Bought used tires and only had them for about 2 weeks. one had a slow leak, ok it happensWent back to them and they fixed and charged me $15 ..So not cool when I only had tires for 2 weeksWont be going back!!!

Never will use again. They broke off 2 studs. Then when asked how much to replace was told $180. Plus the tire and parts. Called Bucks Automotive and he told me $35 for labor. I got the parts guess where the studs are being installed at? Will not be back to this place again. And would advise others not to also.

A female friend of mine used yall to get her tire plugged.. yall told her $7 but when she got home and got her reading glasses she read her receipt and yall charged her $38.29....... took advantage of a older lady... thats why mechanics have bad reputations. Whoever is responsible for this shouldnt be employed...

They were so very nice. I did not have to wait but a moment and she was there to help. It wasnt all that expensive on top of everything. They actually made my day so much better. Thank You for being so kind. 💓

I had to stop in for a new tire this morning and the staff were friendly and helpful! I was in and out within 30 minutes and the cost was extremely affordable. If youre looking for a local option in the Anniston-Oxford area, I cant recommend them enough!

We had a tire emergency while we were passing through town. These nice folks let us schedule an appointment within 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and when a thunderstorm broke out during our drive over, they even called me back to tell me which bay to pull into so we didn’t get wet. And they had us in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new tire mounted and balanced, for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend.

They have a very friendly staff. They were very quick to mount and balance 2 tires for me and answered several questions I had while they worked. Put me back on the road quick and cheap, I went from 2 flats to rolling for $68 bucks. Not too shabby, I must say!

Between Cities Tires do it all! Repair tires! (That other shops consider to be liability risks, and therefore wont help you) Will put used tires on rims! (Which other shops also consider to be liability risks, and wont help you) This is the only place I will ever go to for anything to do with tires! This is the only place that still cares about customers! They have helped me out of a bind multiple times now! And they have very good prices! Thank you!

Tires fair price

Called was told they had 2 good used tires in the size I needed. When I got there they acted like they did not understand what I was saying. Tried to sell me to new tires for the car at for more than I was gonna pay. (I used to work in tire shop I know what tires cost) I ended up going to D&J tires for 50 bucks got the tires I needed the next day. Will never do business with this place.

HORRIBLE!!! When I got there I asked for a specific size tire and the employee said yes they had one. A few minutes later they came out and said they didnt have that size but they have another one that will work. So of course I take their word for it because they do this kind of work and should know what they are talking about. Well. The tire had no warranty. So I get home and look at the used tire. It is slick in some spots, nearly dry rotted, and is clearly not going to work on my vehicle. So I called after noticing this and no one answered. I called the next morning and talked to a lady that says we cant refund you your money because it wasnt under warranty but you can buy another one. Ummm no thanks! Then the employee that put the tire on calls me back and said we have you on camera with me showing you that they matched up. No he didnt. I was told we dont have your size but we have one that works. Not come here and look at this but TOLD me that he had one that would work. First I get sold a bad tire then I basically get told that I am lying by an employee. I will never be back and I will not send any of my family or friends.

This place....I sat for one hour to get a new tire. There were people that were pulling up and they were in and out, with same service being done, without an appointment (because I asked)!The employees that work there are all over the place doing 3 different jobs at one time, which was ludicrous! The lady that owns the place is just plain nasty and rude, telling me she doesnt understand English, if I cant speak Spanish, she WILL NIT HELP ME AND I DO NOT DESERVE HER HELP!I simply got into my vehicle and left. I will never give this place the my money nor my business! The I guess daughter that helps there was actually trying to flaunt herself in front of my son which by the way was horrified and discussed! They seriously need overhaul of mannerisms, customer service, self respect and business relations matters.If you visit this place, just know you were pre warned and dont let them get you too upset, theyre not worth your time!

This place was really way out of our way, but they were the only one who had used trailer tires in my size. When we got there they didnt have two matching used tires like they said they had over the phone. So I settled for two different sized tires. The first one the guy put on was fine but then the second one he put on had separated belts so he came and told me and then asked me did I want my original put back on and I said no I came up here needing to trailer tires so I need you to find me a used one that will work so he said okay and went and put one on that had a flat. The problem with this is I didnt notice the flat until I got all the way back in Southside and between Southside and Oxford is about 50 miles so I called them up around 4:30 p.m. and spoke with someone who I could not understand or pronounce his name and he said that I could bring it back day after tomorrow and it no need to get my name or any other information because they would remember me well today is the day before I go up there so lets hope that they do indeed remember me and change out my tire for free because that is a long way to drive to and from just to find out that they forgot about me and will not change my tire out. I cannot believe they put a flat tire on my trailer without checking it for leaks first I thought that was standard practice

They said they get an alignment on my car and took it to get it checked and they did not do no good it was still out of line save your money
