Very good customer service! The workers here are great! I had very good tires places on my vehicle and an oil change! Tom the manager is a very nice guy! Had a little mishap with the vehicle and Tom was able to get everything fixed and changed immediately! Very big thank you to him for everything he did! Ruined my vehicle and then told me that my insurance company would cover it. Never heard that before, and my insurance company confirmed they were FOS. When we had a sit down with them they told me that they wouldn’t try to deceive us because they are ‘Christians’. No other attempt at a explanation, the argument was that he went to church every Sunday so therefore what he said was gospel. They even tried to mark up the parts that needed replaced. No effort on their part to resolve a situation they created. Clown show if I have ever seen one. When I went to retrieve my vehicle and take it to a professional they tried to make a scene by announcing I had to pay ‘cash only’ in front of all of the other customers like I am the crook. Any time you drive your car to the shop and it leaves on a tow truck that’s a problem!

I forgot my backpack in the lounge while waiting for an oil change (which was cheaper than what I could even do myself) over the weekend. I needed my work laptop for a 6am flight on Monday. I sent a Facebook message after hours, they responded after hours and aligned a time on Sunday while they were closed that I could pick it up. Im so incredibly thankful for their kindness to go above and beyond after hours and on Sunday to help me with my mistake! What great character by the staff!

My car started over heating caused by a crack in my radiator. Which happened to occur right by Wright. I stopped in and talked with Taylor, and he had a tech double check the system to make sure it was definitely the radiator. He was already on the phone checking for a local supplier for the radiator. I was really impressed they were able to get my vehicle repaired in under 3 hours. Super happy with the service, and the price was even cheaper than I thought it would have been.

Had my vehicle in for a clunking noise in the front end, when called to tell me what the issue was turns out they performed the replacement of the sway bar link without my approval. Then proceeded to explain that if I didnt want to pay for the new part they would put the old part back on. I went ahead and paid the the part & work, while driving it the following days started noticing a growling sound. Turns out it was do to the lugs coming loose to the point of one lug breaking off. Called and talked to Wright Tire and was told not their fault, but I could bring it in for them to look at and charge me to fix it.Stay away!!!!!!Responding to owner - your statement is not true, as they never called me until they had already replaced the part. They didnt keep me informed until the work was already performed and done with the store set to be closing in 30 minutes,

I randomly had a bolt break off of my truck, on the muffler where the flex tube is attached. I stopped at 3 different places looking for what should be a quick fix, to knock out the bolt and replace it. I got turned away 3 times. I called Wright Tire and they told me to stop by and theyd take a look. It turned out to not be something they usually do, and would normally suggest I go somewhere else, but took a look anyway.30 minutes later, for the cost of almost nothing, they had it fixed and I was on my way. I 100% recommend this business to anyone looking to use their services.

Its difficult to trust an auto repair shop but Ive found this one to be reasonably priced, honest and run with integrity. Great service by the employees and timely repairs and tune ups with both of my vehicles. I definitely recommend this place! Just as an added bonus, they offer wifi and popcorn while youre waiting.

Dont pass them up! Write Tire and service went way above and beyond the call of duty for me when I had a question the day after getting a new set of tires. The issue turned out to be nothing big and their service was perfect. They actually cared about my safety and followed through with a personal visit to make sure. They have great deals on great tires, dont pass them up!

Outstanding service!!! I was on my way to work this morning and my tire went completely flat, right in front of Wright Tire Services, at the stop light. I inched my way into the parking lot and asked them if they could help me. I actually needed tires anyways so I asked for a quote for four new tires. The price was right and I asked them if they had time for this last minute request. They said, absolutely and then followed it up with....do you need a ride to work? Unbelievable! This could have been a terrible experience this morning. I am so happy with my new tires and the service I received. Wright Tire Services gained a new customer this morning and Ill be sure to recommend Wright Tire Service to anyone who could benefit from their quality customer service and all they have to offer.

Theyre HONEST. They DONT rip you off. Ive brought 4 cars/trucks here in the last five years, they always start with the least expensive solution. Only one time I was dissatisfied, and they made it right the very next day. I drive past 6 other service stations to go to Wright Tire.

I get any and all work done at this shop even though I work in Richfield. Today my car started acting like it wouldn’t start, I suspected the battery and took it in. Turns out it was the alternator and ended up being a pretty big job that Alex was willing to stay late for and work till it was fixed. Fair, honest, great work. Can’t ask for more.

