The two mechanics on site were extremely helpful in assisting my needs. The website stated the trailer would have a 2-5/16 ball hitch. Upon my arrival it had a pintle hook. I was about to head back to my shop (an hour away) to retrieve one when the mechanic stated they could quickly swap it out, they did and I was on my way. This kept me on schedule and as a business owner this is important to my customers and to the companys bottom line.

Everybody knows United Rentals. Everyone was kind, I was in and out quickly, and the sales rep gave me a great price. The guys hooked up the lift for me, and gave me some tips about the specific machine.

Our salesman, Danny Tyler, has proven time and time again to be reliable and helpful in fulfilling our equipment needs. He has gone out of his way to make sure we have what we need, when we need it. The Annapolis branch in particular has been excellent to work with, being our closest store location we never have any issues.

Great customer service. Equipment was available at a moments notice, and was brand new, never used before. Highly recommend them.

There were some issues with picking up the equipment. Sometimes those things happen. The manager, Robert Hector, contacted me promptly after I submitted the rental experience survey to apologize for the experience and see what could be done to remedy the situation. His professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional.

Outstanding service and understanding of what their customers need and are looking for. I deal with a lot of rental company’s but this one is the best.

First time using Annapolis United rental, and it was a great experience. Robert, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He charged a very fair rate, about half of what Home Depot wanted to charge. Store is clean and organized, loaded with anything you might need. Equipment ran great, drop off was 2 minutes with no surprises. Ill definitely be back and would recommend.

Spoke to the mannager for a trailer rental so I could pick a machine in Delaware before the snow storm . Everything was fine until they rented it to someone else. Now I am stuck with a $1220 rental in Delaware and no trailer.
