As a new patient entering, the first impression is always the receptionist. Elisa’s customer service skills are outstanding. There is a welcoming atmosphere immediately.The experience continued in the same welcoming environment in the office of the audiologist. Explanation of how the testing would proceed was thorough. Participation in the actual testing moved smoothly.The summary of the testing results presented somewhat of a dilemma. As I understand it, the results were unusual in that both low and high pitch were above average and mid-range indicates a mild-to moderate hearing loss. The audiologist will consult with one or two colleagues to determine how best to interpret the results. Following the consults, This support finalizing the summary report and suggesting next stepsI wondered if the the possibility exists that the TBI had an impact on the unusual results (?).Overall on a 1-10, I give the office a 15 👍

Laura Wilkins and her team were terrific!!! She helped my mother with her existing hearing aids that she thought didn’t work any more. She got them up and running, adjusted them for her new hearing profile, all for free! My mother was crying because she could hear again and because she didn’t have to pay for new hearing aids. And Laura was so kind and friendly to my mom the whole time. It was such a positive experience. Thank you Laura!!!!

I am on the road to Maine and had a problem that needed immediate attention. Laura’s assistant made room for me and when I got there, they took me early, fixed a problem in minutes that previously took me hours in an emergency room in a Maine hospital, cleaned both units and sent me on my way… before my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend this Beltone facility on West Street in Annapolis.
