I Love me some Costco🥰, They have everything I can think of. I like shopping🛍 in bulk so that a plus for me. The prices💵 are great. They have a food🍕 section for those hunger moments. The Lines go very fast. I will say though, after a visit u may be a little tired when u get home, but its well worth it.👍🏾

Was there to pick up a few things. Groceries, and household goods. There are some good clothing sales. Costco did a great job in having self checkouts for store items and food court. The food still very tasty and a good cost. Parking normal. Big Broom😎 A2B 😎🙏 Blessings 🙏💞🙏

Great place we’ve been shopping at quite often for a long tome! Carries great merchandise and food in affordable bulk sizes. The cheap gas is also a great plus though it can get quite crowded at times, especially on weekends. The food court is also a nice plus with cheap and healthy(ish?) options like the fruit smoothie we often get. Glad to see samples also making a return now. And the Rotisserie chicken is cheap yet still delicious. You really can’t go wrong with Costco. 5/5 ⭐️

Has gone downhill severely. Theyve removed one of the best features in my opinion the photo department. It was the last place around here that actually had photography people working behind the counter that do something more than how to just push your button. YouTube Fabio and Ross come up the print quality was much higher than your average mini lab. However that is all gone now. Also they have now change the inside snack bar so that you must use a credit card or ATM. There is zero customer service, there also is no consistency as to what is carried week by week. They may carry one product for six months and then never again. The old saying goes if you like it by a whole lot now cuz it may not be here in a week. If youre willing to deal with the huge crowds, and the dodging of cars in the parking lot. Some deals can be had.

Went to pick up my new glasses and do a bit of shopping. Had to pull a number and wait about 30 minutes for my glasses. I wish there was an intercom so that I could do my shopping while I waited so I could get my shopping done but they said if I missed my number when called, Id have to pull another number and wait again. As for the warehouse itself, there was no 6 spacing between shoppers. The place was way too crowded to be able to do that. No one was respecting anyones space, not even in the parking lot!

I love Costco in general. I love being able to get things in bulk at a reasonable price. I find that shopping at this location when they first open to be the best time to go to avoid crazy lines. The quality of their steaks is always been good, no complaints.

Great place to go for bulk purchases or Meat runs which is what I did. 30.00 for a pack of 16 chicken breasts I can separate across several dinners vs 20.00 for a pack 4 for only ONE dinner. A bargin if you ask me!

Costco has a great reputation for stocking bulk items for resale and personal use. Really like the new items and the quality of the commonly stocked items! One request, please bring back the Liptons Onion Soup Mix!

I Love Costco for many reasons, but this time they let me down... My daughter and I have complaint about their very hot water in the restrooms, and nothing has been done about it. Water was so hot, my daughter reached for her sanitizer instead.Please Costco, regulate the water temperature in your restrooms.

The best days to shop is during the week. Sundays are crazy. Love this place.

Got my family all ready to take a trip to Costco cause my kids love it. Unfortunately Rachel stopped me at the door and didn’t even ask me if my dog was a service animal. Then after speaking to management Louie trying to also make it hard for me after finding out he was a service animal say I needed a lease but right now I carry my dog because people trying to pet him with covid out and I’m uncomfortable with that so I carry him he’s not very big to carry. Ending result after coming to this store multi times I am canceling my membership and I will no longer be dealing with this not so pet friendly place.

I give this Costco five stars only because the staff and the employees are awesome. Otherwise I feel like this Costco is treated like the step child of East county, we dont get all the good stuff. I think everyone should contact Costcos main branch and tell them we want everything that everybody else gets!

Costco is always on point. I love how fresh their food is. I purchased the Chicken Taco set. It includes flavored grilled chicken, cheese, coleslaw, salsa, special sauce and 15 soft Tortillas. I shared this with my family. They went crazy over it. Please try Kirkland Lasagna with ground chuck and Italian sauce. I hate to say it, it was better than my Lasagna!! Their workers was helpful and polite. I went to the Antioch Costco!

This store in particular is amazingly clean. I have been customer fir almost 20 years and I hope my voice can be hear and take it seriously. Some employees are not as helpful as they should. Yesterday, I went to buy my monthly groceries, unfortunately at the time I have to pay I noticed I didn’t have my “Visa” card on me and they don’t accept MasterCard. So I asked one of the employees to please cancel my purchase as I already scanned everything, he totally ignored me. I wait until he answered a question to customer nearby and ask again if he can cancel my purchase because i forgot my card and again he blatantly ignored me again. I got upset and get out of the store leaving everything there. I feeling bad about it but honestly this new employees in the register need customer service training! Is weird because in so many years this is the first time I have an incident like this. I hope they know what’s going on and train their employees. On the other hand, it will be nice if Costco take in consideration to accept MasterCard because people have different preferences not every one has Visa or like it.

Costco is, well its Costco. Its overcrowded, its noisy, its aggravating and people are rude. I avoid going in one at all costs so if I do go in there is a good reason. The reason this time was my other half wanted me to go there and look for new glasses, I didnt want to but I finally agreed.This is our 3rd or maybe 4th time getting glasses at Costco. This time we had Joseph helping us. This is the first time we have had him and he really made it a pleasurable experience. He is the first Optical person who ever kept going back to the board and pulling glasses for me. In previous times they would just take what I chose but no one ever offered any advice or suggestions. Joseph went above and beyond and even though I probably tried on 30 pairs of glasses he never lost his patience and we eventually found ones I can live with. It was a great experience. I talked to him about working in retail, something I have done my whole life and I know exactly what he goes thru on a daily basis.I hope they keep Joseph on in the Optical Dept, he is definitely an asset over there!

