Network was wonderful. They got me in when I wanted to come. They found my oil leak. It was the plug that was not in right that was leaking. I assume it was from where I had the oil changed at a different place. They said they only had to tighten it down and there would be no charge. The girl in the office was super friendly and a joy to talk to.

Cannot thank Chris and the staff at Network Auto enough! We took one of our fleet vans to them for a tune up and some suspension work, after the original diagnosis they realized that a part they stated didnt actually need to be replaced! The honesty and integrity of this company is great! The turn around time for our repairs was also appreciated, having a fleet vehicle out for too long is bad for our business, they worked very well with us to schedule the repairs so that we wouldnt have the van out of commission for too long! We will be taking more of our company vehicles there when we need the work done!

Not here- they explained things to me in ways I understood, made me feel welcome, and kept me updated on the progress. I look forward to going back for service. 2nd time going to Network and they were just as great as the last time I saw them. Chris the manager is very polite and well spoken. Mechanics do great work and I feel safe driving my vehicle knowing network did the repairs.

Service at Network Auto people are nice. However, its just another shady car service provider. I took my van to get the trunk latch looked at as the sensor kept going off. They were unable to replicate my issue - but came back with $4K of additional services that my van apparently needed. So they didnt check or fix the problem I went for but then gave me a bunch of other services. I decline most but still ended up spending over $1K because they made it sound urgent. When I went to pick up the van and replicated the trunk issue, they didnt even do the diagnostic but said that it would cost $450 for part and $130 for labor. The markup was insane. I called up the dealer and they had the same part for $340. I eventually took my van to the dealer and they fixed the issue cheaper than Network. They also did a multi-point inspection and said I didnt need any of the work Network had recommended. So heres my recommendation, go to network auto if you need minor things. Dont go to them for major things. And ignore ALL of their recommendations because theyre gonna try to take advantage of your emotions and screw you just like other shady car services.

Wintering in Arizona and needing some much needed maintenance on my Ford F350 found Network Automotive Service (Apache Junction location). I am very particular about who I let work on my truck, so I did my research on local shops and these guys were by far the best qualified.Talked with Phil on the phone for an appointment on needed maintenance. Once there he quoted out work which was reasonable for what was needed (tract bar/bushings/differential fluids/shocks/4 wheel alignment). Talked with mechanic who gave my truck a good looking over and commented that it looks like I keep up on the maintenance. Upon completion of the work the hard part comes, paying the bill!! Phil informed me price was lower than quoted and gave me a military discount as well. Have had the truck back for a week now an we feel like we are in a new truck again!! Also Chris who picked up my call was extremely nice and helpful, and my car was ready fairly fast. Very rare shop. Ive worked at several automotive shops in the past and Ive dealt with many over the years. Very few have a quality that this shop has. Honesty!!!I dropped my truck off with these guys so they could get me in after I replaced some control arms on my truck. They called me a little short while later to let me know that theres no reason to align my truck. They said its pretty spot on and at this time they dont feel I should waste my money on an alignment. I was very very impressed. The fact that they could have easily ran it through the machine and charged me but they didnt. Again this is very rare in todays age. I give a lot of credit to the manager, the alignment tech etc. This is a rare breed of people. I will definitely be going back and highly recommending this shop. If we only had more people out there like these guys the world would be a better place!!!

I dropped off my 2006 Honda in for an alignment. They called shortly after and recommended I get my tires checked and probably replaced before doing the alignment. They didnt charge for the time. They couldve done the alignment and taken my money but they have integrity.

Brought truck in for check engine light for O2 sensor but thought it was due to broken wire. Found broken wire and fixed. Another error popped up (bad knock sensor). They got new sensor, replaced, and been fine ever sense.Thanks.

Recommended by Discount Tire as I thought I might have an alignment issue on my Ford Dually. They checked everything out and all was good. No charge. Many places, if you go in to have alignment check, you’ll get an alignment plus other unneeded work. Very impressed with this place! I will use them in the future!

Spoke with Chris to set an appointment to have my 94 chevy suburban aligned and after setting up the appointment he quoted me at $99 an hour and said it would take 2 hrs. I never took my truck in and found another shop to do both my vehicles for $135. I was going to give them a chance until they gave that quote and I never got a call for the missed appointment 🙄

Impressed with the service and communication from the staff here.I had concerns with my car and they understood exactly what I wanted and were able to tell me what was wrong clearly and concisely.At a subsequent oil change, some issues were pointed out that will need attention, not the up-sell one finds so often. I will, of course, be back.

After having installed a BDS 6 lift on my Ford truck, I brought it in for alignment to get it back to factory ride quality. Im very impressed with how well Network Automotive was able to get everything back straight as an arrow and pointing straight again. The ride quality is perfect and theres no drifting at all. Best of all, the steering wheel is back to 12 Oclock again, I couldnt be more happy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, great service at a reasonable price.

Heard about the service from Discount tires. Needed oil and filter change and tire rotation. They told me about an hour. I think it was less time than that. Great job and very friendly atmosphere. Will be back for more service.

