Quick service had what I needed close to home.

I enjoy going to an old fashion hardware store. The people who work there are extremely helpful. They answered all my questions. The workers were all masked. The store is meet and clean. The checkout lanes have social distancing marks on the floor. You can order online and come to the store for curbside service. You can also order online and have things delivered. I stop in once a month to take advantage of the sales. They offer fast propane tank refilling. I only takes a few minutes.

Went in to have a key made. Tommie the key master was so friendly and nice. A hardware store that has everything nuts to vacuum cleaners. Store is well organized.

Came in 4 minutes before close and got my spare keys cut. Guy did a pretty good job. Also had the special coin cell battery I needed. Staff is kind a d helpfull. Checkout process was quick and easy. Thank you Ace hardwre. I will be back for more..

Great shop, associates were available, kind and they added labels on all the isle. Nice will continue to shop at Ace.

Almost everything here is significantly more expensive than Menards or Walmart. Their rewards program is a joke. Sends me coupons and reward cards that have so many rules you need a lawyer to figure it out.

Theyre in the middle of switching over their seasonal stuff, so I had to find the lawnmower blades, not a huge deal though.

Have not been there in years because it is not close to my home. Stopped to look at flowers. Smaller than other ACE Hardwares but friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help us.

Advertised a reclining folding chair I bought the ad in and was told out of stock no more being ordered. I threw the ad on the floor and walked out. No more of my business for sure.

Went on a holiday (4th of July)for bug spray, charcoal and a water pressure gauge. They had what we needed and we were in and out in a flash.

Ace always has a great selection of hard to find parts, and their prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but they have the part in stock.

One star went in to purchase a weber gas grill and cover was told I couldnt have the floor model. Had to wait for delivery 4 to 5 days, had to wait for them to assemble one they lost a $900.00,sale. Will buy some where else!!! Will NEVER GO IN THE STORE AGAIN. Always have been one to buy locally because I owned a buisnes in Antioch. By the way it was a retail buisness . You make 1 customer unhappy 100 people hear it!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They just didnt have something that other Ace Hardware stores have.

Guy at the service counter was kind of rude, straight up maze to get to the register/exit. Had to wait in line at service counter which is okay, but the isle was so narrow, and had so many random racks dish the middle of it that there really wasnt anywhere to wait. Everyone was in each others way trying to stay in line, socially distance, and trying to leave the counter. Overall visit was stressful and unimpressive. And Im usually a HUGE ace fan so pretty disappointed by this location.

The garden fertilizer that was advertised was well stocked and a super deal! They still had some healthy looking vegetable and herb plants considering its over a month into planting season. Helpful staff, super clean store.

Arrived at Ace hardware at 4:55 p.m. soon as I pulld in I was told by an associate that they were closed up. Actually close at 5 pm. Not the kind of person I would hire at my business.

Regretfully Customer service earns the 2. The employees are slow to respond and often only a single register is open. In the new world of masks, customer service needs to be more vocal. A “welcome to ace“, “sorry for the wait”, simple “thank you” Would help change the vibe. Last time I was in there, there was of course a line and an employee was choosing to eat behind the counter rather than assist. Not a good look for the “helpful place”. Guessing Top down could use a customer service refresher. I choose local over chain but it is getting harder not to drive a few more minutes down the road.

A shout out to Alex today, for fixing my Globe Christmas ornament... He kept working on it, until he got it fixed!!! This is old fashion customer service, only from Ace Hardware in Antioch.It made my day!! Thanks again!!

Fast and easy keys that is. The only place to get them made that i go to.

Understandably, it was a snowy day and snow blowers were high in demand. If I could my review would be out of zero. I had called the store, in hopes of a snow blower and was told that there were some in stock. I was told first come and first served. I entered the premise and saw a snow blower that no one had yet claimed. But was told by an attendant that someone was holding it. This wasnt the only issue that I had dealt with when I had entered this store. When I had entered the store, I was stared at by workers. The treatment that I had received was one that fellow customers hadnt as I had seen workers socializing with them. Then the fact that I had been interrogated on the logistics of my call was insulting. It was blatantly obvious that I was being discriminated based the color of my skin. There is no chance that I am ever coming back. But for other people of color if you would like to avoid this rude treatment dont come here. It is a shame that as a community member who has worked and given to the community of Antioch that I would be treated like this because of my skin.

If you need a screw or nut, etc. They still have the bins, not individually wrapped. They also carry items you cant find in other stores. However, thay are a bit pricey, but always have fine quality.

The store is nice and clean. The associates are not very friendly at all. I asked a question and the woman told me If its not there we dont have it.I went to the register and put my stuff on the counter all the while the clerk is just staring at me. Not a word of greeting.

You can find anything you ever needed in this place parts from the 40s 50s 60s they had it until they close down and put a gas station up and it was the best place to go

Visited paint desk. The lady was very helpful with color matching and helping me figure out a metallic finish. I didnt have any wait time to be helped at the desk either. Prices are a little higher, but worth it for the customer service.
