Some of the most unprofessional employees you will ever see. Half of them didnt even have their mask on correctly and one girl was swearing up a storm like a sailor in front of kids. The other employees literally started arguing in front of me while I was doing my transaction. No respect in front of customers at all. Disappointing for such a big company.

Online, on phone and in store, by far the worst experience Ive ever had with my order processing to shipping, to them canceling my orders then emailing me after the fact while looking for my orders? Then had nerves to give me a $10 store credit and Im school shopping for my 3 grandsons? WTH? And over 6hrs on the phone straightening out their MESS! I really lost interest in *Kids Foot Locker* purchases after that!
