At my visit today at the JoAnn Fabric on Jennifer Road, I was assisted by an excellent associate, Marlisa (believe that is the spelling). She was so willing to assist and at one point during her assistance - I ended up talking to another customer (instead of focusing on her assistance). I apologize after the exchanged and she was so gracious. Her attitude was so friendly and positive and her assistance was GREAT! I will definitely keep shopping at JoAnns!

Understaffed, but not as bad as Michaels. A little run-down I think, but there are always coupons. Its the best option for fabric in the area.

I mean its a joanns like what else do you expect the AC is nice and its moderately confusing if you get to the far far right but theres so much fabric and mostly female patterns and its all standard stuff. i made a skeleton shirt with my best friend and also decorated some plant pots. its swag.

Hey Yall..Just ventured off to Sevenro Park (Annapolis) what a great little town that is ! I was needing some Rhinestone Buttons for some MC Jeans and that was the closes JoAnns Fabric to me. The sales girl was such a sweet and delightful young lady that stopped stocking shelves when she noticed I was trying to decide on which style to purchase. After talking with her and sharing ideas... I bought All 4 styles and took them to my seamstress. Will be heading back again to see my new friend. I would recommend anyone whos looking for a Great Fabric Store to check out JoAnns 👍

I am usually able to get the needed supplies for my project, with a coupon.

Events, yarn, variety of arts & crafts and many coupons. If you are a knitter, good selection of yarns but not as much selection on circular knitting needles. Online is a better option for various lengths. Buy online and pick up in store works well. Couldn’t ask for more.

Clean, well-kept store. Large selection in all departments. Helpful, friendly staff. Fair pricing. Plenty of free parking.

The curbside pickup was a bit confusing and delivery person was a little snarky but overall.. happy!

We went in to get things to make croc charms for my daughter and really couldnt find the backing piece and couldnt find anyone working to help us..The cashier my daughter and I went to was very friendly while we were in line but when she called us over for some reason her attitude changed and she seemed rude to us

I have never been in this Jo-Ann fabric and I was very impressed. So many helpful associates that would ask if you needed help as they went by. they must have a great management team because everyone seemed to be happy to be working there.

Jojo was fantastic, she was super helpful at explaining what I needed to do for my dress project, it’s very clear that she knows her stuff. She was also very friendly and had a lot of warm and inviting energy!

They had just what we needed, and the employees were extremely helpful Nation point

I have found the staff here to be super helpful. I have purchased in store as well as used their online ordering for in store pickup and have had nothing but good experiences.

I love this JoAnns. Its a little messy but the service is excellent. Is love for them to enlarge the location - the aisles are a little tight.

Staff was friendly helpful and interested in what you were doing with the supplies. They offered advice when asked and seemed knowledgeable on a wide variety of crafts/ hobbies. When I was getting something cut there was a huge line but it went really fast (Halloween is a busy time). The store has 40%off one item coupons you can pull up on your phone or get out of there ad. Plus there are always good sales. On top of crafting supplies they have home decor items that are seasonal which are always well priced.

Its a little cramped or at least feels that way due to the low ceiling but its very spacious. Plenty of room to roam around and found everything I needed easily.

The team there was awesome, found me everything I needed. So helpful and knowledgeable about the craft.

Some Clerks are kind and helpful most are distant, rude and act as if youre bothering them.Items are way overpriced but...Love the sales or coupons on fabric.

I didnt end up purchasing anything so I cant speak of the employees (they seemed perfectly nice) but the store layout is CLAUSTROPHOBIC. Decent selection, not great, but its distracting being in such close quarters with people.

I love both of the Joann Fabrics locations in Annapolis and Severna Park. The Annapolis location seems to have a little bit more of a selection than Severna Park, but both are great! Overall, great customer service and I love how the associates make sure you utilize your coupons!☺️

They have rearranged store, harder to get around and definitely not organized in terms of fabric and sewing supplies. Almost junkie feel. Cashier was friendly.

The best best part of my experience were two young ladies at the cash registers. Other employees were standoffish and seemed like they were avoiding me when I needed assistance. I was literally knocking things over because my hands were full and circling the store lost and no one asked if I needed help even though they passed me several times. Those same employees passing by me had no problem asking other customers if they needed help. I had to go to the checkout to ask for assistance on finding an item. I have no problem going elsewhere when I need fabric or Ill just start buying online just to avoid being ignored. The two young ladies at the register deserve 5 stars!

I was shocked to see that they had changed the layout and made some updates since the last time I had been there. The staff was very helpful. I even noticed how they took time with the customers to answer questions. I will be going back soon.

I go here all the time. I love Nicole and Lucy so much. Nicole is always so sweet when I come in and even asks how Ive been, etc. Lucy helped me make my first successful onesie. She helped me find a pattern, gave me sewing advice and helped me find the materials. Truly amazing customer service ❤️

I used to work at a JoAnns back in college and I have to say the layout of this location was kind of a mess. The staff was friendly enough but not entirely helpful in locating some of the items we needed. Even with genral knowledge of where things would be relative to other items this store was pretty cramped and hard to navigate. Low ceilings also made it feel cramped and dark. We did get everything we went looking for so it was successful trip but not as easy as some other locations.

I absolutely love the staff! They are friendly and always willing to help as much as they can.

This store is getting more and more arts and craft. Apparel fabric is limited, especially the linen and woolens. Also, fabric quality is not that great.

Bought a sawing machine in February 2018. It broke yesterday and I returned it and bought another one. The manager was very cooperative and helpful

This store is smaller, the new redesign of the interior seems to make it worse. I always loved the staff here but on recent visits have been unimpressed. One night, the only staff person I saw was smoking out front and had to put a cigarette out and follow us inside as we arrived. Really?

Its too small you cant always get want especially for Cricut. But I like the order online and pickup in store function especially when picking up a lot of fabric.

Really no different than any other JoAnn Fabrics. We look for upholstery fabrics and accessories which are out of the ordinary. This store seems to have a more readily available upholstery fabric than other JoAnn Fabric stores Ive been to in the area. That said, Ive been to some independent fabric stores on the West Coast that put any JoAnns to shame. None here though, so Ill keep going!