They are set up to sell parts, first trip they wanted $4000Worth of parts, I did all suggest parts for $400. Went back and they found another $600 of issues. Alignment was completed elsewhere........ I dont recommend this place.

The staff were friendly, fast, and efficient, they didnt try to over sell me on anything, and did great work on our vehicle. I will.be using them for more work in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

From what I hear from friends and family youll receive this same level of service (and fair pricing) at any of their locations, but the team at the East Mesa Apache Junction shop I can personally vouch for. They always come through. This week I took our 2007 Toyota Tundra in for a much needed front end wheel alignment. I wish I had done this before because I just spent a thousand bucks on new tires due to the uneven wear they had from the front end toe alignment being off. At least with these new tires and recent alignment well get the full life out of them. Thanks guys.Oh yah, the nerd in me appreciates the before and after alignment stats provided too. See picture :).Expert auto repair, honest pricing, and stellar customer service, I couldnt be happier. If you need your car or truck serviced, fixed, whatever... bring it here, you wont be let down. I called Saturday morning to schedule service on my AC. They scheduled me for Tuesday getting me in on time and found the AC needed to be recharged after checking for leaks. To my surprise the service was under an hour and I was back on the road with ice cold AC. I can’t speak to the other services they provide but I would use them again based on the outstanding customer service and quality of their work.

Chris was dishonest and rude. Limped our vehicle across town to their shop to have service done only to be told that their lift will be down for 5 weeks? Could’ve just told us they couldn’t get it done. Is this a business or a joke?

Ive been going t Network ever since I moved here in 2008, and always had good work and good feelings about the crew. The past two times I went for an oil change, Ive asked for my tires to be rotated, and the time before, Chris said, he didnt realize that I wanted that. This time, I requested it again, and I cannot find anywhere on the paperwork that it was done. Only the oil change and usual checkups.

I am so impressed with these guys. Ive been having power steering issues on my truck that Ive had no luck resolving at other shops. These guys figured it out first try and I am beyond happy. Chris was awesome and kept me updated along the way. He provided options and a plan and it was executed as we discussed. My daughter took her car in for an oil change and being that she is a young female they took her for a ride telling her that her serpentine belt was really bad and cracked and needed to be replaced (Mesa location). Her car is fairly new, barely a year old and a 2018 at that. There is no reason why the belt needed to be replaced and not to mention the car was looked over before she purchased it with my dad! Way to rip off young girls network automotive out of 200 plus useless dollars, now she knows better!!

2 hours for an oil change not too happy

I made an appointment for a brake inspection and to have my windshield washer system repaired. I dropped the car off and was called back to come and pick it up hours earlier than estimated. The washer motor was replaced and working perfectly. I was also told that my brake pads, rotors and calipers were all fine and didnt need any replacement at this time (no charge for both inspections). The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. This is a very honest and capable crew and I highly recommend them.

Took my 1997 F250 in for an alignment and ended up having these gentlemen replace my already damaged steering column, all 4 tie rods and camber bushings. Over the period of 5 days I dealt with Sean, he kept me updated daily and the guys here did everything correctly, even stayed after hours to get my truck safely back on the road. Couldnt be happier with the results and for the best price in town. 10/10 would recommend to anybody in need of a reliable, honest shop.

My wife used this place over all great service ! Than my wife and my granddaughter took in the granddaughter car in, thay asked for a inspection on the car ! Came back with some stuff that need fix ! No problem,, thay asked the guy at the counter to see why ths .motor was shaking,, ? No response, the did about 1,200. In repairs had to take it back once, no problem! Then I (grandfather) went in with my wife and asked the young man at the counter if thay found any thing about the motor shacking ?? He looked at me and with a rude voice he said No !! My wife just looked at him then me ! She and I felt I was just be racium because she and my granddaughter are white and iam Hispanic, and seems every time thay go back thay keep finding other problem!Please dont let them take advantage of your wife and kids!! Recently had another great experience at Network Auto. They have been servicing my cars now for 7 years and I always left very well satisfied with their work. They made good on a warranty repair of an oil leak with no additional charge. I would recommend them for any vehicle repairs.

Do you ever feel like the place you’ve taken your car to get work done is ripping you off? Not only have I felt it but I’ve had it happen multiple times in my life! However, I have been going to Network Automotive in Apache Junction for a number of years now and have never had an inkling of that type of thought! When my car has something wrong they diagnose the problem, tell me what it will cost, and then fix it and it is very apparent every time that they were correct! These guys are awesome!

I’ve been taking my car to the shop in Apache Junction for over 5 years. They take the time to explain what they found and what needs to be done and why. They are customer oriented, experts at what they do, and offer competitive pricing. It’s been very comforting to know I can depend on them when my car needs repairs!

They fixed our van quickly and accurately. Its been good to have the brakes working good and they found a gas smell and fixed it. I have used them several times and its good each time.

