The store usually had what I need. I think they need to improve their computer system so that transaction times can decrease. It takes a while to check out, especially if you dont have your card.

I went in on Thursday to get the color I normally get. I hadn’t been happy with what I was using on my own hair, but it was doing the job. I walked in and of course they did not have what I needed. I walked up to the register and asked for help. Even though it was close to closing the lady did not hesitate to walk around the store with me to find a different solution. She made her professional recommendation and I took it. I will forever be using this brand and color thanks to her. She was awesome and completely willing to help and I needed to write a review about it. ☺️

I went to your store yesterday at 2:30 and it was closed! Myself and my other co workers have found you being closed during hours that you say you are open. It is very frusterating considering you are 45 min away from where i live.

Ive been in before an they have alot but not what you really need. I called recently and the phone has too much static then they had me on hold listenibg to some static whit noise (i guess they dont have a hold button they just sit the phone down). Then the lady that was supposed to help scoffed at me and said We are a beauty supply store in disgust. I explained that I understand and only asked because the other local beauty store had this beaniebefore and she just hung up on me.
