Great place to shop for boots. Ive purchased 4-5 pairs of slip on type composite toe work boots here over the past 10 years. Dont matter much now though, the owners are shutting the doors. Time to retire they told me today. Got a beautiful pair of Dan Post cowboy boots for my youngest daughter for half what you would expect to pay on sale somewhere else. Sorry to see them go, now the only other place for a decent selection of work boots is in gadsden unless you want to drive to Albertville.,

I purchased some boots there about 10 years ago and had some issues with them. J&S corrected my issue and I was happy. I went and purchased another pair and they are great. The lady was fixing to close just as I arrived. She had actually turned off the lights as I was turning in. I asked her if they were closing, she insisted that I come on in and look around. I took about 20 minutes and she didnt seem to mind answering my questions and let me try on a couple of pair. I loved the service and the way that she didnt seem unhappy to have me there after closing time. I found a pair and she rang them up and I went on about my way. I will be back again in the future.

Not the largest selection in store, but overall it has what I wanted. Offered to order if size was not available in store. Had a few other western items as well. Prices were average for the item in store.
