Dont go here they are crooks!They wanted to charge me $3,500 to get water out of my gas tank and replace spark plugs and wires and fuel pump. I asked them if they could just get the water out and get my truck restarted they said that would be around $900 or more and there would be no guarantee it would start.I took it to a local mechanics shop with a good reputation and fixed my truck fine in just a few hours, charged me $350 and said there is absolutely no need to replace spark plugs and wires or fuel pump. My truck (2015 Silverado) runs great now. Another mechanic told me they are crooks for trying to do all that to you. I completely agree!Also, I could not get in touch with the service person with my ticket (Tabitha) after calling every day for four business days and leaving messages and no one returned my calls. I had to visit in person and speak with the manager to realize all they had done in 4 days was disconnect the fuel line where it goes into my engine (maybe 30 seconds) and find there was some water in my fuel. I even verified this with the mechanic there. For this they charged me $155.I will never return to Cooper Chevrolet and I hope this helps you realize they will definitely screw you if you take your car here to get worked on.Go anywhere else!

Got a letter from dealer saying they would buy my truck. Went through the steps and get messages saying someone would call me and then I get a message that has one range they would pay. Well had to wait 4 days to take it in and when I get there they give me a black book value while the text they sent was based on the blue book value. So long story short they sent me an valuation $30,000.00 more than what they offered once I got there. When I asked about the advertising being false they said we just found out about it but then stated we have sold a bunch of cars and trucks this way. This is bait and switch and have filed a complaint with attorney General because this is against federal and state law. And your reply leaves out the fact that you didnt even try to point out the error until I mentioned it and on the phone the sales manager admitted to knowing of the problem before I came in and had sold many of cars with the same glitch

All aspects of the process were exceptional. Financing was very quick and efficient; however, I wish the finer details would have been better explained as I saw the documentation on needing a notary etc to submit to GMC which could have been overlooked. Other than that minor detail, the process was the best I have ever had.

I love that you can just pull up to the door, go inside, get waited on immediately.The people are very nice and welcoming.The waiting room was full of people and the gentleman told me I could go upstairs and wait. I went up and had a nice table all to myself. With COVID running rampant, I was pleased not to have to wait with a lot of other people around.

When I bought the Equinox, the sales team were attentive and really nice. When I went recently for service, everyone basically acted like it was the worst day. And they had the guy come talk to me about my Bluetooth issue, I dont know was a popular phrase. I felt like a bother, not a customer.

Bradley was fantastic. He listened to what my needs were and stayed on top of my purchase. He was very informative an patient with my questions and concerns. Since I was driving three and half hours and taking an Uber Bradly knew my time was limited. The finance department was amazingly efficient and the process was streamlined to allow me to be in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes.

This is a VERY polite way to put how I feel about this Dealership.1. I talked to one of the Mechanics there at this shop and I wouldnt let that Mechanic work on my Lawnmower! ASE use to be something. Im a mechanic, been one for over 30 some years so I know what I was looking at wrong with my car there.2. The shop moved my car outside and left the window down on the Drivers side. This was after I told the mechanic the windows would not Index. You had to put the window up from inside the car and clime out. This didnt happen so my 2013 Corvette had rain go in the window for over 2 weeks.3. This was a knocking engine after water got into the engine, not sure if it was just something in the Valve train and could be fixed for less that an entire engine. I dont think the Mechanic ever checked. What ever happened to fixing customers cars?

I’ve brought my car there twice & paid over $3000 for a new problem to pop up I’m not taking my car back there because another problem gone pop up after they fix it again for another $1000 for the 3rd time I’m really disappointed because I only brought my car there because it was an actual professional dealership but I regret it now because I took my car to a regular mechanic at a shop and paid way less than what I paid at the dealership and didn’t have to bring my car back because nothing else messed up after the mechanic at the shop fixed my car so I wish I could take my $3000 back my car haven’t even been drivable for a whole month without having to take it back to Chevrolet it’s almost like they fix something and also tear up something just for me to bring it back and keep spending money with them other than that the staff seem nice I just won’t be back!

