This UPS store 3330 is immaculate!! I came in complete clueless on how to complete the procedure. The associate Bethany Tucker went above and beyond to assist me. She was smiling and cheerful with excellent work ethic as well. She completed my transaction for me, simply to educate me. Above five stars if you ask me, and Ms. Bethany needs the recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you so much ✨!!

No one is answering the phone. I need a solution to the package that you lost. Im calling during your business hours and it goes to voice mail. I need to speak with someone that can provide a solution.

I have had good experiences until today. I scheduled an appointment online to get fingerprinting completed for my job. I scheduled the appointment for 9 AM. I show up on time to be told they don’t do fingerprinting until 10 AM and that they don’t even take appointments…. I had to wake my 3 month old up to go to this appointment. Very unprofessional.

If I could rate this store at zero stars I would. They were responsible for packaging and shipping a box of merchandise to me, and an employee at the store stole my merchandise that I had paid for. Now Im stuck without the product that I bought, and the store is playing games. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be stolen from. I hope karma comes back 1,000 fold for these crooks.

Extremely quick and kind

I love this place! I’m usually only in for drop offs (returns from Amazon - ha!) but they are always friendly and smiling. Yesterday I used them for a notary for a travel document and they were so fast and again very friendly. I have shipped things with them in the past and they go above and beyond to make sure your packages arrive safely and intact. Really a wonderful place for all of your UPS, notary, and other needs! And I give them bonus points for being fast and efficient!

I was in a hurry and came to this store at 3 in the morning. Lucky for me the lights happened to be on and the UPS staff working diligently to satisfy the needs of lengthy line. Thanks to the sales associate Frederick, the line moved swiftly, just in time for me to get my USPS package insured for $1000 and notarized to North Korea before the 3:30am driver came to pick up the packages. Thank you staff at the FedEx Store located in Anniston, Alabama. I salute you for your service to the loyal customers which call this franchise not only home, but the birthplace of democracy and America.

I went to drop off an Amazon return. I was refused to be helped because I didnt have a mask. I was the only customer and both employees had a mask on. All the employee had to do was scan my code and take my item. Two seconds.....I chose to use another way to return my item.

They have taken away all the necessary products you need to address and wrap packages... they will loan them to you if you ask.. no accessible Trash can to speak of.... visits have been better when tape, pens, scissors markers paper clips etc... were available to the customer.

Do they ACTUALLY stay open until 6:30? NOT my experience! 2 days so far and the door is locked BEFORE 6:30pm...

I called ahead about dropping off an Amazon return with preprinted label. Lady said that was fine. Brought the box into the store and the lady said it would have to go to the hub, they didnt print the label. They can only ship what they print labels for. I explained I called ahead. She said they did not tell me that. Customer service sucks there, just because they didnt sell the label, they dont get their commission on selling it. Now I have to either catch a UPS truck during the day or take the amazon return to the hub when they open at 4PM!!!!! Bunch of 2 face liars. If the boss there doesnt allow drop offs then tell the employees that work there. Lack of communication obviously. If I was told prior to I would have never stopped there, thats why I called ahead. Just a FYI to everyone to save you a wasted trip.3/1/19 Thanks but No Thanks, I called there already. If you cant properly train employees correctly from the start. I got it handled during my lunch break a UPS driver eating at the same restaurant said they would be glad to take it as long as it has a label Im good to go. Easy as can be, as it Should be.

They charged me $10.00 to send one E-mail. I had to scan in 27 pages for my husbands employment, but it was scanned into ONE file, and e-mailed from the scanner, directly to his employer. I was floored to hear that the price was as expensive as I was charged. I even mentioned it to the male clerk who quoted me the price, but he didnt say anything in response. Its very unlikely that Ill be returning with prices like that.
