I was at the mall shopping and went to a jewelry store across from Helzeberg, no one greeted me. I walked right on out and went to Helzberg, Mike eventhough he was with another customer Greeted me with a warm and friendly hello. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy. I asked for a cleaning and he cleaned my jewelry as if I had spent a million bucks. I will definitely return to upgrade my wedding ring in a few weeks. With such great customer service I will always refer my friends and family.

My husband bought a beautiful ring five years ago from this company. I normally take my ring to this location because it is closer and they can inspect and clean it. While I was at work, the big diamond fell out of my ring. I took it to this location after work because we have a lifetime warranty. The rep advised me that the ring should be finished in five weeks. I said OK. Week six, I called and they advised me that they will send an email to the corporate office because my ring did not arrive yet. I asked if it’s finished and they said yes it should be finished and I they will call me when it’s ready for pick up. A few days after, they call my husband and told him that they could not fix The ring and I could pick one on the website with the same value. What makes me so upset is that they should I have communicated with us at least the second week and let us know they could not fix the ring instead of having us waiting for six weeks thinking that we will get a ring. This was a big inconvenience and lack of customer service and professionalism. I will never use this location again. Thankfully, I took my ring to Pentagon city location and they will fix it and return it in one week.

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Helzburg diamonds. Clare the store manager is absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable and professional, but yet she still made me feel like I had know her for years. I will definitely be back to Helzburg for all my future jewelry purchases.

I’ve bought and paid for two rings at Helzberg. My wife and I are expecting our first child and are desperately looking for help to get her ring off before the baby comes. I called ahead and was told by the manager the store could help and that I should come in right away. We drove in from DC only to be turned away from the store because they were no longer comfortable removing the ring. This cost time and money for the opposite of help.

I purchased my wedding ring from this location, the first woman I worked with was very kind. I later had to return the ring to get a smaller size. When I came back in I got attitude from the manager but she did her work and I went on my way with a the promise that I would be contacted when my ring came in.I never heard back so I contacted the store. When I called, I got the manager who told me I now needed to return to the store to drop off my ring before they could proceed with the replacement. Its been 2 weeks and I could have given her the ring when I was there the first time! No apology, no explanation.. Terrible customer service..

I walked in after a kiosk in the mall botched a necklace of mine... my fault for not going to a proper jeweler to add a new jump ring so I could put the pendant on a new chain. I was looking for a replacement pendant because the kiosk had scratched up the gold really bad, I didnt notice until after I had picked it up... the manager Dylan was the one helping me, and he asked if he could take a look before I looked into replacing it. First off, he took off the jump ring they had put on that wasnt even circular because it had been messed with so much and he made it into a nicer circle, and then he polished my pendant and took out all of the scratches that the other place had made. He informed me that if I wanted to replace the jump ring properly they could send out my necklace and do that too. He helped me completely for free and the necklace wasnt even purchased there, and then so nicely polished my wedding rings too. I was having a crappy day and they really turned it around for me, so Ill definitely be going back when Im looking for jewelry in the future. Thanks for brightening my day, guys.

Horrible; first, their website is a bait & switch- they listed three items available at their Annapolis store as in-stock, but when I got their all three items were not in stock. Of course, the salesman had like items......When it came time to pay, they didnt know how to process a cashiers check from NFCU. Lost sale, waste of time and the bait & switch reminded me of a used car lot. F-
