Luckys was a pleasant shopping experience for me. They are clean and well organized, and carry plenty of quality produce, including organically grown items. I love the 5 for $25 bi-monthly meat deals that really helps feed the family, and stay on budget. Good variety to choose from, and the staff members are always knowledgable and helpful. They also cater to disabled individuals, and offer motorized shopping carts. I will definitely return. Thank you, Luckys! 😁👍

Luckys my dads favorite store very nice clean has great seafood

Prices are higher there than winco. Dont get as much for your money. Check out is an issue. Never have enough checkstands open and when one does open up they take the wrong people or allow thr wrong people making those who have waited wait longer. I only go there for a few items, almost isnt worth it at times.

I like certain items here but the store manager needs a refresher course in how to staff during certain hours. I have a VERY difficult time getting help when I need it. The lines are always long and there prices are more than the competition. However, its close to my house and bu its the only place for certain specialty items we like. The employees are friendly but the managers should add more checkers during certain hours.

I love this store! It was pretty busy but the aisles were clean, shelves were stocked, no carts scattered in parking lot. Lines were short, clerks were helpful.

Bought 2 for $5.00 Ice cream and 2 for $4.00 ice cream cones . Birthday cake and butter pecan ice cream cones for dessert tonite!!

Overall it was very nice and VERY clean. Only observation, and this goes for almost everywhere, the usual vastness of variety is not there. They have the staples, but not the variety there within on some things. Meaning, they have the brand, but not all that brand has to offer..hope that made sense...

Shop like every other day look for the bagger fonzi thats my partnuh o ya choc cinnamon rolls go so hard.....yum yum........o ya a moochi by the checkstands. If u dont know u better get up on my level chewy ice cream blood...... its cookies...

Ive switched from going to Raleys to Luckys for several reasons. Better stock of items, smaller lines, lower prices and friendly staff.

I was at Lucky store at Contra Loma Blvd, 04/12, going on every aisle looking for a pimiento cheeseand couldnt find it . This lady heard me talking to a friend, approached me and said shell look for it. She didnt want me to go all the way to the other end and theyre out of it. So I stayed in line to pay. She didnt find one, all I need was one jar of pimiento cheese spread. Then she rushed off to the other end of store and found one...yay !! I forgot to ask her name to tell her manager how so very helpful she was. My friend said shes the nicest manager at the store always very helpful. Shes tall, slim, blond, and very friendly. Thank you, nice lady ! I told her that on my 16th birthday(1956) in the Philippines, my older sister made pimiento cheese sandwiches(miss it and her) elbow macaroni salad with mayo, pickles, diced pineapple, and diced spam, and sarsaparilla for drinks, so delicious . During my generation, its not about the gifts or birthday cake. Its all about celebrating your special day with family and friends. Plenty of laughter, singing, and dancing. Thank you to my friend, who was a caterer, made my pimiento cheese and I made my sandwich, yummy..!!. Brought back all those precious memories of 65 yrs ago. Hurray for the pimiento spread.. ..I saw the recipe on Google, Masters Pimiento Cheese Sandwich .

Its okay. The prices seem high but they had most of what I needed. They have a decent bakery and the produce was good.

I dont know hwy you have to ask for a code used they resthroom. And you cant find anyone to ask for help.

I like this store and the cashiers are very nice but I give it 4 starts because there isnt a lot of product with low or no sodium. Other than that, I always come here for a quick run of needed items.

Dont go to this one too often but Luckys always has a very good selection of choice and occasionally premium meat on top of that Luckys carries its own wide variety of miscellaneous stuff you wont find it safe way I would have to say Luckys for everyday grocery stores was right up there with Safeway but more of a community type stores as to where Safeway will have more but more I think Luckys still has a community influence give me a personal experience as opposed to Safeway is just whatever corporation says

I got a covid vaccine, I made my appointment, it was on time !

Ive always liked this Luckys even though itll always be Savemart to me. They get long lines often, but the good thing is, they always open up more registers to keep them moving. I dont usually spend more than 10-15 minutes in line.

The cashier, Nancy H, was super nice and asked if I needed help out with the groceries. I had a coupon to buy 2 dozen eggs that were on sale. They were out of stock.

Decent atmosphere, clean, produce looks good, meat is usually appears better. I guess you get what you pay for. Youre probably have a better experience here until you get to the register. I went in to get some snacks for the kids, did not pay more for bananas. I paid twice the price I usually pay . Ended up spending about $30 on just a few things. Too pricey for me. I very rarely shop. The store was nicer atmosphere was better but you pay for it. I didnt rate it on price.

Need more lanes to pay long line

Staff here are friendly and are willing to help out the customers. My only complaint is they always seem to have just 2 or 3 cashiers at most even when it’s really busy (such as Christmas Eve)I’d wish to see them use more of the 7 lanes they have available.

Found everything that I went for and also a nice different meal for Valentines. The gentleman in the meat department was a great help.

Just went there, a little pricey, but worth it, wish the checkers were a little more friendly, they never smile or are jovial I any way, when I go through the checkout the faces are glum, but they are professional in the work they do, overall Id go back for the convenience of the store being so close to my home, Id like to add that Lucky has a very nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, i just went shopping there and the only thing I bought were mandarins because they didnt have anything else I was looking for the place hadnt been restocked especially the frozen dinner area, so I had to go to another store.

I were in line and a person just walked up and got in front of me and the cashier just let it happen i told cashier and the manager that she had to get in line but there were on help for me as a black man. So therefore i will never shop there again. I wish the owner would get in contact with me.

I went there one morning to buy a thick cut N.Y. steak, there werent any in the case. I was led to the packaged steaks Angus steaks. Whats the point of the display case if there arent any steaks in the case? Ill just go to C...co next time for a better steak, for the same price, in a freaking styrofoam and plastic package!My experience was not Lucky, luck was not with me that day...

Its ok. The produce at Lucky is the same as when it was Savemart,we all hoped it would get better. Watch for mildew. Watch for ugly & dented cans, especially on seams, which other stores take off the shelf. Watch for over paying for products, such as double pay, & sales not included. The employees are very courteous, pleasant, & helpful, if you are. Treat them poorly, & you may get it back. Usually, they just make a face, & continue on, but they will not accept abusive behavior. I wouldnt, nor you, so, even if the quality is low, be nice, they will exchange that produce, even if the receipt shows youve had it for 4-7 days. The cigarette store is clean, the owner is very nice, the prices are lower than most places. Hes off on the weekends, so if you have a beef, wait till Monday. To talk to Bali. (Ball-E) He will either handle your problem, or explain why you are wrong.

They carry two of my favor things: Makoto ginger salad dressing and Casa Sanchez salsa. Because its a little smaller and not on a main thoroughfare the lines are very short. They also carry some of my favorite hair products such as Batiste brunette dry shampoo.
