I needed a print and notary. Notary was quick and pleasant. Printing on the other hand, charge $2.50 for computer use and the print price. I didnt use their computer and when I asked the lady, she said it was because they use their computer. Absolute bananas.

This is the only ups store I go to. Employees are helpful and move fast to ensure short wait times (almost never a wait).

By far the worst experience i have had for this type of business.i was told using the computer was about the same price as the front desk. turns out, after being charged, the computer was more than 3x as expensive.i ended up paying $22 for 5 copies of black and white documents. the computer was not printing correctly, and it took 20 minutes for the manager to come out from the back and finish helping me.i was not refunded for this extra computer time nor the 15 incorrectly printed pages.i will never return to this location and i will always try FedEx first from now on.

I came in to return a package from Amazon which I had in an opened envelope. I was told it would cost to tape it but the nice woman waived the fee. I’m definitely going back.

I was dropping off 4 large packages going to 3 different states 10 days before Christmas, there was a line out the door when I got there. But it moved so fast I was done within 30 minutes and my packages arrived 24 hours to 4 days later. And everyone was helpful & kind. Thank you!

I been going to this store for years always had great services. However, Winn knock it out of the park with his service! He made make process quick, and simple. He answers all my questions and boy did I have alot and he was really patience.

My favorite UPS store in the area because of their great and fast customer service. I came in today with a bunch of open boxes that I needed to return. I was struggling with the heavy boxes. Alex and his co worker were very nice and helped me tape 10 boxes, very quickly. The wait time in line was very short and the staff is very nice and friendly! Especially Alex!

UPS packaging services are unbeatable—very professional indeed.I am an artist and I sell my art online. Packaging is the biggest headache for me. To find different size boxes for various paintings is not easy and I dont even have the space in my studio to do this properly for large paintings. Until now I didnt know that UPS does wrapping and packaging even for items that you dont want to ship via UPS. But they do! And they do such a great job. My customer wanted to see the photos of the wrapping process before they commit to ensuring the package. The UPS team took a photo at every step and emailed me those with no extra charge. Thank you UPS Braddock team!

Went here for a notary service and saw that I was able to make an appointment so that I didnt have to wait. I made one, but was still forced to wait like I never made an appointment. Whats the point of allowing people to make an appointment when you dont follow through with it?

I rushed in there, not knowing I needed to tape the label for Amazons return. The lady waived my fee for a slip-sleeve. I am not sure if its a system they have, but I will probably use this store again. I found the store employee to be super helpful.

This UPS Store is so helpful. I was shipping a box for work, and I really didnt want to mess with a lot of forms or red tape. They just handled it for me. In and out. Also, they did a great job of keeping customers and employees socially distanced and safe.

I’ve had good customer service in the past which is why I went out of my way to go there today. I arrived with a package already taped up and asked for a piece of tape for another side. I was asked if I wanted to buy a roll of tape, to which I replied no and then I was informed that they charge a dollar for a piece of tape. I’ve been in before and the person taped the entire package with no charge. My rating for today would be one star but since I’ve gone in before and had great service, I averaged out to a 3. I won’t go back to this location again.

No resolution and they really don’t know where their product it. Really messed up. I would suggest use Fedex or USPS.

Small but Clean and organized UPS. Always in-and-out with all my amazon returns. And they enforce a limited number of people and distance with face masks on everyone — that’s good and healthy for everyone. They are strong on caring about customer service AND health.

Very good customer service. Staffs are very welcoming and willing to help. They offer a good range of services like any other UPS Store. One note is that it is located in a busy shopping center and right next to Gold Gym, so most of the time, you wont be able to find a parking spot bright in front. And, this may be a factor for those who have big or heavy shipment.

I came in a Friday afternoon in a rush to drop off two big packages. Leslie helped me right away and Assisted with carrying the packages. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also had great customer service, and made my trip easier.

Im droppedoff my package at their store and after 12 says, i customer didnt get my package, then i tried to track my package in UPS website, it doesnt show any information aboit my package, when i came back to UPS station for asking them about my package status, the lady at the store answered my question is i dont know, you can claim loss package. She didnt check in system n even didnt try to help me to track my package. It is look like she doesnt have any responsibility with customer. That is the her customer service way.

I went to print and shipt out a box on thursday Vale helped me out and she was so nice and kind helping me out even going beyond when she speaks my own language (arabic) is very nice to find a place with all services and in your own lenguages! highly recommended.

UPS says they have wifi at every location.So imagine my frustration when I got here, and they didnt.I couldnt access my QR codes for shipping. I literally had to take a large box of 8 or so packages, and drive back home.A lot of effort for nothing!!!

We printed some text book from this store on September, found it that their price and printing quality are really good. Two months later we came back to printing our school directory. We need the 285 directories in a hurry within a week. The manager helped us finish all the job and printed all on time with nice quality. I recommend their service personally. We will come back in the further.

Originally got the box a couple years ago, due to a lot of travel. Working with them to manage my mail simplified mail receipt immeasurably. When I travel for long periods, they forward mail, when local, I just pick up. The staff is very professional, consistently courteous, and helpful. They even provide occasional assistance with getting packages to my car if there are too many or a package is really big. Great alternative for mail receipt if you do a lot of travel for personal or professional reasons and dont want to bother the neighbors.

I have my notary service done at this store. The staff are friendly and work very quickly. I recommend to all my friends in the area to use this specific store and they say nothing but good things about it! I will definitely keep recommending and using this location.

Best UPS store in the DMV area. I’ve been a mailbox holder and have been actively shipping through them. They take care of incoming packages for my business and handle all the packages going out. They also help me with my printing and custom stamps. But the big plus is they fulfill my packaging needs for fragile or oversized packages too. Real genuine owners and I will continue to use them for all my small business needs. Highly recommended!
