I get it. We are under a pandemic. But, please be courteous of those who are waiting to enter the store as customers are walking out. I was told to wait since they were at max capacity, and when customers walked out, I did not see the employee nowhere near the front. He sure was folding clothes at the table in the back. Poor customer service. Employees have an attitude like they don’t want to be there and they don’t care to help you. Had to return a few items I purchased online and the employee dumped them in a bin with a mess of other returns so neither of us could even tell anymore what was and wasn’t mine to return. A top I brought in was in that bin and was never scanned for return - I didn’t realize it until I got home. Tried to ask someone on the phone if that top was left there - he didn’t seem to pay any attention to what I was asking and I’m not so sure he even tried to look to see if it was there. I am out $30 now because of this store. I can’t say I will ever shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.To note - I’ve even notice the clothing quality at PacSun has dropped significantly (hence why I came in to return things) and even the online customer service is poor and unresponsive.

Good prices and courteous staff. My teens like the selection better than shopping online. The store is always clean.

Nice staff that didnt mind helping. Located inside of Annapolis mall and had a pretty decent clearance/sale section. Nice surf skate style clothing, shoes, and accessories. Caters to all ages, albeit it mostly geared toward a younger crowd.

Went here yesterday and thanked the customer service rep for giving me a changing room and she said “mhm”. This service makes me not want to spend my money here and it is like this every time I go into the store. The dressing rooms are disgusting; for the price of the clothing I would rather go across the mall to American eagle.

Everyone who works here is snobby and acts like they do not want to be here. Tillys is much better and they have a much better selection. The manager told me I should look in sears for clothes in my daughters size right in front of her. Her eyes filled with tears and we left immediately.

It was nice they had a wide variety of clothes and nice dressing rooms. I will warn you its a little bit more on the pricey side.
