I must say Im a very picky person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Out of all my experiences this is hands down the best place to buy a car! Theyre not aggressive, very knowledgeable about cars and their merchandise, the owner looks a lot younger than he is so dont assume he doesnt know what hes doing hes grown up around cars with this being a 3 generation family owned business with Grandpa opening up the doors in the 1960s. I love that family-owned business atmosphere and their old school quality of service. A service garage and tire store are adjacent to the property (grandfather and Fathers original store) with their son expanding into the car selling business. They have a wide range of vehicles to choose from with a large list of options for financing, even if you have bad credit. A wide selection from classic cars, luxury cars, everyday cars and off-road Jeeps. All the vehicles are gone through by their service dept and offered at very decent prices, amazing! Having a high attention for details,I can be a little difficult to work with ( especially when the ptsd kicks in ) but I was impressed that the owner was even willing to work into the night on his own time at his house in order to help me finish the deal. Being a single father, I dont have a lot of time. He understood and was willing to go above and beyond to take care of us and provide us with just what we were looking and he did exactly that. I cannot express enough if youre looking for a car this where you want to go! And dont take that lightly, I take my reviews very serious and would never embellish or falsify one of my reviews. This is now my only place I will do business with for automobile purchases and one of the very few establishments that I give five + stars to.

Since purchasing a vehicle is often one of the largest purchases most of us make combined with all con artists selling cars I wanted to leave a review about this place because I had a great experience buying from here.I went in to look at a truck Austin had listed on craigslist. I looked it over and took it for a drive. It ran fine and I wanted it. Austin asked me what I thought when we got back and that was it. No pressure no games and most importantly at no time did he try to sell me BS that most dealers try to stick you with.He did the financing on easy terms and we stretched my down payment out to make it very affordable for me. This was almost 2 years ago. I write a review now because I recently went back to him and paid the truck off early. Now that the truck is paid for I can say from start to finish this was by far the best vehicle buying experience Ive had and if youre looking for a used car or truck this a great place to consider.

Austin makes sure your satisfied with the vehicle and doesnt try to hassle you or upsell anything. Super laid back and friendly place. Apache Junction was a bit of a drive but well worth it.

Would never buy from them again. In late January I purchased a 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport from Austin, who lowered the price to accommodate my income. That was the only positive about this purchase. On the way home.Benson, the temperature was dropping so I turned on the heat, except there was no heat. I called him to report the problem after troubleshooting I determined the heater had been removed and the hoses plugged. He stood by his warranty, but I had to drive all the way back to get it repaired. He told me to show up at noon, but his mechanics told my wife and I they expected us before 8 AM. So we got a motel and dropped off the truck. We were then told by the mechanic that because we didn’t arrive on time, they wouldn’t be able to work on it till the following week. The following Tuesday they called and reported it was done, so we drove back up there to get it.On the way home the alternator went out near Marana, so I pulled into a truck stop. They discovered the alternator pulley was improperly installed and they would need a new one. I called and left several messages that were never returned. I paid the $270 out of pocket to get it back on the road. When I eventually got home, the power steering had failed. I discovered another “temporary fix” in the pump reservoir which had now leaked out. I once again called as Austin promised that he would fix everything up to one month. After several days he called back, but refused to pay for the repair as he became quite adversarial and tau ted me about how he lost mine by dropping the initial purchase price as it now he needed to make up for the loss due to the heater debacle.I ended up pulling and replacing the power steering pump and reservoir on my own at a cost of $139 with power steering fluid. Thinking this would be the last issue, I didn’t fully check the remainder of the system. When the truck refused to start the following week, I took it into our local mechanic. He discovered that the main grounding bus was severely corroded and the negative grounding strap was jury rigged with a small 18 gauge wire, which burned up. In addition me they discovered both power steering lines and hubs were also leaking. That repair cost me $279.80. I asked them to fully inspect this lemon and they found the wrong oil in the differential, water in the engine oil indicating either a cracked block or a loose/ill fitting oil cap. Thankfully it was the latter. I changed the oil and differential grease myself and purchased a new oil fill cap at the additional cost of $155.

He was able to start looking at auctions and sending me the cars that were perfect. I had the car I was looking for in 2 weeks from when I first called him. He is able to find the car you are looking for and make the process really simple. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next car.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from James Motorsports and the entire experience was incredible. Austin has a great approach to his business - providing sincere honesty and integrity that was unmatched in my car search. There was never any pressure or sales techniques from Austin - just an open book with the details of the cars history and a genuine willingness to answer any questions I had. He even called the original Honda dealership to get the service history (based on the CarFax data showing they had serviced it for several years).I live about 100 miles away from the dealership, but after a few discussions with Austin it was a no-brainer to make the ~2 hour drive to buy the car. In the end, I got a great car at an extremely fair price with a 1,000 mile warranty included (which I dont expect will be needed given the incredible condition the car is in).I highly recommend James Motorsports - you will not be disappointed with their service. I am one of those guys who figures I will never get a Good deal with a dealership, not a good deal and someone who couldnt finance a paper clip. I was in a pinch having the truck I was financing was totaled unfortunately it had not been showed paid off on my credit because it was within days prior and cosigning and on a vehicle for my mother and still financing my harley I had to many open loans so it was very hard to finance a vehicle with ease having three open loans. My girlfriend found James Motorsports. We looked and found a truck I wanted on their site. Called up spoke to Austin and explained my situation. He said no worries and got me taken care of. Been looking for a suburban for quite a while. Saw one that caught my eye on Craigslist looked good one owner. Had to go to Apache Junction to see it! Where is Apache Junction? Called and talked to Austin and he filled me in on the 96 suburban. Drove to Apache Junction, drove the suburban, and bought the suburban. Austin said there is a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty with the vehicle. And I took him up on it. Took it home and it needed some things fixed, fixed them all next door at James Tire Sales. 4wd actuator, barn door lock, a/c, camshaft position sensor, and a few other items!Nice people, is OK to say, but great people is who they are!Ted Rich, Benson, Az

Bought a vehicle from her trusting that the owners werent liars but bought it and a few hours later check engine light popped on, all the bandaids they did fell apart. I brought it to their mechanics and they told me I bought as is. So I told them I ask specific questions and were lied to by them. That I lottery bought out a few days ago and it was falling apart already. Needless to say buy as is and tote screwed after that. Transmission, windows, tires, just so much was bad with it. Needless to say it sort driving soon after. Dont trust these people.Right dealers, Pontiac grand prix. Red passenger door crunched but still able to open. Vehicle litterly bandaid together.

Drove down to pick up a 95 jeep wrangler while on vacation with my son. After taking delivery of the jeep we continued on our vaction to California with no problems once we left California we went back to Colorado the jeep was as reliable as any new car on the market

They were advertising a very clean and cute Toyota Camry (we love toyota) so we called and had a great first encounter with Austin the son of the owner. He informed us that his family has been doing business in Apache Junction for over 35 years now. We felt very comfortable knowing they have been in the automotive business for so long!