My wife and I get irritated when people check my receipt at Walmart its a hassle plus I dont steal.. So I told my wife Im gonna hide my receipt because we Had 2 transactions I told my wife watch they wont even notice we get to the front the guy respectfully said Im so sorry do you have another receipt I think his name was Moores Hugo cheese I dont kno I forgot his name but I called the manager and told him how awesome that guy was This is a great Costco Ive been going here for years

Had tires rotated and balanced. Hot dog and coke for $1.50 for everything. Cant beat that, even 20 Years ago. All time, same price. Only thing missing is their polish dogs.

MOST Horrible customer service...returns only when spouse in on the card...my husband was outside inside the car with my sleeping baby and I needed a quick return no shopping at all just a simple return...they made me stand 25m and gave me so many problems and put remarks in the computer, I was very upset. I WILL NOT GO EVER AGAIN.

Good place to get your gas. Warehouse is very crowded and difficult to find a parking space. It is way too busy always.

I have to give Costco 5 stars because its a one-stop-shop and it has great prices on many items (not all). My visit this time was to check out the Vision Center. I was impressed with the small selection and the great prices. The decision to purchase my eyeglasses from Costco was do to the fact that it accepts VSP Insurance. The customer rep was patient and helpful.

I really like Costco. It has been awhile since I have gone to the one located in Antioch. It helps to have an Agenda of what you need. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I always love coming to Costco you can buy your stuff in bulks you can buy pretty much anything there from flat screens to electronics to food and alcohols and fruits. Toilet paper diapers they have everything you name it can’t even explain how nice the customer service is sometimes it’s hard to get customer service but there’s someone that’s always there to help you. The lines go really fast and after you’re done shopping you can get some pizza with some ice cream I love taking my wife and kids there. 😇👍🏼 Costco you’re the best

LOVE what they have, but not a THING is consistent. EVERY thing I try to stock regularly is moved around weekly or more and about 25% is flat-out gone the next week.The quality of stuff keeps me coming back, though. I just dont get my hopes up to find a lot of my list there. 🤣

Shopping at this store has always been a good experience. I do wish that sometimes they would not move things around so much because you then have to find someone to help you find what you want or spend time perusing each isle.

Why I give 5 stars. The returned merchandise no questions as long had your receipt. Examples we purchased the water electric machine in 2018. The drinking machine didnt stay long. We did return it. Happy to get new. To me, a product should stay at list 5 years above that. Time to get a new one.

There was a woman that was supposed to help me return she did not even want to help me I am in ethnicity I don’t want to say why ethnicity but she was very uncomfortable with me being around her and did not even speak to me she spoke around me

It is one of the bigger ones. The store is a very good size. It can have a lot of people in it and still have 6 feet apart from others. The parking lot it massive. The gas station has room for a lot of cars and organized. The personal is always nice and helpful. I have been going there for about 2 years and I never had a problem. I actually drive over 30 minutes to get to this one and pass 2 Costcos on the way. So I am very grateful for this Costco in Antioch Ca.

We only came for gas and when I tell you that spot was disorganized...oh. my. Wow!! Hated it. Getting in to an actual pump and then getting back out?? What a nightmare.

This store runs like no other Costco I have ever been to. For a busy Saturday afternoon, we were in and out in 20 minutes and out a few hundred extra bucks hauling away more than we came for. Hooked line and sinker just as planned. Okay, it was great deals and a pleasant shopping experience.

I went to Costco to check on the price of my prescription eyeglasses, I was very happy to find out that it was only half the price of the other office where I got the exam and prescription, great surprise! Susan the clerk was so nice and knowledgeable of the products! I am glad I went there to ask, since I was going to place the order for them anyway.

Costco was fantastic as usual. It was the the last two day for their monthly Specials and it was a Saturday! Got gas & found up front parking with no issues. Got a flatbed, because it was restocking time at my home. In no time the flatbed was stacked high & completely full. A man asked me if I was doing Instacart. I said no All of this is for my family 😆 The young lady in the red vest up front was very helpful. She helped me track down two of the Specials I couldnt find. The assistant at the cash register was great too. He needed an extra shopping cart for everything I had. He was very nice. He pushed the flatbed & walked me to the door. Then he looked for one of the outside workers to help me put everything in my car. Anthony filled my entire car up in minutes...Im really bad with names, but if I remember or find out the young ladys or cashiers assignments names I will diffenitly add an update, because they All deserve a Big hand 👏🏽. Ive been to many Costcos in the Bay Area and other States, but the Antioch location is the Best! Its always like this. Awesome Customer Service every single time 😁

Never had issues here, but I wish the gas station attendants would tell drivers to go to the empty pumps instead of waiting until all the pumps are clear. People like to wait instead of pulling up to an empty pump.

Not a whole lot I can say that hasnt already been said.The place is huge with so many goods like electronics, foods, liquors, beer, wine and other things like membership passes to theme parks, theaters and gyms to name a few.Did I mention alcohol? (🍻😎😂)During the summer we do a lot of camping and have quite a few pool parties so the magnum size bottles (1.75 liters) of vodka, tequila and specifically Hennessey (for our guest and family that loves it) make it easy to keep the good times flowing. We also buy wine by the case on a regular basis. They have a great to choose from!Then theres the big packages of snack foods, meats, seafood and disposable eating and drinking goods.This only names a few of the things there.Looking for a tv, computer, engagement ring, cellphone, sound bar, iPad, Samsung Tab tablet, camera... get the picture? Yep, its all there and at a good to great price.You can also buy furniture, car batteries and CARS there. Get over there see for yourself if youve never been there.