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. I dropped my car off to get an alignment done for them to call me an hour later and tell me that they couldnt fix my alignment because Something was bent then when I asked what was bent they didnt know just proceeded to tell me that i needed to make an appointment at a body shop and have them look at it. When i went to pick uo my car the office also smelled of beer, I am pregnant and have a strong sense of smell so Im assuming they were tipsy/drunk and didnt wanna spend the time to fix my car or just didnt know what they were doing. Ended up taking my car to another alignment shop and they fixed it no problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WASTE OF TIME!!

Amazing service. Was having quite a bit of car trouble and found this place via Google Maps. I most definitely dont regret my decision in coming here. Big shout out to Chris there who calmed my nerves about coming in when I originally called in and didnt pressure me into fixing anything that didnt necessarily need to be fixed. Outstanding honest service.My pickup has always been well maintained since I purchased it new in 2008. I took in to the dealership here in AZ for an Oil change and new tires. The dealership gave me an estimate of 3000 dollars for brakes and front end work. Telling me the truck was unsafe.I left the dealership looking for a second opinion. Network Automotive Service was recommended to me as being honest and reliable by Discount Tire Services. So I went in to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. They took the truck right in to check it. The brakes were only 50 percent, right where they should be according to mileage and the front end was tight and in good shape. Nothing out of place. I expected to pay for the service and their time. No charge because there was nothing wrong with my truck. I was blown away by Outstanding, Honest, Service.

Fastest repair ever!

Took my car in to fix studs and mechanics had the entire day to fix it and didn’t.They had time to take it apart though. I know plenty of mechanics that said it should of not taken them til tomorrow morning to have it done.People have to get to work. So thanks for not finishing such an easy job and making it to where I have to find a way to work early tomorrow morning.Defiantly don’t recommend. Going back to mechanics that actually do the job on time.

Been going to these guys for years now, they have always fixed our cars at reasonable prices. We have taken a total of five cars in from oil changes to engine work. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Best mechanic company that I have ever been to. When I take my cars in for oil changes, Im there no more than 20 minutes.

I recently took my 2004 hyundai elantra to the Network Apache junction garage because I needed the AC repaired and was having trouble with the fuel system. The fuel issue was taken care of the first visit with new spark plugs and air induction cleaning service .On this same day I was charged 176.00 for evacuate and recharge of AC system,AC Schrader valve replacement,and a new cabin air filter.I was told the air conditioner was taken care of, but was told to bring it back in a week to check for leaks. The air conditioner didnt work after driving about a mile from the garage..I brought the car back a week later in the morning and told them the AC still wasnt working and left the car for them to check it out. After hearing nothing from them ..I called around 12:00 PM to see if there was any news.I was told they were waiting on a part and they would get back to me. After a few more hours with no contact I called back to see if there was an update. They said it still wasnt fixed and they could keep it and look at it more on Monday.On Monday I called to ask if there was any progress. I was told the problem was in the computer. I decided not to put any more money into the problem and asked if i could just come and pick it up after work. Phil told me yes and he said the car would be left locked out front with the keys under the mat.That afternoon after work I get a ride to pick it up and the car was not left outside as agreed.On Tuesday I called again and spoke to Chris who apologized and said the car would be left outside that evening .I asked if I needed to call later to remind them and he assured me I didnt need to.After work I get a ride to the garage to pick up my car and AGAIN no car left outside!!On Wednesday I called again and spoke to Marty who apologized and said the car would be left outside that night. After work I got another ride back to the garage and the car was FINALLY left outside for me to take home. When I got home I noticed the radiator leaking .I had never had a problem with it before leaving the car there. I took it to the Mesa location and they informed me the radiator was cracked. (Wasn’t cracked when I took it to the AJ garage.) After installing a new one,they tested the block and it failed.They informed me it would cost about 1800 to repair it.Now after taking my car to get my AC repaired I have paid $ 803.16 and I have a car with no air conditioning and a blown head gasket !! I am totally disgusted with the terrible service from the Apache Junction garage!! I spoke to Erik a manager and they offered to lower the price to fix the blown head gasket by about $200. Why should I pay for damage that resulted after I left the car at the Apache Junction garage?? I would STRONGLY advise everyone not to take any vehicle to the Apache Junction location or any other location for that matter. Broke my car...tried to hide it for three days and then tried to charge me for their mistake.

We took our daughters Jeep there and were treated promptly, we explanined the problem and they said they would diagnose it and get us an estimate. They did just that promptly, explained what it was and how they would fix it. They did what they said they would do, great communication, service and made us feel like they valued our business. We will use there service again and we recommend them to our friends...

While traveling to A.J., my truck started making an unfamiliar noise. I pulled off the freeway & called Network. Spoke to Chris and he immediately put my mind at ease. They got me right in. Brandon assessed the issue and my vehicle was like new again an hour and a half later. There were no hidden charges, everything was explained up front, and they even told me my vehicle was in great shape for its age. So many places want to charge you for things you dont need. Network was quick, honest and did a fabulous job! This is my new go to mechanic when needed.
