure all of my concerns were properly documented in the RO. Contacted me as soon as vehicle was ready for pick up. When picking up vehicle he went through the RO invoice line by line to make sure I understood everything. RO was documented in detail by Technician (Ray). I inspected the work when I got home. Technician did an excellent job. Give him a high rating for workmanship. Have been going to this dealership for over 20+ years and will continue to do so.

While visiting our daughter in Apex, we had an issue with our 2018 Ford Expedition. After letting them know we were traveling and leaving within a couple of days, even though they were completely booked in their service department....they asked to keep our vehicle overnight so they could let a seasoned mechanic look at it and find the issue. They worked on our vehicle on a Saturday.... found the problem... found that it was covered by our Power train Warranty. Zero dollars owed. We were treated so special there. I can tell you that we were very impressed with Crossroads Ford. Thank you Jeremy, Scott and the mechanics that got us back to Kentucky safely. I would highly recommend CrossRoads Ford. We drove over 4 hours to get to this dealership and upon arrival we waited on the person my husband had been talking to and he wasnt there today.We finally found the truck that we had been speaking to them about and we were approached by a manager and one of the girls from the internet or whatever and they told us the truck had been sold. She said she tried to call and send a text message but the only one we received was from someone that wanted to know if we were still coming and they were advised we were 2 hours out. We never heard anything else from them. All they had to do at that point was tell us that it wasnt available and we would have drove 2 hours back home instead of a wasted trip and 4 hours home.. They offered to fill our tank for driving all that way but really all we wanted was the common courtesy of someone to let us know that they had sold it or not to come. We wasted a day off work for this. We would not recommend trying to deal with this dealership.I just wanted to add that we did end up buying a truck but it was actually from another dealership that was associated with this one. Whoever owns this dealership did right a wrong. They ended up contacting us later that same day and of course we were still upset but they asked that we give them a chance that they didnt do business that way. They found us a truck and had it delivered to Ken Wilson Ford and we ended up buying the truck from this dealership.

Got a recall done on monday and i cant use the car until they send the information in. i wish i knew what was taking so long seeing as i only had door latches replaced. I use my ford to rent to people and the service wont allow me to rent until this recall has been sent in. when i went to dodge it took less than 24 hours for them to send it in. losing money is not fun 🙃

This is the second time that I have used Crossroads Ford for service work. The first time they had the vehicle for 2 days and needed a courtesy vehicle. Didnt find out until the day of that one wasnt available so ended up out of pocket for temp transportation. This time I made the appointment almost 3 weeks in advance with a courtesy vehicle and once again found out at the last minute that I would not get one. Called and asked about rescheduling when they could confirm that they would have one which they could not. Said they would call me the day before which doesnt work when you have to coordinate schedules with 3 kids. Will drive 30 minutes for better service now.
