Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service youve even heard of. DO NOT call this place with a simple tire emergency...even one close to this location. The genius answering the phone wont know what to tell you or what number to call. Why you need a 2nd number to call to begin with for an emergency literally across the street is beyond me. Forget good Samaritans or even common help or decency. Train your people, find useful ones or close it up!

Good service, gas prices were a little high, but for a full service gas station, its understandable. I will return.

Owner is rude and obnoxious. He damaged my vehicle and would not even own up to it. There are far more reputable shops around. Stay away from Gary and Chesapeake Exxon.

They did an inspection on my 2004 Honda Pilot, and we felt they were honest. It had a couple minor things wrong with it. My husband is a mechanic, he fixed it, and we took it back, and got our, inspection pass ✅ for $90. There was a nice young gentleman working the phones and register. Our overall experience was great. We recommend, and would go there again.

Overpriced for a state inspection. They did the check quickly and I decided to pay the extra cost for this however when I came back to pick up my car they were taking the payment (while playing their video games) and didn’t advise the car didn’t pass the inspection. I asked them what was wrong and there were minor things. — any other place would’ve called to check if I wanted get the car fixed. Isn’t this how they make money? — They said one of the fog lights was not working and offered to take both off for $40 bucks! After all that I tried to reinstall the fog lights at home and found out they were both working. The cherry on top was the poor customer service. Really uninterested to help and really to make money. A

Dont worry you will fail the inspection because they will break your car while doing it. At least be nice about it and apologize.

Great people and excellent service! I got a windshield repair there for a state inspection. They did an excellent job I got a lifetime guarantee on the repair and it cost half the price Safelite AutoGlass quoted me.

My encounter with Chesapeake Exxon of Annapolis was far less than favorable. I went to this Exxon to receive a Maryland State Inspection for my newly purchased 1999 Yukon GMC. Upon arrival, the female cashier had a very unprofessional demeanor. I was told the inspection cost and the time in which I could pick up my vehicle. I return to pick up my vehicle at the time stated and the inspection technician was no where to be found. The cashier did not look for him until she finished chatting and smoking her cigarette. Thirty minutes later the inspector pulls my car out of the garage and I proceed to speak with him. I ask him “Do you have good news or bad news?” He then replies “Good and bad news and I will speak to you inside.” I then meet the inspector inside where he tells me details about why the truck did not pass inspection. He sarcastically says “Welcome to Maryland!”. I believe he said this because of my New Jersey temporary tags. I informed him that I have always lived in Maryland and I simply purchased my vehicle from New Jersey. The inspectors attitude was not appropriate. I came for a service and his sarcasm was uncalled for. I took my vehicle back to sears auto center in annapolis to have them look at some of the things the inspector failed on my vehicle only to find them in good working order. They also informed my my fuel line had now been punctured which was not damaged before. I received terrible service from this station. As a member of law enforcement and a former memeber of the armed services I feel that no one should conduct business with this station.
