Yvonne, who was my stylist, gave me extraordinary customer service. She took the time and understood my frustration with previous hairstylist for the past year. I really felt she had a vested interest in making me look and feel my best! I will be coming back!

She was nice and very talkative with my 9 year old. She talked and asked my daughter questions, not me. I liked that.

I love shae!! She fixed a horrible haircut I got back in November when I went with someone else. I ended up getting 5 haircuts all together from a previous stylist there and then the manager having to try and fix it also. Will never go to anyone else!! She’s the best and listens to what you want.

I really like this place, and the people know what they are doing, they pay attention as to talk to the client rather than their other employees, like other barber shops do. She got tipped also because of the job she did - amazing! - 🙂.

I stopped for an appointment and 2 staff were just standing there. I was told to come back at 11 2 hours later. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen right away. There was only 1 other customer. It took 10 maybe 15 minutes to trim my ends. When I was told it was over 22 dollars I was shocked thats over 2 dollars a minute. Great Clips is less then a mile further for 8 dollars less. No wonder they dont post there prices. I cant afford Fantastic Sams Im on a fixed income I wont be back.

Every single time I go, they stylists do a very good job! Very friendly and when I get shampoo, my hair often comes out not itchy at all. The staff are very precise in work, and theyre always friendly every time I go! Highly recommend this place if you want your haircut done precisely and refreshed!

Fantastic Sams is a safe clean environment to visit even during Covid! Staff are all wearing masks and wash hands frequently. Staff is friendly, and I love my haircut!

I haven’t been to this location for a few years because of a horrible experience I had with y daughter’s hair, but decided to give it another shot because I couldn’t get into my normal person. My stylist was friendly and seemed to listen to what I wanted, but, in the end, it was as short as I wanted it. When I got home and styled it like I would normally do, the right side was 1/2 to 1 inch shorter than the left. I was extremely frustrated and they were already closed by the time I realized it.I’m sure there are some wonderful and talented people that work for your company and this particular salon, but this is now the 2nd time I have left this location disappointed. As soon as my hair is fixed, you will not get my business ever again.

Their good at what they do. Only problem is to many women have to have so much done to their pretty looks. God already made you pretty. Doesnt have to take 3 or 4 hours to get done what you want. Sheesh. Guys need haircuts too. Unless you prefer the CAVEMAN LOOK.

I recently went in for a complete makeover and my stylist did an amazing job with my cut and color! She nailed the exact look that I was going for and she was very informative about the products that I should be using for my type of hair. If I could give no stars I would. I came here with disastrous looking hair and my mistake was fixed. The actions that took place afterwards cost me a lot of money to correct and my hair is now badly damaged. I cant do anything myself, anymore. That is how bad my hair turned out from a fantastic Sams visit. One of the other stylists actually had to stop the girl doing my hair before she ruined it. I am forever grateful to that woman. Im sure not all the stylists are bad but beware that they take people who just graduated cosmetology school, or so it would seem.

My Hair dresser Sam was very good with cutting my hair, she took the time and was very patient.

Great place to get your hair cut. Been going here for the past 5yrs. I live 45 min away and still make my way here. Tried many other places, even in town where we live. Does not compare. I used to make arrangements to get my hair cut here when I lived in Alexandria. I typically use Casey, but the few times she was not available others have cut my hair. I have always had a pleasant experience and have never left disappointed. Well worth your time even if you dont live close. You wont be disappointed. 5 stars indefinitely!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, highly suggest finding a different salon if you want to walk out happy. Rude and at the end of my visit I said I was not happy with outcome and would like to come back tomorrow to get it fixed, manager told me if I come back tomorrow she will not touch my hair. NEVER GOING BACK, absolutely terrible! If I could give it a negative star rating I would.

I wouldn’t go to any other salon! Upbeat and friendly atmosphere and the stylists I’ve had experience with have been amazing! My two boys (3 and 10), my fiancé, and myself all go to this location. We live 45 mins away and have a Fantastic Sams where we live and had a terrible experience where I had to bring my oldest son back for them to fix it 3 times and then Casey K. (our favorite and preferred stylist) still had to fix it at her Round Lake Blvd location. She always does such an amazing job and I always leave so happy after seeing her. I wouldn’t let anyone also touch my hair and there have been many times where I go in and tell her to do whatever she thinks and that I trust her. I’m not familiar will all of the stylists there but I would most definitely recommend this location and even more I would recommend Casey K. as your stylist no matter what you’re looking for, total transformation, kids cuts, military cuts, color, anything! Never been more impressed with a stylist and I used to go to higher end salons.

They are very good to my kids. I may have given 4 or 5 stars but, when I asked if they would cut my hair free (I donate it), they looked at me like I was crazy. Ive donated my hair 4 times previously and never had anyone bat an eye at tossing me a free cut when I do.
