I have been a customer of Grease Monkey for years. While they have gone through a few ownership changes over the years, they are consistently excellent. This service visit, November 2021, was also outstanding.My car was attended to with any long wait. This was the first time I had came here and I was really impressed! My change oil light came on and I was going out of town that weekend my regular place I take my car to couldn’t due it till Monday so I called Grease Monkey and I was able to get an appointment that day! I also had them change my wiper blades and thank goodness I did because that Sunday coming home I was driving through the worst rainstorm and all I could think of was thank God for Grease Monkey’s! Also I loved that they vacuumed out my car and cleaned my windows!!

These guys were recommended to me by five of my friends. I can tell you after going there. My friends were not wrong. This place has good energy. They will take care of you and your vehicle. If you are looking for quality, reliable service, that is worth your money. Go here. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I had called around to a few different shops before I was recommended Grease Monkey. Every one of those shops tried to overcharge me and they only offered to do just the brakes. Grease Monkey doesnt play around, they do brakes AND rotors for the same price as the other guys. They also did a full inspection and topped off my fluids before turning my vehicle back over to me! I am so happy I took my car here. I will be bringing my vehicles to Grease Monkey for as long as I live and as long they are open for business. Theyve earned my business forever. Bobby IS the MAN!!!

I appreciate their fast and honest service. I will be making an appointment to fix my headlight switch. I was going to have the bulbs fixed and They checked it and didn’t charge me for the bulbs because it was found out not to be problem.

This place is by far the best place I have taken my car to. Everyone was friendly and professional, they were able to get my car in very quickly. They even vacuumed my car!! I had no idea they do this, this was my first time going there and I will definitely be going back. There are complimentary drinks as well which is a plus!

Oh MAN where should I start??? Let me just say the owner Bobby was amazing 🤩. When I called he answered with so much professionalism you could tell he had a smile as he spoke on the phone. He definitely made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment he answered the phone. We spoke about my breaks and we I set an appointment. When I arrived at my appointment he greater me with such a big smile 😁 (you don’t see that all the time anymore). I asked if I could use his bathroom. He pointed me in the direction of the bathroom and BOY WAS IT CLEAN 🤗🥰🤗. It smelled good and everything I mean the entire facility was nice clean and super presentable. Of course it was a warm day and he offered us some nice drinks from the cooler. I felt right at home I mean he had vitamin water, Gatorade, and all that. (Coffee too lol) I mean all I ever seen at a car shop was a .25cent bubble gum/candy machine and maybe some water from the water fountain. Ijs. Let’s not forget to mention how well of a job they did replacing my break pads and rotors on my van. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to even show me exactly why it was so important for me to get them changed that day. Ima call him my mechanic super hero because he probably saved my life that day because them breaks was almost non existent lol smh. Anyway if I could rate this place a ten star I would. I’m taking my car needs here every time. Thank you Bobby for your quality service. Look forward to continuing business with you.

As long as I live in this area, and as long as Grease Monkey is in business, I will take my vehicles there with the confidence and peace of mind knowing my vehicle is being pampered. It’s also the only place in town with fair prices. What more could you ask for? Just take it there! I promise, you will be happy that you did.

I was off early on a Monday so I figured I would try my luck at seeing if I could get my brakes checked because they had been showing signs of wear. I arrived at 330 p.m.they accepted me and put my car on the rack right away. Bobby was more than hospitable, he offered me a cold beverage and everything. Within an hour my front brakes were done and I was on my way. I only thought they would have etime to check them couldnt believe they were able to check and fix them in one shot. Super professional! Bobby was great and made me feel welcome, even gave me a mask since I forgot mine in the car. Thanks again I will be back!!

They made a mess when filling the coolant. They left greesy fingerprint on the hood.The tire pressure sensor came on after thier service

I had a good experience, the owner was polite alone with the employees they was fast and did a good job and the owner also let me know what else I need done and when they should be done. You don’t get that from other place unless your actually going to a dealership to get maintenance done.

Had a wonderful experience. Going on a last minute road trip, needed an oil change ASAP, everyone was booked, called Grease Monkey, told me to come right in. They greeted me, explained everything, performed the tasks. It was warm, they offered me a cold soda, cleaned my windows. I will definitely be a regular!

I’m use to waiting at least a hour or more for a oil change. So I brought a couple of cookies with me in case I get hungry. Before I can finish them the oil change was done. IN AND OUT I love it!!I’ll be back

I’ve always been to grease monkey to get my cars oil change, for many years, I feel like since they changed ownership they are slacking a little. They don’t give the complimentary vacuum and don’t do the top off any more.

