Worked with these guys a couple of times, always been really nice. Maybe Im cynical, but do to my lack of knowledge in cars I typically assume Im going to get fleeced, but not with these guys.After debris hitting our tire and internal wheel well they looked it over and saw no damage requiring repair other than the flat tire. To save money I asked them to leave it out for me to swap out. When I came back to swap the tire it was in a parking spot with extra space AND they didnt even charge for the inspection.Considering we were concerned about fluid leakage, they really could have raked us over the coals and they didnt. I think that says a lot.

Jesse, Rob and the crew did a fantastic job on my truck. I needed my drivers door replaced and repainted. The final job looks great and they even cleaned out my interior and it looks like they detailed it as well !!!These guys are great. I hit a deer with my Ram and needed the front and side fixed up. Blue line did such a good job, I recommended my boss to them after he recently hit a deer. Was selling my truck, guy was flying in from utah to take delivery, and wouldnt you know, i opened the tailgate and had something sitting on bumper, big dent 3 days b4. Took it into blue line and explained the situation. They worked over the weekend to ensure I could deliver truck on time. Previous to that i was doing some work on my car and had some damaged clips. I swung into blue line and they provided me with some clips free of charge, with tye statement, if you ever need some work done remember us. Well i never forgot that and they are my go to shop for any body work! Awesome people and place!

I was hit by a drunk driver my car was toast down the passenger side... During the covid time .. brought my car in the gentleman that helped me from start to finish. With rental car, to dealing with the guys insurance in getting my car back to before it was hit.. and with a magnifying look at by me because I am picky. It looks marvelous .. and done when said.. hopefully dont ever need again but no question will be them.

I dont write many reviews but its rare to find a business who not only does great work but cares for their customers and makes every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Rob (the owner) made time on the weekend when he was closed, promptly returned my phone calls, and even did some work on a service light for me when it wasnt part of why I brought my car in. They are highly recommended and I would bring my vehicle back anytime if needed.

Recently brought in a 2002 Honda Accord with a smashed front bumper, headlights and hood. The quote to fix it was 1500.00 which was more than fair. The final bill was nearly half that because they were able to reuse some parts. These guys are fantastic! I have been bringing my cars there for years and have never once been disappointed with the price, quality of service, or the time it takes to complete a job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Blue line Collision to repair my Maxima. Jesse and the crew were very friendly and allowed me to send them a picture of the damage before bringing it in. They gave me a quote via email and the final bill was only $63 more than what they thought. I liked that I did not have to go out of my way to bring it in for the estimate.They gave me a rental for $10 per day and finished the job a day ahead of schedule. I did not shop around because I felt what they quoted me was a fair price for the work and they made it really easy for me to do business with them. The work they did looks great, like nothing ever happened!

I just have to update my review. I had an accident in the winter of 2013/14 and brought the car to Blue Line- they did great work and went to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction.Now I find that not only do they do great work but they stand behind their work years later! I had a radiator leak long after I had any right to expect any warranty help. Not only did Rob stand behind his work- he replaced the radiator for free, including new coolant and a new clamp. I will never take my car anywhere but Blue Line for collision work. If I have to pay to tow the car 1000 miles for Rob to work on it, I will.Truly, the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Ever.

Blue Line Collision Team did an amazing job fixing up damage to my car . They worked with the insurance company to adjust the quote to be sure my car got all repairs needed and necessary . I also went back a few weeks later because my headlight seemed to be shining a little high - it was no problem, they got me right in and made the headlight adjustment and everything is back to normal.Highly recommend to anyone for any collision or body work !

From the first phone call he was extremely helpful. He arranged to get my car towed, got me the loaner car and brought it to my house, and kept me appraised of the progress. When I picked my car up I met Rob, the owner. for the first time. He was very gracious and went above and beyond to make this an incredibly positive experience for me. Just picked up my car from Rob today. It looks great. Rob is the owner and with just a few phone calls was able to remember my name/face/vehicle so that all my questions were easily and quickly answered.I was rear-ended and needed some pretty big body work done. I selected Blue Line because it was close to my house, and my past experience with body shops included a lot of back-and-forth. Well, that was totally not the case with Blue Line. I dropped off my car, they worked directly with the insurance company handling my claim and everything was taken care of swiftly.I recommend everyone thoroughly inspect your vehicle before driving it away when significant repairs are undertaken, but besides a small hiccup (which was handled quickly and with professionalism), everything about my experience was as good as it could be.As a bonus, Blue Line works with Enterprise in Coon Rapids, so I could be picked up and drop my vehicle off right at the shop without having to figure out rides to the rental car.I would give them my business again, but hope its not for a long time.

I recently had a small dent repaired by Blue Line Collision. I wanted to keep the cost low, so I opted for PDR (paintless dent repair). Even though the dent was small, it happened to be on the bodyline of the tailgate making it extremely difficult to produce perfect results with PDR. Blue Line Collision blew me away with how nice of a job they did. No signs of the dent whatsoever, it looks absolutely perfect. Jesse and his team did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them and recommend friends and family to use them in the future!

Took my vehicle there and was told he didnt want to work on it because it would be hard to find parts. Took it somewhere else and they found all the parts in 15 minutes. Guy there was totally unprofessional.

My experience was poor. The owner accused me of lying to their foreman when in fact I went over a part needing repair with him and pointed it out in person. They ended up fixing it, after accusing me of foul doing, but then neglected to make another repair that I went over with both the foreman and the owner. Go to a different place, I suggest.
