The management team is absolutely incompetent. They dont understand how to NOT play favorites. They let their employees sit around on their phones all day. The reason theyre so slow is because they fire the employees who actually are able to and know how to move the orders along. Not only do they fire people, they do it with no explanation and the management team doesnt even give the notice themselves. Never do business with them.

These guys are supposed to be fast? Three days to quote a three day lead for a disk with one feature

They claim to offer expedited machining services with parts available between 24 hours and 1 week, depending on what youre willing to pay. The first time I ordered parts from them, they were not able to provide parts faster than a week plus a day, but I forgive them, since if your machines are booked, theres not much you can do about it. Of the parts I received from them, though, many were out of spec or were missing operations (e.g. a hole that was supposed to be drilled wasnt, other holes were undersized).The second time I tried to order from them, they told me that the +/-0.0005 tolerance I needed on a turned part was out of their capability, despite their having advertised on their website being able to hold a +/- 0.0002 tolerance. If you cant do it, fine, but dont say you can and waste my time trying to get a quote.
