We are extremely pleased with the results we got From Dent Source LLC. We hit a seagull going over a bridge at the Outer Banks. As you can see from the image, it left a pretty big dent in the hood. They were able to get it back to looking brand new. Much better than I expected. They literally erased the only bad memory we had from our trip. Thanks again to Michael and his team!

I received a mailer just after the big hail storm on 9/25/20The mailer alone was enough for me to give them my all of my vehicles.They provided me a ride to the rental place, and then followed up the next day to make sure I understood next steps.Give them a shot, you wont believe it until you see it yourself.$250 referral fee given back to me, plus zero out of pocket because they cover deductibles....

We suffered hail damage to three of our cars. We decided to use dent source for the repairs but after the repair of one of our cars, we decided not to use them for the other remaining cars. The first car was not completed in the time that was promised, it had a new scratch on the hood that was touched up with paint, the car now makes a loud whistling noise when driving, and the panel that attaches to the under side of the hood was laying on top of the engine missing the clips to attach it. Upon calling them, they were not courteous, said they would look into it and return our call. The return call never happened. For all these reasons, we decided that we could not trust them with our remaining two cars.

My Honda got caught outside during a nasty hail storm back in September, and the next day, once I could see it in the light, I saw how many dents Id gotten (more than 100 for sure, might have been much more). No joy there; my 2016 HRV wasnt that old and Id managed to keep it pretty clean, I liked how it looked until the hail paid a visit.A couple of hail repair specialists called me and visited my home trying to grab business. I wasnt in a rush, so I waited a bit. Later a neighbor told me that someone living in my neighborhood worked with Dent Source LLC. and that they had their car repaired by them (same hail storm got a bunch of us - see the picture of my back steps).My Honda HRV is black, and that seems to mean it can be harder to repair given how anything (dirt, scratch) shows up so well. Well, I let them have the car, they managed the conversation with my Insurance Company, and once done, I couldnt find a single spot from the hail. In fact, I think they fixed a dent that was there the day I bought the HRV as NEW (that Id not noticed for a week or two, in an odd area behind the side mirror). Even dings from a rock that bit into the hood of the HRV on a bad I-95 drive a few years back got smoothed out (had been a 3 finger poke from bumps on the rock).I was thrilled with the final look, the detailing after the repair made the HRV pop like new. Very happy with the results (see after pic) and with sending the business to a local team (my neighbor and the full team). Thanks for the return of my better than NEW vehicle!

The people here are awesome with making sure they treat your car right and youre ins is not trying to salvage it out. They listened to my concerns and gave me good advise on how to maneuver though the trenches. They even cleaned my car in and out and it was a little bit of a mess. Had both of my brand new Subarus hoods get trashed by a pop up Hail storm. I was down because I thought it would cost thousands. Saw some marketing material from Jakob and it mentioned that they would help us with our Deductible and our premiums shouldnt go up with the claim because they were comprehensive. Since that turned out to be true, I had both my Subarus fixed. The whole process only took two weeks for both cars. Very easy to work with, receptive, and the cars look brand new again.
