They always help me out when I need it. A good crew of knowledgeable people. Always get my oil changed here and I dont think there are many other places I would trust in the surrounding area. Today Austin helped me. He had some good jokes and definitely knows what he is doing. He also didnt mind sharing his knowledge. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Their manager is also super helpful every chance he gets!

I have been to this establishment multiple times for my vehicle. I have always been able to depend on them to be not only courteous but professional and fast. I also admire how they always look after other things while you are waiting on the oil change. 1st time using Express but wont be the last. Had to wait a bit for my oil change but once I got in they were quick and efficient. While I was waiting the manager came out and apologized because I had to wait. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and polite and the cost of the oil change was very competitive. Called to get my car picked up for service while I’m at work because my manager said she does it all the time and get told that they don’t pick up car for service. Worst place to ever go to and they’re over priced. Find somewhere better that actually care about their customers.

This is a friendly and knowledge filled business. They dont make you feel crazy and they know their stuff. They are cordial and really go the extra mile. They washed my dirty windshield while getting a battery check.

I went to have my wind shield wipers checked because they stopped working completely. Initially I thought it was connection of the wipers and a quick fix. When I went there they checked on it and told me the problem was the windshield wiper motor. Once I told them I couldn’t leave my car and I couldn’t wait till the next week to get it fixed, they were rude, wouldn’t talk to me, much less explain what my options were. I took my car to a different shop and they told me it wasn’t even the motor that was the problem. It was a small plastic covering that would have taken 30 mins to fix. Also, found out they took bolts from my car and never replaced them. Horrible. Don’t recommend.

I really think that Deon did a great job. If I had to say it, was the best experience out of an oil change I’ve ever had. He was really nice, attentive to all my needs, and got me out within a reasonable time period. I didn’t really even notice the ten minutes had passed because Deon kept it lively enough to keep my spirits.

Made an appointment for 8:30 and showed up 10 minutes early they told me it would only be an hour so I went to shop while I waited and when I got back around 9:35 everyone is sitting in the back talking about a company picnic and no one was even working on my vehicle or came out to address that I had showed back up for the scheduled time they said to be back. Im still paying full price because Im sure the job was done well but its now 11:00 and I still dont even have my vehicle.

WONDERFUL experience, very nice men and they speak with you the entire time. They not only changed my oil but filled up my wiper fluid, cleaned my windshield and sprayed the insides of my doors so they would not squeak. They are very thorough and make sure all your lights and blinkers are working. They joke around with you and make you feel extremely comfortable with smiles on their faces the entire time. I highly suggests going here and I know that I will be returning there for anything I can in the future. I recommend you give them a try!

I used to go to Walmart for oil changes because I didnt know any better. Now I do. This place is amazing. Also, Deon is super friendly and helpful! Great job.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. Quick oil change. Was impressed how clean the shop looked overall. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars was the rather grumpy looking fellow walking through the shop smoking a cigarette. You would think they would have a designated smoking area instead inside the shop near flammable substances. Two guys conducting oil changes were very courteous to their respective customers.

Excellent service and very friendly. They changed my oil and fixed my AC problem. Ill go there from now on for all my car needs.

I always use Walmart for my oil change, but due to covid they were closed so I decided to check out this place and it was wonderful. Matt was awesome, he took time to educate me about everything being done to my car and answering any questions I had!! 10/10 will be going back.

One of the technicians I met was very nice, informative, and passionate about cars.

Stopped by 3 times in a week and a half for a tire rotation. The first time there were no bays open. Couldn’t get it done and that was understandable. The second time there was one bay open. Couldn’t get it done because there was another vehicle that needed work. I say ok and I will come back again. Today was my third stop. With both bays open so I just knew this would be the day. BUT I was told that they couldn’t get to me today. EMPTY BAYS AND CAN NOT GET TO ME??? Never had this problem with an oil change but the mechanic side is broken.

Love my experience at Express Oil Change on McClellan Blvd! They greet you with a smile, Matt, while Jerry (Manager), oiled my doors and changed my air filter. By far this has been great with Matt entertaining me and knowing Jerry is taking great care of my vehicle. I was out in no time maybe 15 minutes, Im super busy and I didnt look at the time not once. Great job guys!

The guys are all amazing very friendly and helpful. I bought a new vehicle and took it down to have it checked out and make sure everything was ok with it and the guys did an amazing job. Jay checked everything under the hood and under the vehicle itself and let me know that it was ok and told me the minor things i would need to get fixed. Everytime i go there for anything they are all always friendly and fast and really care about their customers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Hands down, 5 STARS!! On my way back to work while on my lunch I ended up picking up a flat coming down HWY 21 and just happened to coast into their shop practically on just the rim. The gentleman didnt have my tire in stock but gladly helped with placing my spare on for me to get me right back on the road. And he let me know that if I wasnt able to locate a replacement tire, he could have one ordered for me and in by noon the next day. Fast and friendly! Excellent service!
