I started working with team at In Home between 2019-2020. Nancy worked with me for all my countertops, and Brett helped me with all the tile for my bathrooms, wet areas, and kitchen backsplash, and master tub backsplash. They were all very professional, timely, and responsive. I think I drove Brett a little crazy. But he was so amazing to work with. He understood what I was looking for, searched, put ideas together for me, and helped me immensely. I could not have pulled off all of the tile work without his help and vision. Nancy was awesome. She truly got me and what I was looking for. Most people get granite that is polished, but she showed me some unpolished samples, I fell in love with. She was attentive and so intuitive to my needs. I love how all my countertops came out. The team here at In Home Stone was absolutely fantastic. And we accomplished all of this at the beginning and peak of COVID. Exceptional team.

The best place to find stone, period!

We worked with Lauren and she was amazing at helping us select tile for our kitchen and bathroom remodels. It can be difficult to visualize the finished product based on the samples but with her expert eye we were able to coordinate backsplash tiles with our granite sample and the outcome is exactly what we wanted. Overall a great experience!

+++We love our new kitchen!! We moved to our current address on March 25, just 4 months ago. We had In Home Stone redo our two bathrooms soon after we got here; then in July we refinished the kitchen. All of the work you did here has been just super. It all was completed as planned and we are very happy.We should mention that one problem did occur as a result from the In Home Stone work. The men disconnected the sink plumbing and removed the old counter top. It was a few days before the new counter top arrived and during that time wife ran the dishwasher one night. When we went to the kitchen the next day there was water all over the floor which runed the new floor we had just installed. Yes, we should have known better than to run the dishwasher, but there was no indication that the dishwasher would be in a condition to discharge its water out on the floor. That error cost us $1,200 and three weeks with much of the flooring removed and stored in the guest bed room.Our point here is that it would have been helpful if your workers had left a bold note on the counter warning us to NOT RUN THE DISHWASHER!!It has all been repaired at this point and we are very happy with our kitchen.We would be very happy to have you use photos of our kitchen in your ads. Could you come here and take the pictures? We are not expert photographers and we think you folks would know best as to how to create the best photos. Chose in home for my new granite countertops. They had a great selection of slabs to choose from and offer a service where they superimpose the template of your countertops onto your chosen slab so y ou can see how any design features will look . The price was reasonable, the customer service was outstanding, and the job looks absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

Really great Showroom and warehouse with tons of selection. Lou was exceptionally helpful as we navigated what we wanted for our kitchen remodel. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating and the shop itself is well put together. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Annapolis area.

Charlie and his team are exceptional. The quality and quantity of spectacular slabs of granite, marble, and manufactured stones is a bit overwhelming at first. You will find exactly what you need. Also the level of service from workers on the floor willing to pull out slabs for you to see, the sales team’s informed guidance to sort through decisions, and the personalized attention to lay out our countertop templates on the slabs we selected made this by far the best part of our entire renovation. We are fortunate to have In Home Stone in Annapolis. I can see why people come here from far and wide.

Over the past few years, In Home Stone and Tile have been part of four renovation projects in our home. We purchased materials for a DIY fireplace makeover and for converting our bathtub to a walk-in shower. We got materials and installation (by Charles) to tile our front porch. Most recently, we purchased our kitchen counters (quartz and granite) and tile back splash and had all of it installed (Charles was a wizard with laying a perfect herringbone pattern with the tile.) I literally took in a photo I had seen online and said I want this... and now some weeks later it is in my kitchen! In every purchase, we were very happy with the process from purchase through delivery and installation. Prices are competitive, design help is excellent, and it is just so much fun to wander through the slab remnants and tile samples!

I was lucky enough to be referred to In Home Stone by a coworker and I used them for the counters and tile in my kitchen remodeling project. I worked with Charlie for the granite counters and Julie for the floor tile. Both knew the products very well and had suggestions that helped the design. Prices were very competitive and I felt that the service was much better than other places I looked. There was zero run around and the estimates were spot on.Ordering the materials was very easy and the measuring and installation went super smooth.This was my first kitchen remodel and I saved a lot by buying cabinets, appliances, flooring, and counters separately over using a straight up kitchen design place. Working with a bunch of different stores can be tough to coordinate, but In Home Stone delivered everything right on time, at a good price, and Ive been very happy with the product!Ive been using the kitchen for a couple of months now and Ive found zero problems with the counter installation or floor tile. I was so lucky to use In Home Stone for my new house. Charlie Koppell provided excellent advise and much patience. I have stunning marble throughout my home. Building a house from the ground up was stressful. Charlie made the kitchen and bath decisions so much easier. What a wonderful company!

In Home stone did an outstanding job from start to finish on my limestone floor. My limestone floor was in poor condition as a starting point. My tile were average at best in quality with excessive variation in color with some etching. Most importantly, my installer did a poor job eleven years ago introducing a lot of lippage. Brett in the tile design department did a great job of finding close matching but higher quality tiles from Egypt. I shopped many tile shops in the area and In Home Stone works with the greatest number of stone tile producers, thus greatly improving the tile selection and matching process. Thanks to Brett and In Home Stone, I was able to supply my tile repair person with the tiles that he needed for a quality substitution of poorly matched or damaged tiles with new excellent higher quality but close matching tiles.On the restoration side, first, Glenn, the restoration manager, gave me a very competitive offer for their work. Second, In Home Stone repair technicians did a superb job of grinding away the lippage and polishing the floor to a nice honed surface. Third, they later came over and showed me various sealer and enhancer choices and put them on a few tiles so I could choose the right one after the samples had dried. The work crew worked diligently from start to finish to produce a floor that is as good as it can be given the materials used. In addition,, they polished and sealed my entrance foyer at no charge. From start to finish the company exceeded my expectations. For higher end stone tile selection and restoration, make this company your starting and likely finishing point.

I cannot praise them enough for their helpful and above the call customer service. Jennifer was wonderful. My small tiling project cam up 2 tiles short-not once but twice. Rather than make me buy a whole new box of tiles, each time Jennifer convinced the vendor to send TWICE one more tile for free. It saved the day and she could not have been kinder in the face of my distress. One would have thought I had titled a whole house with them not just one small hallway for the service they gave. I am a contractor. Worked with In Home Stone twice.Never againVery few people in the store know anything! Store manager is never there,and when she is, doesnt know anything.1 young lady that works there ( used to work for Atlas). Was very helpful. She should goe back to Atlas,, and get paid more.The install of countertops is really bad. I tell all my clients to look anywhere, but In Home Stone.Not the employees fault for a bad review, Blame it on managementBut I gave them 3 stars!!! Only because I want people to see this. I wanted to thank Dan at In Home Stone. We recently purchased a house in Annapolis and were going to replace our electric oven/cooktop with a gas cooktop. When we removed the electric range the granite backsplash prevented us from having the gas range installed. I called In Home Stone and although their schedule was packed due to the holidays they still managed to get someone to the house in 24 hours. We were very grateful and have been talking them up every chance I get. I will definitely call on them in the future.

I never purchased from here but the owner/operator (I am guessing) was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely consider giving them my business if I was in need of tile.