Barry Newton did a superb job as my salesman. Really impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail during our transaction. I VERY much appreciated the time he spent with my 19 year old daughter to ensure you understood clearly all the features etc of her new Trailblazer. Barry made her feel at ease as this was her first vehicle and she had no idea what to expect. I also must mention Scott in finance and the gentleman Keith that I interacted with at the dealership. Great guys. Lastly, when I called on Saturday July 10th to inquire about purchasing this particular vehicle…..the lady that answered the phone around 9-9:30am was fantastic. No hesitation, immediately was able to get my info and the vehicle’s info and verify it was on the lot. She assured me someone would be back in touch shortly. Less than 20 minutes later I had a return call and everything was rolling so all we had to do was basically sign papers and drive away happier than pigs in mud. :)This was a clean dealership and laid out well. Cody installed the Child Car seat in the truck for my 2 year old granddaughter so that I could test drive the truck! Cody was passionate and truly concerned about making sure that I was able to learn about the options on the truck and take care of my granddaughter at the same time! After countless hours of searching, I found the exact match of the Tahoe I wanted, but it was still in transit to Cooper Chevrolet. I decided to go ahead and submit the inquiry online and the next day I was contacted by Anna Murray. We discussed the vehicle some and then she sent me over to Brady Donnelly to discuss my trade in. I live in Augusta GA area so it wasn’t like it was just down the street to take my car in for an appraisal, but they were able to give me a quote via pictures (of course verified when i brought the vehicle in) AWESOME! While vehicle was still in transit to the dealership, Brady stayed in constant contact with me because of course I had a million and one questions as I had never reserved a vehicle before so I didn’t know what to expect. Brady never made me feel like a bother! He always answered my questions as quickly as he could! Fast forward and my vehicle makes it to the dealership! Get a text from Brady first thing that morning and we start the ball rolling! Make the 3.5 hour drive the next day and Brady greets us outside before we even make it out the car! Paperwork was a breeze and we were on our way back to GA with our new Tahoe! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brady at Cooper Chevrolet; he was AMAZING!

Brought brand new tires in 2019. They put two 2017 and two 2018 tires on my 2016 chevy camaro without informing me the age of tires and without my consent. In 2020, I had one tire replaced and it was replaced with another 2017 tire. Worst customer service received by service manager and his associates. They did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I also had a coworker to have similar issues with 2019 malibu, who had to take her car to a Cadillac dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. This dealership is a complete rip off to customers who dont know any better. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONET THERE.

Brought my car in for basic service. My car was in the shop for 41 days. The only time I received an update on the progress of my car was when I called or showed up. Only one employee was allowed to give me information on my vehicle, as the others claimed that they were unable to tell me anything because only the person who received the work order was allowed to speak to me. In the 41 days, I was upcharged for things that weren’t an issue. I heard every excuse in the book for why my car wasn’t finished or even being worked on. On the day my car was supposed to be ready, I came down there and was refused to test drive my car until I paid the Bill. I asked to just open the hood and look at what was done and couldn’t get the doors to unlock. They claimed that it “just” started doing that before I came to pick it up. I was charged another fee for a new key fob.The work done to the car was okay, I but the next day the check engine light came back on. Since they treated me so bad and had my car for so long, I refused to take it back to them. Highly dissatisfied

From the time we stepped out of our car on the lot we were treated with kindness and respect. We have been to a lot of dealerships over the years. This experience was by far the most pleasant we have ever had. We drove an hour and a half to get there. Chris Hardison was kind, respectful, and not at all pushy. He made us feel like we had known him forever. He is very relatable. When he took us to Lauren Perkins-Prickett in finance it was the same way. She was very professional but at the same time went above and beyond to put us in the car we wanted. Ive never had a team work so hard for me. Sales people sometimes make us feel like they are doing us a favor by being there. Not Chris and Lauren! I cant say enough kind things about them. I was totally comfortable and felt they had our best interest at heart. I will come back to them next time I want to purchase a car. Had my sunroof sunshade replaced and it also needed the sunshade track! Vehicle repaired I noticed the wind deflector missing! I spoke with Tabitha don’t have her last name! She told me that the deflector doesn’t come with the track and it’s not transferable from my old one! First off she didn’t even know what I was talking about and just went on a rant about me purchasing another and they will install! I say no where is my old one she said it’s been thrown away and I just need to order one! I asked her did she even know what I was talking about she said the plastic part on top of the car. I said no it’s a mesh wind deflector Pops up when u open sunroof. She looks it up says there is not one there picture clearly shows a wind deflector! She is terrible in the service department. U should find out what’s wrong before telling someone who jus spent $1500 on a repair that they need buy a part they forgot to install! Left message with service manager he never called so I called him 3-4 days later and he said he had the part on order and tabitha was supposed to have called she never did, he did apologize Bobby Haynes was his name. He got the situation handled but they never called to tell me it was in so I had to call again and I spoke with tabitha again she was very short with me trying to schedule appt! Only reason I go there is it’s convenient. I hope I don’t have to go back! This will go unnoticed but I figured I take the survey anyway! Nothing against Mr. Haynes he handled the situation! On our way to Talladega for the races, while pulling our camper, we had significant shaking in the steering wheel while braking. It felt like the steering wheel was going to come off. We nursed the truck to the campground and called Cooper Chevrolet and they were extremely helpful and got us in the next day. Turned out to be the internal brake control which they fixed promptly. We had our truck back that afternoon. They even fixed the latch on the console. They are awesome. I would Highly recommend them.

We drove from north Atlanta to Aniston to make this purchase and were not let down in the least. Cooper Chevrolet and especially our sales consultant, Marc Curlee, were ready upon our arrival to execute a smooth transaction on terms we had already agreed upon via emails. This was probably the quickest auto purchase ever. Though we could not come to terms on the value of our trade, the paperwork and financing were a breeze.
