First review on Google. But I figured this was better than speaking to a Manager. The inventory is nice. But the service was terrible. Came in last week to look at a couple trucks and the sales person Jacob seemed like he couldnt be more disinterested. Asked basic questions about the vehicles and he either couldnt or wouldnt answer them. Didnt want to bother him about a test drive because he seemed like he was preoccupied on his phone (something about the Elks Lodge?) Walked off to take a phone call and he never came back even though I waited ten minutes. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this guy. Im sure there are other sales people there who would take the time to listen and answer questions, when youre about to invest your hard earned money.
Logan and Jamie were great, knowledgeable, and friendly. In this crazy car market they made the purchase super easy and offered a very reasonable amount for my trade. Won’t hesitate to do business at Sunny King next time I’m in the market.
Ordered my new Ford bronco quite a while ago. Sunny King was great about keeping in touch with me and letting me know the status of my order. When it came, it was cleaned and filled with gas and ready to go. The paperwork was easy and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Ive recently purchased a F150 that I wasnt certain I could get. Jamie in Sales was wonderful to deal with! She explained everything, took all of my information and went to work for me. I was upside down in my trade and was truly scared I couldnt sell it but they offered me more then I owed and made all the numbers work for me. Dealing with Jamie and Mike in the sales department was no problems and no pressure. She took my info and stayed in contact as they worked the numbers, I didnt have to hang out for hours in a waiting room. When the deal was done, I came in signed papers and was out in 20 minutes.I would highly recommend Sunny King ford to anyone, especially those who have had poor experiences in the past with other dealers. If you come here you can 100% count on the fact that you will leave satisfied, being 19 I thought I had no chance at getting anything worth buying without completely ridiculous payments and interest rates, and even after I told Jamie I found a vehicle at another dealer she was persistent and managed to find a way to put me in something newer with less miles and get a significantly lower payment and interest rate. Highly Recommended!!!

My recent experience with their service department was absolutely superlative. My 2019 Mustang was in need of a couple of replacement parts. The service manager Terry Reese and his department were very helpful! This is why I gave 1 star. He and his department are a 5 star but my situation is a negative star. The concern is with my 2017 Ford F-150 with the 2.7l V6 engine I bought brand new from Sunny King Ford who I have always trusted as an reputable automotive dealer. The oil pan is made of plastic and connects to an aluminum head. The plastic heats up and starts leaking as well as the sealant does not hold and the oil leaks around the bolts. I had this repaired however it is already leaking again. A service bulletin from Ford has been issued but no recall. Ford knew about this issue in as early as 2015 but kept manufacturing these vehicles. There is an shield under the oil pan that is absorbent and catches the oil so you don’t even knows it is leaking until it’s bad. May have been leaking from manufacturer? I have had this truck serviced regularly at the Sunny King Ford Quick Lane. Not sure the final outcome of this situation however I have made a major investment in a brand new truck and are having these issues. I have a 1998 Ford Explorer that I still drive and it uses a little oil which you would expect from a 23 year old vehicle but this from a brand new truck 😞

We went there to buy a car. Got there at 9 AM and left at 3 pm with no car. They pushed on us what they wanted us to have versus what we wanted. Very unprofessional and treats customers like they’re dumb. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I’ll never buy ANYTHING from Sunny King.

My Nephew stopped by (he is 16) asked if he could just talk to a mechanic about his truck. He had installed an after market radio, and now the truck wont start. He just wanted to ask a few questions. They told him 100 dollars an hour?!? Really he is 16 and just wants help to fix his truck that he needs to go to and from work! What terrible customer service how do you not offer a little support for a kid willing to learn and looking for help? The fact that they dont want to help kids in your community speeks volumes about how your business is ran.**edit after reply** dont want it diagnosed dont even want you to look at the truck just want to ask a few questions. He is part of the path ways program out at the depot, as a diesel mechanic. Just had a few questions nothing more. Thank you for your time and response.

First I was so please with the way I got handled upon entry. The I asked questions and Wow I was impressed with the answered. I was greeted great, helped and then told where to go and sit. When I got in the waiting area. I was offer snack and coffee or soda. Any thing you need it was there. Ive been kinda interested in buying a new truck for a few months but decided to wait due to prices lately.I get a call from salesman Melvin Hines with 2 new arrivals 1 i was slightly interested in, 1 i was not.He gives me the price & i ask what rebates & discounts are available? He says none. I tell him i get A or Z plan he tell me those are suspended.So i make a lowball offer.His next question was what do you want your pmt to be? I told him I wasnt playing that game & Id be willing to work on bottom line numbers only.He then ask me about any trades & i gave him that info as well as the lowest amount i will accept.He makes me think its close enough for me to drive 2 hours 1 way to get there.So Im like cool Ill be there on Monday, so i ask 1 more time to make sure the deal I laid out was clear & accepted.So If i make an offer on a vehicle and have a trade (w title in my hand), shouldnt the trade amount be deducted from the price of the truck?(i always thought that was how that worked)Somehow the lowball offer & trade in values were added together for a total amount being $6K higher than the original price???So i point this out to Melvin & ask him about it.He said he tried to get me the best deal-- I would ask how did that work out, but at this point i dont even care or want to hear the nonsense excuse.People, watch the finances on your paperwork to make sure you really are getting the best deals that youre supposed to be getting!