I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could. This is the only place Id recommend to friends and family for all their car needs. I had about a thousand things wrong with my car that would have cost me an obscene amount to fix anywhere else but Wright Tire did it all for me cheap out of the kindness of their hearts...God bless them. Other Companies should come to Wright Tire Service and experience what was common place decades a go. That being Genuine Good Service Imagine walking into a business and not having the people working there treat you like they were doing you a favor by even waiting on you. Wright Tire Service is honest and forth right. No jacking you around on price or service. They tell you straight forward with direct factual answers with no B.S. involved. Their prices are more than a little competitive many times I have found them to be the best price. I have purchased tires and have had automotive repairs performed. Their gasoline price beats any of the big chains and others in the area. There is no fluff involved. Recently I noticed I had a low tire and pulled in to inflate it. As I began to struggle with and see how much it would cost to operate the automatic air dispenser one of the employees came out and said if I pulled up to the bay door he would fill the tie for me. Not only did he fill my low tire he checked and adjusted the pressure in all 4 tires. Imagine my shock to experience someone going the extra mile. They have a customer for life or as long as they remain in business. You couldnt get me to go to a competitor to get jerked around or treated like some 3rd class citizen now. Dont do wheel alignment in this shop.Waste of money and a lot of headache.In November last year Ive done tire rotation and I have decided to do wheel alignment in this shop.After just two months my car was out of alignment.I couldnt keep my car on track.Ive came back in this shop but they said that unfortunately they dont have warranty for this service so I paid again.After 20 days my car again was out of alignment. Thats why I dont recommend to do alignment in this shop.

Great guys and a great location. Ive been able to ask them about something going on with my car, and they can be informative, without pressuring me to get non-essential work done. The hours are sometimes hard to work with, but for a place like this, you can make it work.

Had a flat tire (spare was applied to vehicle) arrived to see if they could fix the tire and reset the TPS monitor on my vehicle. They told me the morning schedule was heavy but if I could leave the tire they would repair it and if I could return in about 3 hours they would take the vehicle in and reprogram the tire pressure sensors at that time. The tire would have already been repaired so it would save on my wait. They took my vehicle in immediately when I arrived reset the TPS, applied the repaired tire and returned the spare to my under truck mount. Excellent and personal service from a family owned company (a rarity these days). I would highly recommend them.

Id bought new tires and had front end aligned last week. There service was courteous and answered questions. They also diagnosed a bad wheel bearing which they also repaired. Theyre quote for the repair was with in a few pennies of actual repair cost, so no surprises. Id talked with Steve the manager was very professional when talking with him on my concerns. Leon the mechanic was professional as well. Id go back there in a heart beat. Ive used them for years on tires and repairs and they have always treated me fairly. Taking your vehicle to Wright Tire Services you know your in good hands.

Do not take your car here if you are expecting to get it back in the same condition as when you dropped it off. We brought my 2004 Monte Carlo in for a tire rotation. When we went to pick it up the driver side door hit the front fender when you opened it. You couldnt even get in the car it was so bad. First of all, nobody told us this happened. They gave us our keys and sent us on our merry way. Upon confronting them about it the response was It was like that. Um, no. Again, you couldnt even get in the car it was hitting the front fender so much. You really think I would continue driving my car like that? There was a small rust spot on the bottom of the door where it rubbed a bit at one point. They are using this as there excuse for not taking care of it. They are saying unibody cars will adjust on the lift and thats just what happens. Not their fault. REALLY?! My husband was able to pull the front fender out enough so the door stopped hitting it, but now there are several new paint chips from the friction that they will not take responsibility for. Very poor way to do business and not accept responsibility. We are very reasonable people and this was just disheartening.

The people at Wright Tire have always been upfront and honest with me on whats wrong and how much its going to cost. The prices are reasonable and the work is done right. I have had my cars worked on there for over 5 years now. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once. I wont do that again.

Customers beware! I took my truck into Wright Tire for an oil change. I had a coupon for $17.99 for oil and filter up to 5 quarts. I was told that the truck may take more than 5 quarts and that would be extra but I was not told how much extra. It was not until after the service was done that I was given a bill for $34.70 almost double what the coupon was for. This is the kind of tactics that give service shops a bad reputation. I had another vehicle scheduled the same day which I immediately canceled. I will never visit this shop again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
