While the countertop was good quality and beautiful, the whole process was horrible. There was little communication; the right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. There is a space between the countertop and cabinets of 5/8 inch, which WE had to fix for aesthetics. The gap between the backsplash and wall was sealed with clear caulk which still showed the gap. We had to fix that also. The electrical outlets on one wall no longer function. We called to let the manager know, but he has not returned our phone call. Very disappointed in this very unprofessional experience.
