Walked out feeling judged for returning a cooking item that was delivered in unacceptable conditions (gauges over 3 inches long in the shipping box, dents from being dropped, saturated by the rain and left upside-down in the mud). Took the item to the store were it should have been shipped (a kind individual returned the WRONGLY DELIVERED package to me) and instead of kindly exchanging the item I was scrutinized for not giving the item a “chance”. Not to mention after waiting patiently for an Hour and a Half to have the item returned...during that time the employees multiple times told me how the box is well packed and the item “should be fine”...and stood next to me loudly conversing how they were going to simply open the poorly delivered item and place it on the shelf to be sold to another customer who may or may not be buying a damaged item. Simple Unacceptable.

Always a neat stop to browse kitchen gadgets and to try their signature items. This trip was for peppermint bark and bourbon vanilla hot chocolate. It would be nice if they offered a trio of the milk, dark and mini peppermint bark instead of the odd paws, milk and mini combo. The hot chocolate though very fudgy and bourbon flavored had no vanilla notes at all

If you love kitchen gadgets, this store is dangerous to go to. Its well lit, clean and has a variety of kitchen stuff that you probably dont need. I love their selection of kitchen knives. And their William Sonoma cookbook recipes have never failed me. Great customer service and it always smells like theres goodies baking in the oven.

Like this store. Good quality products.No crowds.Unfortunately no one asked to help us or even acknowledged we were in the store. Certain people reading this will understand why I include this statement. Its a real thing no matter how much some try and deny it.😕

Always fantastic customer service and the store is always well-stocked. If you are a home chef or foodie this store has everything you need to stock your kitchen or pantry. Also, if you are a Nespresso owner, do yourself a favor and pickup some of the Willaims-Sonoma pods. Great value and great taste!

Contacted the Williams-Sonoma store to replace a sale price 6 1/2 quarts William Sonoma brand enamel oval Dutch oven. No returns allowed on sales. After following up with the Williams-Sonoma online and sending pictures they determined that it was most likely a product defect and eventually the Annapolis store took it in for return refund or exchange. I chose to exchange my product for a cast iron Dutch oven instead only round was available 6 quart I picked up a beautiful blacklock Lodge Dutch oven on the display counter. The manager confiscated that item and told me that I could have the box item from the back that her associate brought out for me.Stupid me I didn’t check the item before leaving the store and it was full of scratches and rust marks. I regret walking into the Annapolis Mall William Sonoma store.

This is a very well kept store. And there is usually a sale rack in the back, the service can be a bit spotty, especially if you come in with children. Overall they have a very nice selection of products; expect to pay a premium for shopping at Williams-Sonoma over other stores or online.

I have gone through a total fiasco for 8 months now. They gave me rewards points for signing up and buying a bunch of furniture, and they are billing me now for the items I was using my points for on the WS credit card. I have multiple emails confirming the points would be applied and they cannot get it together. Williams Sonoma is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT in administering a rewards program. Dont waste your time falling for this, it is a joke and the most frustrating this I have ever dealt with in dealing with retail!!!

I shop here all the time. Today the customer service was off. All was going well. I was being helped by one of their employees. A customer came in who apparently have been there earlier doing the day. The employed that was helping me stopped and began waiting on the other customer. She never said another word to me. Needless to say I was a little taken back. One of her coworkers came up to me and tried to explain the situation. Nothing to explain this was totally unacceptable!

I believe the person I worked with was Chris. She spent all the time I needed to make the best investment in La Creuset cookware. Although the purchase wasn’t included in the store sale, the store manager allowed her to extend the offer. What these two didn’t realize, is that I’m having to relearn how to cook in order to lose 100 pounds. Every piece of cookware I select will help me achieve my weight loss goal, and maintain that loss. Investing in good kitchen products will be worth it. Thank you, ladies!

I got a William and Sonoma card through Comenity to save 20% on a large purchase I made through them. I never received the card in the mail and after about a month noticed I never received a bill either. I went to the store and was given a number to call for the credit card. When I called the person on the phone was extremely short and rude. I was talked to like I was a complete degenerate that couldnt pay my bills.Wait... I just called YOU to tell you I didnt get a card OR a bill... and Im trying to pay you?I asked to pay the balance in full and close the account. I had planned to pay the balance in full but only decided to close the account after the way the person talked to and treated me over the phone.Fast forward to yesterday (almost two months after that interaction) and I get a phone call from what sounded like the exact same girl. Telling me I owed Comenity 3 late fees for unpaid bills, wait - what? I paid the balance in full and closed the account. She then tells me that I was charged a late fee for paying a bill 4 days late (that I never received and had to track down). Due to this, I was charged a late fee... Then another late fee... then another late fee.Anyone that is a human should be able to look at these circumstances and see something isnt right here... I never received the card in the mail (and still never have)... I still to this day have not gotten one piece of mail for them... Since I dont have a card I cant set up an online account. There is literally no way for me to know that I have a bill with them. I was not getting through to this girl... She was like a stone wall... I would explain the situation to her and she would just tell me over and over again that I owed them money. After going in circles for 15 minutes I ask to speak with a supervisor and she replied: no, you can talk to me... you have a bill that is due. I hung up and left it at that.This company has zero interest in making this right because I closed my account with them. What an absolutely horrible experience and horrible company to do business with. Weve had several accounts with William and Sonoma branded doors over the years and will never get another card through them again.This company does nothing to protect it’s customers. The card company has a horrible rating with BBB who’s got an F rating and over 500 complaints against them. Don’t get the card and don’t shop here.

Went there to invest in a cookware set. The employee told me the difference between the the different sets. I explained to her I wanted the set to be dishwasher safe. She was rude and told me I guess you could put them in the dishwasher but a real cook will hand wash. Then I was walking in the store and looked at the Nespresso machine with my friend. He was explaining they are similar to Kurigs and he was one similar to one of the models on display. Then the employee came over to us and told me you cant get a Nespresso machine for around $100 even though my friend bought one online. I would not go there first how rude the employee was and second the prices are rediculous. Why would anyone spend $35 for a plastic spatula I have no idea. I went on the Amazon and bought a great All-Clad cookware identical to what the store had but for $200 cheaper!
