Bought a car from this dealer and it was a great decision. The car was in great shape for a great price. He said to me if the car had any issues to let him know and he gave me his word. Well the car started to have a problem and he kept to his word 100%. Got it fixed and working in perfect condition and they are very nice people. When the car started having the issue he called me a tow truck and took care of the issue as soon as possible. Highly recommend this dealership because of the way they operate their business.

The mechanics seem to be decent people. The used car dealer who shares the name and space is absolute scum. Hector runs the used car sales. He claims to be a man of my word. His word isnt even worth the air creating them. He has lied multiple times about work done to a used vehicle I purchased and continues to refuse to honor his word. My only advice, run far and fast. Do not trust Hector or anything he says. Unfortunately for the mechanics who actually own the shop, this lying sack has ruined their reputation as well.

Always a good experience

The car was making a noise and we took it in to have it fixed. It still makes the same noise. I think these people might be crooks. They also sold me a tire that went flat after the car was parked. So Im thinking they sold us a tire with a hole in it. I wouldnt trust them again.

I would advise anyone that has repairs done at this place to get their vehicle looked over elsewhere.I have had my suv repaired here twice and both times i had to bring it back.The first time was to replace the map sensor.After I was charged i went someone else because the light came back on.The code that was reading was map sensor.I brought it back and stood over their shoulders while it was replaced guess what no problems.I was back again recently to have brakes and rotors replaced.I supplied my own parts so that I was sure what was being put on my vehicle,and requested my old parts back to make sure they were changed.I had my vehicle picked up it was given back to me the truck sounded terrible.When I brought the truck back they claimed it was salt from the resent snow storm,or that my pads were cheap.I brought the vehicle in with same pads i had done at a respectable repair shop no problem.When I complained again about all the noise they brought the truck in cleaned the pads up.I noticed in the rear the the rear backing plates (dust shields)were rusted and falling apart.They installed brand new brake pads and rotors expensive one with the drill slots no less over rusted shields that are going to rub against the rotors and wear down brake pads.Who in the world would do that.A decent mechanic whould have notified me and ask did i want them replaced.Not ignore what the cause was for me needing new brakes and rotors to start.I ended having to take my vehicle elsewhere.Now it is save for me and my family.We also had another car that they charged us to change the waterpump,yet the car has been leaking antifreeze.Every time we have brought our vehicle here to get repaired we ended having to take it somewhere else to get it right.Seems like they are taking advantage of us because we are women and they think we dont know our machines. Its to bad use to be a great place when Victor and Golly were there.I will never do business here again.

I recently bought a car from them and the owner promised and swore up & down that if there were any issues that we could come back and he could fix it free of charge, he also told me that the battery sounded off when it was being started because the car had been sitting for a few weeks, I get home and start the car a few times and it still didnt start up well, I texted him, and he said he couldnt help us at all because he didnt make any money on selling me the car.
