Purchased US Flooring Coretec Plus vinyl plank flooring for our 20x20 den a couple of years ago that we installed ourselves. The sales staff were great and the price was affordable.The flooring has held up great and still looks new.

Buyers Remorse and Beware. We spent$2690.00 on new carpet from this company, we paid in full before the installation. After the installation I went upstairs to inspect the job and noticed all of my baseboards were missing. I checked around the house and they were nowhere to be found. Then I walked the upstairs to see my new carpet and I had dirty fingerprints all over my freshly painted walls. I had no strips in the doorways or hallways. Then I noticed they had damage my staircase bottom with a hammer and there was a 2inch hole around the upstairs. I called them they sent someone over to fix the issues, then someone pulled up to convers with the worker, then they came into my home, I asked if they worked for the company he said NO, I informed him that he wasnt welcome. Then I noticed that when walking on the carpet barefoot something was sticking my feet in every entrance I called them, they assured me someone would get back with me, no one did, so I called them they said they would be out on Saturday, no one came or called!!!!All I wanted was new carpet 😭 not damage to a hundred year old home, not unprofessional staff, not to feel like Ive been robbed! But apparently with this company they charge you thousands of dollars 😡 and deliver poor service and products. Spend your money somewhere else!!!!!

Excellent service. Everything was done in timely fashion. They installed floor properly without a single flaw. They never had to come back to fix anything. Installers were responsible, professional, knowledgeable and didnt leave a mass when they finished.Im so far pleased with the product and with their installation.Correspondence was smooth. Estimates were itemized. I knew exactly the cost for each product or service.I would highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with all of the work we have had done. The hardwoods in the bedroom are beautiful and the installers did a wonderful job. The master bath, laundry room, fireplace, and guest bathroom turned out wonderful and I love them. Tim Blackburn does wonderful work and helped me with the design of the tile work. On the guest bathroom there were a few miscommunication issues with the plumbers and project manager but these were cleared up quickly and the project is beautiful. Everyone that looks at what we have done loves the work and has asked who our contractor was. I refer them to Floors to Go and tell them to ask for Tim for their tilework.

They were very easy to work with and helpful when picking out my tile. It was so easy to return the few items I had left over.

I love everything Floors To Go has done for me. In my last house, they did hardwood floors, travertine floors in one bath and tile floors in the other with a tile surround for the tub. With Floors To Gos wonderful work, that house was on the market for less than two weeks and it was SOLD! In my present house, they have done a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen, gorgeous luxury vinyl in the basement and carpet in some bedrooms!