My Ford Explorer was having issues, so I took it to a Ford dealership outside of Auburn Alabama owned by another family. Their price was three times the price of Sunny King and their customer service was no where near the extremely professional reception I received in Anniston Alabama!I drove two hours to have them work on my car and would gladly drive 10 hours, due to my exceptional experience! I came in last week for an oil change and got The Works package. Upon arriving there in the afternoon, I was told there would be over an hour wait, at least; So we decided to set up an appointment for 4PM (that ways I could arrive there and theyd have a lane open and ready especially for my vehicle at the specified time so I wouldnt have to wait, according to the desk clerk). I showed up at 4PM and nobody was at the desk. Service techs walked in and out of the shop without saying anything and I just waited at the desk for 10-15 mins. til the guy showed up to take my keys and inform me there was a vehicle ahead of me but it should take just a tiny bit and theyd have my vehicle in there. Ill add for the record, both times I walked in there, all of the customers that were waiting were ALL complaining about how incredibly long it was taking. And many of them made jokes about the innacurate, cute little phrase, written on the whiteboard: Wait time for vehicle to be serviced: FASTER THAN CHEVY DEALER (photo included). Each customer seemed highly dissatisfied, myself included. After arriving to my scheduled appointment, it took a whole hour and a half for my vehicle to be done (after most of the entire time was spent waiting for them to finish a truck ahead of my vehicle). So I found it very suspicious that they were able to finish my vehicle in such a timely fashion? Well, come to find out, they were able to finish doing my service so quickly because they hardly did any service that is included in The Works package!Upon inspecting my vehicle: They did NOT rotate my tires (yet falsely reported that they did on my vehicle check-up sheet). They also falsely reported that all 4 of my brakes were measured for wear and all of them were 8mm... Which I find very odd seeing as how they didnt rotate my tires AND two of my brakes were recently replaced in the past 2 months, and the other set has never been replaced. So this was a red flag/lie they reported to me. The tire pressure wasnt checked either, which is also an (included service). Luckily, at least they didnt lie about this. They just didnt submit a pressure on my check-up sheet. My air filter wasnt checked or even opened, (there was fine dust covering the box and no way they could have pulled it off to check it without some fingerprints or gloves rubbing dust off to unlock the cover to pull it off)... This was another included service in The Works that wasnt checked or worked on. They DID check my battery, because I got an included print-off of the level my battery was, PLUS they never bothered taking the additional 3 seconds to recover my positive terminal after checking it. And when looking under my hood, they got oil all over the plastics and just didnt even bother to clean it off. Which, I dont even understand how you get oil all over the place like they did (including down around the oil cap too). Just very sloppy and uncared-about work. Pictured included of all that as well... And finally, when getting into my vehicle, I noticed a bunch of oily, shoe markings on the plastic floor runners near the carpet. So it seems like they do a GREAT job of making your vehicle a lot dirtier than when you 1st bring it in to them, that part they REALLY excell at! As far as other visual inspections they claimed they did: I have no way of knowing for sure if they were done or not. I would have to jack up my vehicle or take it to a second shop and them find an issue that Fords technician claimed they checked and wrote it was fine, to really know whether they checked it or lied about that too. But judging everything else that I WAS able to confirm they lied about, Im sure they didnt check anything else either.Ultimately, it was just a waste of gas, waste of money, & extreme waste of my time... And multiple lies to wrap up the whole package too! I shouldnt have even been charged considering everything... If a service dept. at a dealership would do all of this, I dare to imagine how bad Id be lied to if I ever bought a new or used car from this dealership.

Took our DAV van in for and oil change and tire rotation and discovered that the rear breaks need to be fixed. I was in and out in no time. The waiting room was comfortable and socially distanced. They also had free soft drinks. I would recommend calling first. I got lucky and pulled into the lot when noone was there but several people showed up after me and had to wait a while.
I I think $98 was a little expensive to replace the fuse but then again I guess you have to know what fuse to replace and thats whats like a doctor
It was 3pm and I was traveling through from Atlanta when my F150 started acting up - flashing lights on my dashboard. I pulled into Sunny King Ford in Anniston AL and was met by the Service Manager in the parking lot. He asked me a few questions about what was wrong with my truck. I told him and he said - it’s your alternator. I ask him if they were able to take a look at it and see if they could fix it as I was traveling. He said - absolutely and took my truck into their shop. The Tech confirmed that it was a bad alternator, but he had an issue - none in stock in their Parts department. No worries as the SM authorized them to locate one in the area and they went to get it. They got it. They replaced it. And I was back on the road by 5pm. Now, that’s SERVICE! Great Job by ALL Sunny King Ford Parts & Service personnel 👏👏👏👏👏👏

They took the time to go out and find the truck to send me pictures of it before I drove down. Took our truck to be fixed and serviced. Was given an appointment for a week later. Took the truck Wednesday at 9 AM per appointment. We were told that they would call, On Thursday we called and the service department said that the mechanic had gone to a meeting in Atlanta that they would have him call in the morning. Again NO call. on Friday We called and was told the woman handling that was at lunch, this was at 11:30 AM at 2 pm we get a call saying our truck with 94,000 miles needs a new engine at a price of almost $8000,00 dollars. We told them we would be picking up the truck.
Logan was my salesman did a great job. Let me start by saying that my score was low. After talking with Logan for awhile he and other staff put a deal together. I have dealt with a few sale people over the years and I thing Logan was Honest and more Professional than any that I have had. The one BIG negative was that after Logan had been at the front desk for a while he bought a paper over to his desk with the payment and ins rate. He started to tell me what it said and then he stop and called back to were he just came and ask if this was correct he was told it was. The Ins rate on it was 10.99 and the payment of $630 on 48 mounts. This is all I was told at that time. As we got closer to the end and I had already wrote the check I was then informed that the ins rate, payment and terms were different I will not put that on here but you look in my file and get that info. I love the car and Logan is the only reason I stayed with it. Someone made a mistake on my trade in but in the end the offer on it was honored.Thanks for everyones help and and understanding that we all do not have a 700 plus score and that alone dose not make us bad people.