Great service, professional staff, one of the best oil change experiences. I visited this location previously when Carlos was managing, and thought “Shady Shady Shady” but just gave them another chance and discovered the management is not the same. Anthony was professional and fair. He showed me my air filter, and even though it was changed at my last service, he did not recommend replacement. He simply told me how often Land Rover recommends changing it, told me it looked pretty good but didn’t know when I did it last, and asked me what I wanted to do. No pressure, what a relief! Plus, they actually had my filter, which almost never happens! I don’t like having to leave my car with the dealer, it’s such a hassle! I was in and out in under twenty minutes, I can’t believe it! I recommend this place, especially if you had a different experience before, because now these guys rock! Thank you Anthony!

These guys are fast, friendly, and clean. Went for a basic oil change; they had me wait in my vehicle while they took care of the rest. Less than 15 minutes to get everything done & they wiped down everything they touched under the hood.

They have had alot of management issues the last few years. They do the oil change fast but it is not unlikely your cap or plug may be missing after service.Just check before you leave and you should be fine

Wonderful service! All the employees are nice and hard working. I got a transmission flush and my car is running so much better now. The owner has so many services, he can do almost anything. Prices or extremely reasonable for what you receive. I didn’t get an oil change but I heard they will vacuum the carpet for free with that service which I thought was unique and very kind of them. I have nothing but positives. They do get busy fast so get there fast and be one of the firsts. It seems like a small staff but they are mighty. When I went I noticed that the owner was in a wheelchair do to a sudden incident and he was still working his hardest with his crew. I applaud them and their service!

Very Courteous StaffThey will let you know if there are some potential problems with your CarIf you decide NOT to have it done,No big deal....They Even replaced my brake lights for free because staff checked everything, before returning the car to the owner.Then the manager come out for the Final inspection.He found out that the Left Brake light was not working, Had the Staff replace the LightFor Free because they guarantee that whatever needs inspecting will be inspected..So Happy with this PlaceDefinitely do all my Oil change here from now on...

This is one of the best oil changing spots not really knowing about cars I left more knowledgeable in how to take better care of my car. Anthony the new assistant manager made me feel great he is an awesome leader and great with customers!! I hope to see him in that manager seat when I come back next oil change!!

This is the only place I visit to complete my service for my 2017 Dodge Journey. The prices are great and the service is always a 10. They have always been professional and thorough with all of their work. I would recommend then to anyone who is looking for great service and friendly staff.

Today I went to the Grease monkey to get an oil change and I experienced the most wonderful customer service from the manager Anthony for my car. Sometimes by being a woman it is hard and we get taken advantage of at car dealerships or a car shops. However, Anthony showed great leadership and good customer service. This place was just bought out a few months ago by a horrible person. He is disrespectful rude and no good customer service comes out of him. I was here before the shop opened. He told me it would take 45 minutes to check my car I called an he later and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. And then when I went to ask why HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I miss the old owner they were amazing!!! This place gets negative starts negative reviews.

Best prices, good quality work, great customer service and there was twice when I was ready to pay for something I thought was wrong with my car and they were honest and let me know it wasnt an issue when they definitely could have ripped me off. Its the only shop I take my car to.

Service was quick and cordial. However, I was struck by the curious advice to bring my car back for an oil change after 3,000 miles, even though I had the Mobil 1 service. Mobil 1 advises that its good for 15,000 miles between oil changes.

Best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. They are fast, efficient, and professional. The staffs are super nice and patient, Carlos, the manager explains all the conditions of my car every time I go. The check they do for your car is totally free, and they will make recommendations, very helpful! They put a sticker on the top left side of your windshield reminding when the next oil change suppose to be. Strongly recommend this place to all the ladies, since most of us dont know much about cars, and the staff here in Grease Monkey is always patient and honest about what service your car need!

Fast service, friendly and honest employees, I highly recommend this place! I used to go to the Toyota dealership across the street, but I wont anymore. I told Jordan, the manager at Grease Monkey, that I was due for my 60k mileage maintenance and was going to go to Toyota for that initially. I couldnt afford what Toyota had quoted me for the maintenance so I decided on just an oil change and began looking elsewhere. After telling him all of this, he gave me a print out of what my car actually needed and exposed the fact that Toyota was trying to upsell me services for my car that I didnt need until 100k miles! So yes, Im very pleased! Great experience and good vibes during my first visit for sure! Ty so much :)

My favorite place for oil changes. Very proffesional and informative staff. Comfortable seating while you wait. Inside or outside. Clean restroom. Small mini fridge with soft drinks and snacks on table. They even vacuum your car and wipe down the glass. This place is the best!
