Very lightly stocked store. All help was working the counters couldnt find anybody to show me where things I was looking for were. Very pleasent and respectful employees, just not enough of them.

My daughter had gone today, Nov 23, 2020 to make just one copy and was rudely asked where her mask was. She explained she’s unable to wear one due to her medical reasons and still was told by three employees that she can NOT make a copy, not even by herself. She was even okay with social distancing since the facility is large enough to accommodate both masked individuals and people who are unable to wear a mask.Her and I feel she was being discriminated against because we’ve both gone to other OfficeMax last week and they allowed her in without a mask due to her medical circumstances.It’s seems the three employees don’t care if a person suffers from anxiety, a Traumatic Brain Injury, am past coma with a tracheotomy ... so she can not wear such said mask over her nose and face. Instead they went against her constitutional rights and medical condition to shame her OUTLOUD and told her she had to leave.!This is unexceptionable, I expect her to be treated like any other customer even if she is unable to wear a mask on her face. There is no excuse to treat people that suffer from a medical condition this way when all that was wanted is to make a single copy in your store.

I like the store. Some things are kinda pricey but its a good store. I like the self serve and pay copy machines

I needed to download a document. But I didnt know how to do itI stood there by the machine for a good 6 minutes . 1 other customer in the whole storeNo one offered any help. So I went to a UPS STORE. AND WAS ASKED WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH. AND I GOT WHAT I NEEDED IN NO TIME. AND WAS ON MY WAY.

If I could rate it a zero I would have. I will never go back to this location again. I have been there three times to have faxes done and photocopies and the help there is absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are very rude and don’t even try and be nice. They act like they’re doing you a favor to be there. I asked the cashier how those ladies keep their job and was not given an answer.
