We bought a beautiful “new to us car” here and the whole process was awesome! Alvin and staff were great to work with and very fair. He went above and beyond and took good care of us. I went to this place to rent a trailer. While I was waiting to be helped I noticed they do automotive work here such as oil changes all the way up to a/c work. I dont give reviews that often but I was so impressed with the cleanliness and prices they charged for the services mentioned and last but not least the customer service. Your crazy if you dont at least try this place. Im going back.

Im sad. I heard really good things about this place so Im gonna try and do this as productively as I can.I came at 1 pm. I chose this location because they told my wife they could make the repairs I needed within 1 hour.At 2 pm I returned to find the initial assessment had been done and they wanted permission to start work.At 3 pm I was informed they were waiting on parts.Its now 4:30 and they are finishing it up. I got charged full price and wasnt offered a discount or any compensation for the delay.These people seem like good people and though the part issue wasnt their fault they failed to deliver on their promise and caused me to lose an entire afternoon. I will not be using their service again.

We have been using Apache Motors for oil changes for our fleet for many years. We have started using them for automotive repairs and they always do such a fantastic job. When one of our vehicles needs something done they are quick to get us in and getting the work done.

This was the second time that I have dropped my car off at Apache Motors. Both times they treated me with respect and understanding. Both times I was impressed with their honesty. I will continue to bring my car to them for any repairs and or services my vehicle might need. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I am extremely sceptical about auto repair facilities. (Worked at several)The first tine I went to this location we had light conversation a couple laughs and that was that. I went back after that having purchased a used vehicle and asked them to go through it front to back. I was very surprised and impressed with the honestly and integrity. No B.S. sales/scare tactics pressuring me to buy services. They did what I asked HONESTLY. Since then I have been bringing them all my vehicles with the same experience. Having worked in this industry and knowing how a lot of these places operate I have no problem writing this review and recommending this shop to anyone. Great honest people.

The service is EXCELLENT. My radio was not working and the owner (Alvin, I believe) spent nearly 2 hours working on it, eventually figured out what the issue was and broke down my options. Alvin was extremely honest and upfront about everything. The woman at front desk with the dark hair was also very kind and accommodating to me while I was waiting for feedback on my car. Came in for an issue with my vehicle which I thought was going to be a huge repair, spoke to Alvin and after he looked it over it, at no cost, it turned out to be a very easy fix and the price he gave me to fix it was extremely fair. Never had a bad experience here. I’ve taken all my cars here for the past 3 years. Alvin is very knowledgeable and honest. If he can’t fix it or he knows it would be better to take it to the dealer he’ll say so. I’ve always felt the cost of repairs were always fair. This is my first choice for any fix.

First time visit. Attendant was quick and courteous. I was there for maybe 20 minutes total. I asked for an oil change and filter and they filled my wiper fluid and gave the engine a once over as a courtesy. Definitely going back for maintenance on my car and my fiancees car as well.

HORRIBLE attitude by employee. I stopped by to ask about changing out some springs and shocks that I brought in. After asking specifically if they had the tools needed to do it quickly and easily, I got a, Nope, cant do it. Then the guy has the nerve to get pissed at ME when I say, typical and walk away. He wouldnt tell me why, but I know why. Its basically a way of saying, we cant make enough money to waste our time on that. I definitely do NOT recommend place like this, not so much because they wouldnt do the work I asked, but because of the attitude of the employee.

Amazing service and attention to detail provided by Alvin. Went in for an oil change, and doing his inspection, showed me my cabin filter. Completely clogged with dirt and debris. He changed it and it made a HUGE difference in how hard my a/c blows.Ive found my mechanic!!!

Owner verbally and then physically assaulted my son who had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. The reason, my son was waiting for police to file a report when they damaged the car while they were un-hitching a U Haul trailer he was returning. Seems that owner did not want to take resposibility. Not sure why he would not take resposibility and instead argue and assault a client. Be aware, dont argue or contradict him if he is in a bad mood!

I would give Alvin 10 stars if I could!Ive always been pretty sketchy about taking my car in for anything, especially as a woman who has a very limited working knowledge of automotive issues.I had gone in for an oil change, and Alvin pointed out that my water pump was leaking. (This was a known issue to me already.) So I asked him for a quote and also said that my serpentine belt needing changing.He quoted me a great price, so I made the appointment.Dropped off my Jeep around 9 AM and a few hours later I got the call that it was ready. Picked it up and I literally didnt recognize my car! The hood was up so he could show me the work and I gotta say, my engine didnt look that good when I bought the car!!The work was absolutely meticulous! In fact, Ive been showing my engine to everyone - They all say it looks brand new! It was something more than just a washing, it was AMAZING! Jeep is running great, I feel like I finally found an honest mechanic and Ill be going there for EVERYTHING my car needs! =)Thanks Alvin and staff! Best car repair experience Ive ever had... Had taken my Ford truck to various shops to diagnose an issue with my engine and nobody had any answers until I got to Alvin’s shop. After a short diagnosis he was able to find and fix the problem. Very professional and capable. Needless to say all my cars will be going there in the future.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Told him I have Lincoln LS with oil in my radiator...you have a blown head gasket. No not oil in my pan...oil in my radiator...bad oil cooler. How much to replace oil cooler and flush radiator. Rude and incompetent said he wouldnt work on it. Hard to believe they let this neanderthal answer the phones. (It was 8am, maybe before the front office got in.) This is someone you dont want to take your car to, dishonest. I would question these other reviews, obviously bogus!

I was there talking to Alvin, when “sheshe scarberry”, the 1 star review, showed up at Apache AutoRepair this morning. He and I were talking outside about my vehicle when she drove up, rolled down her window, and expected to be immediately helped. Alvin went over and she said she wanted her oil changed, but wanted regular oil and not synthetic. Alvin said he would check on what her vehicle required, but it might require synthetic oil. She emphasized again that she did not want synthetic oil, and he tried to explain again that it is required by some manufacturers. She rolled up her window, backed out, and left. Alvin was not at all rude to her, she was the one that was rude. She just did not want to hear what he was trying to tell her.I have been bringing my cars to Apache Auto Repair for a number of years now, and trust them fully. Alvin and Blake do good work and only do what needs to be done, and aren’t going to try and sell you something you don’t need. I consider Alvin my friend, and would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on there vehicle👍👍

Horrible just horrible! Took my car to get brakes done they said I just needed my fronts done so we only did the fronts and after leaving they still squeaked long story short 6 months later needed NEW front brakes due to the improper mechanical error i will never return. My front breaks almost went out on me

I would go less stars if possible. Oil change without replacing oil filter!? I date my filters when i asked front desktheylied an said oil can be changedwithout replacing it. On my invoice they are charging me for it and saying it was a mistake it didnt get replaced. I will not visit this place again. If they do the small things incorrect then i cant trust them with the big things. Im not one to complain either.
