It was ok, most of the sale stuff was gone. Especially the few items I liked. But overall, I still like there products

Went to the Mac store to see about getting a tattoo covered for a wedding. Talked to one female employee who stated she is alone and we need to wait for another employee to come in. We waited one hour for the other employee. When she finally came she told use we had to make a purchase before she would show us how the tattoo cover up works.Employees are very rude and we will not be coming here again.

Pretty helpful staff. One of the Consultants fit me in finding my Foundation color and answered all the questions that I had. She listen to my concerns and showed me how to apply the foundation evenly

Helpful and knowledgable staff! I was greeted very promptly by multiple staff on duty when I walked into the store. I already knew exactly what I was looking for, and the associate who helped me applied the foundation very beautifully to my skin, and offered up other products to try without being overly pushy.

They were awesome! I was in a real pinch and they did a beautiful job doing my makeup and the whole staff helped get it done fast. Very friendly helpful staff

I would give this MAC store zero stars if I could. Cashier #1621176 and her colleague that was working on 03/14/2019 at 7:30pm were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been a customer of MAC for over a decade and this was honestly the worst service I have ever received from a makeup store. Upon entering the store, both sales associates were with a potential customer. The first MAC sales associate who would not give me her name when I called the next day (and I think is a manager), attempted to help me. I told her I was looking for nude colors. The colors she started to show me, I had something similar already from MAC. The sales associates proceeded to say, well, what do you want because all the colors I am showing you, you have or dont like! I was baffled. I told her that I would continue to look and she caught an attitude and told cashier #1621176 that she is going in the back to warm up her mac n cheese. Dustin, (the cashier) just looked at me like I grew two heads and started to explain some colors she like, but anyone could see that she used little to no effort in explaining the lipsticks to me. BOTH sales associates did not offer to do a demonstration nor asked me if I wanted to try on anything. I had to ask Dustin if I could try on a lipstick. I ended up making an $80 purchase because I needed the makeup for a concert. Nevertheless, Dustin should take a customer service training class. The other girl should be fired. The other girl was the one who originally helped me and was rude to the point that I felt, that not only my money but also my time did not matter as much as her Mac n Cheese did. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. I did contact corporate; whereas, I feel that there will be no resolution to this situation. Do not shop at this MAC. Please go to the Macys or Nordstroms.

The ABSOLUTE WORST employees that work there are just ugh, like get off your high horse! The girl who was working on 6/6 ~7 pm ... wouldnt even say hello when I walked into the empty store and was on her phone the whole time. When I asked for her to find me the eyeliner I was looking for she played dead. I went straight to Nordstroms to buy my stuff. #rude
