Not only was I greeted the moment I walked in the door, but both employees did their absolute best to help me find products to bleach my hair for the very first time. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be going back every time I need something for my hair.They were even able to convince me to get a store credit card, which I dont do often.

Terrible customer service! No greeting, no one at counter, then customers being helped out on the floor get to kick me out of line and go ahead of me. This is crazy! I take two minutes to grab what I need, wait 5 minutes for the sales clerks to wrap up with customers on the floor just to have them escort those folks to the front of the line. Shame on the sales clerk! Shame on the customer for thinking it was okay to cut in front. What a crazy world we live in! Def won’t be going back to this store.

I will never come here again rude unprofessional staff treat you like your stealing and watch your every move! Selection not even close to good. Do yourself a favor go to another location or regular beauty supply!

Awesome place! Well stocked and the staff know what they are talking about. I had a list of things I needed and within minutes the young lady had found me everything I needed at an excellent price and the speed and help is awesome when youre disabled and using a rolator. Two thumbs up for sure!!

I have been to this location several times, and the management and training of staff seems to be nonexistent. I have been there where the girl at the front desk had me stand at the counter waiting to be rung up while she finished texting on her phone. She actually asked me to hold on one sec while a paying customer stood at the counter. I was in again last night and asked specifically if a certain brand of nail polish chipped off and both employees assured me that it stays on for a while, doesnt chip and that I should buy it in every color. Less than 12 hours after painting my nails, the polish is not just chipping but PEELING off and now I am at work speaking to clients with a terrible looking manicure. This store is in need of SERIOUS help. I will no longer be shopping with you and will advise my friends and social media outlets to do the same. Terrible customer service is ruining the business.
