I love Staples but occasionally they are out of stock of the item I need.
In this day and age of the COVID-19 pandemic, to have the CORPORATE OFFICE prohibit the sale of a floor model chair (which is discontinued and out of stock, thus not available to order) is ludicrous!The local sales person has gone above and beyond to try and get permission from “corporate”’ however, was told that the DISTRICT MANAGER would NOT AUTHORIZE the sale.Mind you, we were not asking for any discount beyond the stated price as shown on the floor model.How limited is the mindset of such an individual to place such barriers to the sale of a DISCONTINUED ITEM???? And, one wonders what is the corporate perspective that promotes such a LIMITED THINKER to a management position???
The print department really helped me out in a bind. I had a last minute job and thankfully the person I worked with had little going one. She moved my project right to the top of the list!! Thank You!!
Best Staples around, and one of the best retail experiences around. The employees in this store are always very nice, friendly and helpful. We were there tonight getting accessories for our new phones, including the Armor screen protection and everyone who helped us was so helpful. Thank you!!!
Inaccurate online stock! Purchased an item I needed right away and was charged only to be told they dont have it in stock. Missed a deadline and now I have to wait for my bank to release crucial funds during a pandemic. The employee suggested I come spend another 700dollars for the only laptop they have in store after already paying out . Smh
I used their UPS service and they completely screwed up the order resulting in my time-sensitive documents arriving too late for a court date. Staples takes no responsibility for their lateness in getting my documents to UPS. It cost me $36.00 to send an envelope that got there too late and cost me another $1000 in fees to my attorney to re-schedule the hearing.
Went in to buy a printer and was helped by a very personable and knowledgeable young man named tristen. Very pleased by the service I received
Returned a chair i purchased online (not comfortable for someone who sits 9-10 hours a day) in store and only had my order summary, no packing slip. Exchanged the chair with ease! Mike was very helpful!!!
Its a nice store, and the staff are friendly. The selection is lacking, though thats a function of more & more work being done on computers and online. I wasnt able to find the pens I was looking for.
Had what i needed and was easy, priced well and convenient... When running a bisiness sometimes its hard to find the things you need but staples normally had it.

I love Staples store in Annapolis on Housley Rd. The staff is Knowledgeable, Friendly and Polite. The store is larger than Bowie store. I switched to this store prior to the Bowie store downsizing store.
Computer slow...understand its a busy time but I was early.....took 40 min to process 2 boxes!
I had a problem with a local store and the customer service office stepped in and was very good at customer satisfaction. It stemed from not being able to do a return w/ receipt.
7 years a weekly customer in the printing section. I heavily rely on them for my business because it has been quick and convenient. The new self-print machines do not work. It is not operator error; they dont print. For the staff to print one thing for me yesterday was 2 hours and today, who knows? The former staff would have apologized and done it in 15 seconds. Fix your stuff/staff.
Generally helpful staff when assistance is needed. Never had an issue in this store. While the selection seems lacking at times, the products are generally organized where youd think to look.
This is one of the 2 Staples that frequent visit. Very Organized.

Had everything I needed easy to find
Talked to Erica in printing, she had a bit of of a tone and told me she couldnt print a picture out for a locket. So i called Bowie and they told me they could? Does staples do different things per location?

Sometimes this Staples seems understaffed. I usually have a long wait in line. If I need help with furniture (i.e. want to buy a bookshelf or file cabinet), they really seem to be oblivious to helping customers. Theyd rather just sell you ink than have to see if they have a bookshelf in stock.
