I’m not going to lie, this has to be the best place to buy a home! They are so nice and will work with you. They keep in touch and answer any questions you may have. I definitely give this place a 20 out of 10! Miss Cindy was who me and my husband worked with and she was AMAZING! She made us feel like family from the very start. Everyone was super nice! Definitely recommend.

We have not purchased from this business, but based on the customer service and level of expertise I just had in dealing with them on the phone, I can only imagine what a wonderful experience purchasing from them would be. The sweet lady I spoke with went above and beyond to help me find the mobile home information I needed.

All though not what we were looking for. The employees were great. Very kind and really took the time to be with us.

I can not Express how wonderful our experience has been with clayton homes.Mike was our sales guy he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Mike also has a wonderful personality he was more than happy to show us around and help us find something that works for our family. I also have to say Gary the manager was very friendly as well . Gary answered all of our questions and is very helpful he also returned phone calls if he was not able to answer at the time I called. We have not bought a home yet However.....I cant say enough good things about the team at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Green, Robby, and Gary today. All 3 treated me as if I were their only customer though they had 20 others they were dealing with. They took their time explaining everything in much deatil and answering all 800 questions i had. We started the process today and i couldnt be more excited.

I went with a friend to look at mobile homes. We arrived and was nicely greeted. However, when we requested to look at the models, the lady wanted to fill out paperwork & do a credit check to see how much my friend could afford. Then, she said shed show us homes in that price range. My friend explained to her she was already preapproved for a certain amount and told her what it was. She acted like she didnt want to let us look but, she did. However, we looked at a couple and quickly left. My friend ended up purchasing from another place.

This has been the worst experience ever!! My house has been setting here on blocks for almost 2 months. Cant move in it. All the work that has been done on the house so far my husband has found then men to do it. They never call you back or seem to be able to get anything done.

Johnny Slaughter was awesome to deal with. Very knowledgable, entertaining and did not make you feel pressured. Very smooth buying experience.Updated: house is falling apart. Trim coming off of walls, kitchen counters coming unglued, two very weak spots in floor makes you geel like you are falling through. Clayton Homes in Anniston has been contacted numerous times to fix but no one calls back. Supposedly due to numerous management changes is the excuse! Do not buy from here....

I would not recommend clayton homes to anyone I went in they got my Hopes up with lots of promises and the minute the money was layed out on the table for purchase reality kicked in for what they actually could do for you I would not trust their word they will promise you the moon and then let you down

Very nice homes to look at, staff seems intelligent enough, but to say they are understaffed is quite an understatement. They offer cold and hot beverages which is very nice.
