Purchased a 2001 yamaha road star xv1600 with 1500 miles,to go on a trip to Kentucky Derby in april. Had a some trouble with the carbarator about 100miles. Dominic the owner backed the purchase and did a 20000 mile service on the bike. I originally went to ride now chandler power sports and was very dissatisfied they didnt want to work with me at all. I talked to a buddy that has bought several machines from ride now apache junction and he said I really should talk to them. So I went down there and it was such an amazing experience. These guys made me feel like I was hanging out with a bunch of friends rather than salesman. They are so down to earth and their customer service is top notch. Jimmy the sales manager was great. If I could rate him and all the rest of the staff on a 1-10 scale he would be a 12. Not only did they get me a way better deal than Chandler ever could BY A LOT!!! They never made me feel pressured and made sure i was comfortable with everything. These guys are top notch. Please take my advise. Go to these guys first, even if you dont live close to this dealership its definitely worth the drive.

See a side by side online we had wanted. Went there and they just sold it. Which is understandable. Had questions about a simular one and the guy working there had little to no knowledge about it. Bad customer service and made us feel like we werent good enough to help. Felt very disapointed when we left. 😔

Worst experience I have ever had at a business. The guy with the longer curly hair, im guessing manager or owner came out and obnoxiously just blurting out how my personal status is with finances. Didnt even want to give me a time of day. Very rude and unprofessional. Paperwork guy very nice and helpful along with our sales rep, ex military thanks for your time but unfortunately management is way too rude and quick to judge. We did walk out with what we wanted but will never be going back. All service and warranty work will be any other location butt Apache Junction.

I worked with Jason in parts and he was super helpful in finding a rear shock for my quad that was no longer produced by Yahama. When finding a price online that was much lower than the Ride Now price, without hesitation the price of the part was immediately matched. This type of behavior will be in the back of my mind and will always influence me to make the drive to Ride Now eve though it is much farther for me than 2 other bike shops. One simple act has earned them a customer for life which will pay dividends well over the $150 loss they suffered to match that price. I love it when businesses understand these basic concepts of customer service. These guys rock!

Went in looking at a used bike for my boyfriend, with no knowledge about bikes at all Dominic and Jimmy assisted me in every possible way. They gave me a break down of the bike and all the functions gave me some knowledge on the different engine sizes, asked me what my boyfriend was into and gave me their ideas on what i should be looking at.No one was pushy or anything like that.. They gave me numbers and and made sure they went the extra mile to help me out in the decision. :)

UTV at its best. Great customer service and I bought my 2017 RZR4 1000 here new and and up to now (Feb 2019) had all maintenance done at this location. I bought the maintenance contract at purchase. They always delivered on time and in most cases, they were early. Great shop!!

Went in, filled out an application, they told us it takes longer on Saturdays to get an answer. They advised us to go get something to eat, they would call us. We went to get hay and burn some time, that was at 3pm. Its now 6pm, we tried to call them several time with no answer. They never bothered to call and let us know if we were approved or not!?! Just a simple, Hey sorry, we didnt get an answer today, we will call you tomorrow. Would have been nice. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Bought a like new (according to dominic) quad from them and it broke in the first hour! Chain came off and slapped my foot and broke several things. Brought it back to them and I explained exactly what happened and Dominic says well what do you want me to do about it? Are you serious? Ordered me some parts which I had to pay for out of pocket. These people dont deserve your hard earned money.

Bought a spare key for my sportsman. Wow! It was 10.00 for just the blank. They couldnt cut the key. Went to ACE hardware. They cut it for free. Also told me they have the keys for 2.69 MAN... talk about price gouging, I feel like I bought that guy his lunch.

I was called by the store about a 08 Victory Vision and a Kawasaki ZX14 about two hours before I actually arrived at the store. I drove over 90 miles to find out that both bikes had been sold, the ZX14 over a week prior. Then after learning that they had wasted my time and money I go to leave when one of the salesmen starts trying to talk to me about the Victory. He says he doesnt think the guy will actually pick it up, then attempts to sell me the bike. I should have known it was a scam when he said the guy was from North Dakota, then says hes from Colorado. As a motorcycle mechanic I understand how sales people function. You tell me as the customer its sold to see if I will enter into a fictional bidding war with your imaginary customer. Long story short I told them Id give them less than the asking price....and never heard from them again. Horrible experience. Word to the wise, dont allow them to bate you into the store...they WILL try to rip you off. Do yourself a solid and go to a shop that doesnt rely on scams and deception to flip a quick buck.

They have no communication skills within this shop. 3 weeks after buying a rzr, they called me to see if I still wanted to buy one. Tried to schedule my first service with them for a Saturday, they told me no appointment needed on Saturday. Get there early, they take it in then tell me theres no way its happening today cuz I didnt have an appointment. Go somewhere else!

First thing id like to say, Ive been in used and new car sales for 6 years. what im about to tell you is very fair. and comes from a retail experienced person.I tossed around the idea of buying a new RZR and ride now happens to be right by my house. the sale staff was very nice. i told them i was in sales right off the bat so they didnt pressure me at all. over the course of 30 minutes i explained to them my situation (credit score, income, and payment wishes) i then left and their GM Dominic texted me. i offered him 16,000 out the door with all fees and everything on a used RZR. he responded sounds fair come on in. i then asked what was the likeness id get the term and payment i needed, (im very carefull with my credit, if i run it. im buying.) so their GM DOMINIC told me not to worry, and after a 2nd text making sure he was okay with the price on the gray RZR i decided to come in. AS SOON AS I RAN CREDIT, dominic comes out and goes oh you wanted the gray one for 16k? i thought you wanted the white one? (white one was 1 year older and double the miles...) basically what im getting at, is i was un familiar with motorcycle sales and these guys pulled a huge BAIT AND SWITCH on me. they knew credit was important to me and hoped after i had run it they could try to go against their word. and i even showed Dominic the 2 texts showing he agreed on the gray RZR... i left and dint purchase anything from them. take this review as you will. i found it extremely un trustworthy and as a sales guy myself, that is NOT how i do business. wouldnt recommend these guy unless you dont mind being clubbed like a baby seal. you can say anything with a smile... right? thanks.

Sat down with the owner Dominic and was prequalified for a new rzr turbo 1000 at a great 2.99% interest rate. My whole intention was to suprise my husband for his birthday. We had all the upgrades installed and it was sitting out front all clean and ready for my husband to be surprised. Once my husband came in and it came time to sign the paperwork. We went in and the sales rep told they couldnt do the 2.99% interest that it was in fact 7.99% and the promotion was over. It raised my payment over $100.00 a month! My plan to suprise my husband turned into a train wreck. Dominic THE OWNER! does not know what he is doing and unfortunately I was the dumb one to fall for it. Please do not go to Dominics dealership. He was not willing to honor his agreement and has turned my suprise gift to my husband a heartbreaking experience.

Worst company! Worst store manager Dominic. Took my machine in for the same problem 2 times in 2 months and they keep telling me its my fault. Finally is broke on them during there test drive (times now same issue). Now they are thinking it is something else. Not willing to make it right either. Beware! None of the other Ridenows are any better.
