My wife went to get oil changed in her Nissan. I started hearing ticking from motor. I checked fluids, oil had 6 quarts without draining filter. It calls for 3.7 quarts in entire system. Also found 1 gallon coolant missing from her radiator. This is no exaggeration. Only been 2 weeks since she went in. Check out oil color.

Great clearance sales. Electronics staff was a little short with me. Otherwise, store was clean and organized.

SadMost of the items that I went there for were out of stock.Most of the self check out stations were down.One bright point, the receipt could be read easily. Usually I have to strain to read it because the print is so faded.Sad

Walmart most of the time does not take cash anymore theyre long bother some lines there. and if you call to try to get information no one at the three locations that I live near to ever answer the phone. that is Jacksonville Alabama Anniston Alabama and Oxford Alabama. they are always out of most of the things that I need. and the people are not friendly there. I suffer with bad feet and they just stand around doing nothing most of the time and I have to wait in Long bother some lines standing on my hurting feet.

Curbside delivery staff was friendly, but the app said “preparing order” and never updated to ready for pickup. The pickup was scheduled for 8-9. I arrived at 815 and waited for the app to update but it never did, so I called at 9:15 to check if the order was ready, and they brought it out.

Went in to get battery. The guy pointed me to the right one and it was more than the one I saw online. I told him there was one that was less than $119. I said him what was online. And then he pointed me to it. So always shop ahead if u are buying a car battery

If I wanted to be a cashier I would apply for the position. And Im pretty tired of fighting regular traffic and the employees shopping for pickup. Wish Costco was close by. No competition. They can pretty much do what they want.

Great service if you need help to find a product

Many items dont have prices listed for them, so a fourth of my items were a surprise amount at the register. I had a shopping cart full and the only two lines with cashiers were very long. I got in a shorter self checkout line with a conveyer belt (for my $200 in groceries) and was nearly done working for free before I realized that all three self checkouts with belts were card only. So, I had to get help and go stand in another line at customer service to pay. I know I should have paid more attention, but honestly, I would have left my buggy after waiting in line to find out my money wasnt good enough for that line, if I had realized before ringing up anything.

This store is a very nice store the employees are helpful and nice, but there are a lot of things missing from this store including rider carts for handicapped my Mother refuses to go here so we go to Anniston or Gadsten for big shopping...

This store has very little that I can get somewhere else more friendly and more hospitable. Seriously!!!!!

I love Walmart. It is always so clean and the employees are so nice. I think Walmart is the best of both worlds, groceries and your everyday needs.

As usual, CLEAN, NEAT stores, helpful associates who didnt appear to be workin. Hard to find DISPLAYED attitudes like that. There was one associate who seemed irritated at me cause I failed to see/read notice on self-checkout machine which resulted in her havin to cancel my purchases, me goin to another machine and short, clipped sentences from associate. ALL Walmart stores are NOT setup the same, either.

I got the law called on me for parking up by the door long enough to go in and get my Aunt a wheelchair. They told me I was not allowed to come back to the store. I was not going to leave my car parked there while she shopped. I was at the Anniston Al. Walmarts. Some of the employees are just rude.

Wallys World is same as always as of late. My visit went pretty smooth, except I went in there to find two things a big eye needle and some Ceylon cinnamon. They didnt have either reason Im giving them a point off. Lets face it, they should have these things if theyre a one stop shopping center. Nevertheless, my check out went good and no I dont go to self checkout. Im not going to pay them to scan nor bag my own stuff after shopping around. Besides, Im not on their payroll!

All I wanted was 2 transactions......after I had to wait forever! I will never go back to this place and can someone please tell me why are they always putting the ones that can barely move or hardly communicate whatsoever on the registers? Why cant they stock shelves or something like that? Get it together Walmart!!!!!

Had to use money sevice xoom they are extreme on some stuff just to send money to ur self I had to send Id and stay on phone for over 3 hrs and its still. Not cleared up for me to use them walmart needs to pick better companies that are in the stores

They usually have what Im looking for however they only have 2 or 3 checkout lines open so thats no fun standing in really long lines to check out. And I was very sad to hear they are not doing layaway this year, that will make it very hard for some families during Christmas time.

