Hands down the best auto shop I have ever used. I couldn’t be happier with the Amazing service this shop provided. And that is saying a lot since it’s not a norm to get above and beyond service like OTTO WORKS COLLISION has provided from car shop. They turned in my rental car for me and the whole time provided me with updates as the work progressed. Thank you! My car looks great! They were so fast too.

The car had front end and undercarriage damage from hitting tire pieces on the highway. Otto Works did a fantastic job handling the repairs and having the work done in a timely manner. We were very happy with our experience with this shop. Of course, we hope we wont need them again in the future but if so.....they will hear from us again!

Otto works is the only place I will ever use again. They were amazing. So professional, honest and reliable. My daughter crashed her car and all we had to do was take it in to them and they did the rest. They communicated with us about each stage of repair. They did not try to take advantage of us or our insurance company. They got the job done so quickly and you cannot tell that there was ever any damage to the car. Brandon and Chrissy were so polite, so helpful and so professional. They went above and beyond for me. I am really so pleased to have people I can trust. A huge thanks to all of you at Otto works...the absolute best in the field.

Five stars is not enough. We give them a full ten. Awesome work as always. Never given back to us without being thoroughly check. They make sure it is done right the first time. They answer your questions straight forward. Never get annoyed if you call with more questions.

As the worlds professionals use Covid 19 to misbehave; such as, no return policies; phones go unanswered; and taking govt handouts (instead of understanding they should close their doors forever, because the area of business they serve is saturated with substandard services) all and more use these justified socially acceptable reason(s) to not do their job until the customer is satisfied. I was rear ended back in July in my 2017 Honda Civic (see attached photos) and I chose Otto Works because they are certified through USAA and it was near my house. Honestly, worst mistake I ever made. They kept my car longer than they were supposed to initially and whenever I would call in Chrissy was always super rude. Fast forward to Mid September when I finally got my car back, the repairs were not done right and it looked like trash it didnt make me feel I had my brand new car I had bought in June. I tried calling a couple times to let them know my bumper was popping out and my trunk was not even and all Chrissy would say is bring it in its just the brackets. I then complained to USAA and requested my car be taken to a different shop, I took it to Invision Body Work and they did amazing on the repairs and said themselves that the work Otto Works did was unacceptable. Fast forward to now 3 months later after I got my car back. I got a call from the guy who handled my car at Invision saying Brandon had not paid the bill they were responsible for and that they were just notifying me in case it went further, the guy I dealt with had told me his experiences he had with both Brandon and the customer service Chrissy gives saying they were both rude. I regret ever bringing my car here, worst experience ever.

The folks that work here are AWESOME! A few years back they fixed the bumper on my monte carlo EXCELLENT job! Unfortunately I picked it up on friday and monday it was totalled. I went back to them with pictures to see if it was worth fixing of course it wasnt...sad day 4 me.Fast forward...OTTO Works is STILL on my insurances preferred list! They are precise to the T And make darn sure there are no mess-ups when you pick up the car. They show you what they did so you know for sure its done right! I wouldnt go anywhere else for the smallest scratch the largest side-swipe or rear end body work!! 5 star job!!

They do a good job on all of our company vehicles. Ive had a few friends who have taken their personal vehicles here as well. Never had any complaints.