Walmart is still the most convenient one stop there is, especially during this Pandemic! Who wants to have to go into three or four different stores, when they could just go in one? Even though the amount of variety has decreased, Walmart Supercenter remains the most convenient!

Today I spoke one of the associates and she looked right through me. I looked backed shocked cause I heard her greet another customer happily. Was it the color of my skin?

Alot of things not in stock and only 2 registers open other than the self check-out which dont accept cash payments. So if paying with cash theres a chance you could wait in line for a while.

Had to go to parking and round up a handicap scooter for my husband, none found at either entrance,several in parking lot. When asked,They didnt even have a chair my husband could sit in until I could round one up no offer made by person at door to find one. Found one by other door carried it to customer service for him to sit In.

Long wait in a line for personal service. I am so disappointed that machines are doing the job that people are needing.I hope to soon stop shopping at Walmart and hope so many will follow suit.So many have been complaining for years about everything Walmart has become.You have taken more and more from people to the point where I hope theyre as tired of giving to you as I am.I hope people will finally realize, we dont need all that junk you sell and start really living within our means and start saving our money to shop wisely at local owned stores.

I was able to make the purchases I went there for,sorry to say,they need some more associates.Its hard to run a Wal Mart store that size with a hand full of associates,it makes it difficult on the ones there, discourages them.The store was not as tidy, like Wal Mart standards.Probably due to lack of associates to get the job done adequately. Asked an associate where I could find something and she literally ignored me. Two guy associates watched me struggling to get something off the top shelf and didnt offer any assistance. Customer service is a thing of the past, I guess!

This store is not well stocked. Was there a month ago and went back 3 days ago and they were still out of the item I was looking for. Management needs to be looked into.

Every time I have used this particular WalMart location they have always had a more diverse assortment of electronics and their respective accessories, as well as employees who Are helpful but unobtrusive in their approach. Needless to say I have been to some questionable Walmarts (looking at you MLK Atlanta store haha) but this one sets themselves apart, in my experience at least. I cant speak for anyone else.

Im a senior and thru these uncertain times Walmart has been my major source of keeping everything I need. I place my order and it put in my car. The prices and services are great! Sometimes they may be out of something but they always offer me a substitute. Its understandable for them to be out. The employees and mgmt are working non stop to keep items out for us. So instead of complaining about something out lets say thank you for your service and our prayers are being said for each and everyone of you. Thank you!!!!

Walmart is, well, Walmart. Not terribly busy, employees everywhere but never enough cashiers. It is like if they hold you there for a few extra minutes when you are ready to go, maybe you will buy some of the junk around the registers. Typical, even a line at the Scan & Go registers.

Management and staff dont care a bit about customer service. Worst store in the area. Employees rude and lazy. Long checkout lines. Pick up employee shoppers always in the way when trying to shop. No such thing as friendly customer service anymore. Management fault. Poor leaders = poor employees = customers have to suffer.

How can you explain 1 cashier at 4pm. All of self service stations open. Lines halfway down both isles. Went to Customer Service and was told waiting for someone to come in. If you are not going to schedule cashiers just make all check outs self service. Also carts are not clean and masks are no enforced. I am from Arizona and the cases are high because of the laws not being enforced. Trust me you dont want the cases they have. Buckle down MANGER and keep us safe. By the way it to 45 minutes to check out.

What has happened to the deli at this Wal Mart? My goodness! Very little inventory to chose from and one person behind the counter to wait on customers. I asked if they were closing the deli and the answer was no. Hard to believe. Display case was almost empty, extremely poor choices. Customer service is so poor its not worth this space to discuss. We will now go to Winn Dixie or Publix for our deli needs. This is not the first time this has happened at this Anniston Wal Mart. Shelves in the grocery section are not fronted and poorly stocked. This was on Wednesday, April 4, 2021.

Walmart has changed and not for the better. They used to employ good people and they had dress, hair and cleanliness codes. Not any more and half the time shelves are empty. I will only go there if its a must.

On their new management feel free to stop by and look at it

No employee that I ask knew where the item was that I needed. I ask 4 people that worked there and none of them knew or had a clue
